He responded with a home visit to give me a hand. He arrived within a hour and wasted no time located the problem. It was in the 90's and my Wife was on edge. He wasn't able to check on the part until Monday, but that wasn't his fault. He called me around 10:00 Monday and surprised me. He said he was turning on my road would be here in five minutes and had my part. When he arrived he again went right to work restoring the soothing air conditioning my Wife missed. It didn't affect me. After spending a career in the Army, I could withstand any weather. Anyway in no time he was done as I said. Now she was happy again. He said he usually charged extra for weekends, but since I was a Vietnam Veteran, he wasn't charging and he even gave me a military discount. I highly recommend Hardy's for all for your A/C problems. They came out 5/14 with the new dehumidifier and fast forward to 7/16 we have water in our crawl space again only to be told today 7/17/2025 we need a sump pump. WOW!!!!
