Once AAA did not show up after two hours of waiting (and being told they were "on their way" three times), I called City Wide and within 15 minutes they were on site. The tow truck operator could not have been nicer and the entire process through the final transaction was smooth. Ironically, AAA called me about ten minutes after I walked through my front door, and they just got to where I was looking for my car. I said "I'm already home...". I was more than impressed with the way City Wide treated me from my initial call (and yes, that made a difference in having them come) to how the driver treated me to how everything turned out. I am happy to write thsi review and give my recommendation to them.

I have the state inspection sticker. I was not parked in the fire lane. I was not parked in a visitors parking spot I was not parked in an handicap spot. Dude on the phone was very aggressive argumentative and overall unprofessional rather than being informative My car was towed from 10 PM to 2 AM which is only four hours and they're trying to charge me $195 They stated I did not have a visitor pass, which is correct simply because their website in order to create a visitor pass is faulty in which I told them, and even have proof of me trying to create a visitor pass. Then dude, try to say since I was at the residence 14 days out of a 28 day-month period I exceeded the limit the apartment complex allows which is why I wasn't able to create the visitor pass. He then tried to tell me that I agreed to that when I signed my lease. I reviewed my lease five times and actually just renewed my lease 10 days prior to the incident and nowhere in my lease does it say visitors are only allowed 14 out of a 28 day period in the month I called the towing company three times in which all three instances the dude was very rude and overall unprofessional. He then decided to place me on mute as I assume he was talking shit with other coworkers. On my fourth phone call, he decided not to answer so I had a friend call in which they picked the phone up immediately. This is not my first time being towed by this company. The first time I didn't have a state inspection sticker for Virginia and which I completely understand I was in the wrong and I had no problem paying the $195 however at this point, I feel as though they're trying to take advantage of people who won't speak up when wrong is wrong and right is right in which they got the right one today because I will be taking legal action!!!!! After and hr or so, I called MULTIPLE "24/7" towing/roadside assistance companies and I either got no answer or straight to voicemail. I was so frustrated and thought that'd I'd have to wait so long to find any other help. When I found this company, I called Elwood. He was very nice and helpful. Even though I was nearly an hour from him, he was still eager to help. He constantly communicated his ETA with me, which was very nice as far as reassurance. He was quick to change my tire to a spare! He charged a fair price even with him coming to a further distance. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I'll continue to recommend him and his services because I know for a fact that he probably the most reliable service that you're gonna get in the area!
