VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! He has old obsoletes tools, he was banging at the lock with a screwdriver and I brought I up to him. I said wait wait... I had this done before and it was done in few seconds, his answer was, so WHY YOU DIDN'T CALL HIM! And he kept banging at the lock with the screwdriver, I was afraid he was going to ruin it; so I suggested that maybe it was easier to unlock the front door... Unfortunately my husband is out of town to had dealt with him. From the beginning, he said send me a picture and he told me I might have to drill the lock and that's when I told him for the first time that if he had the tools, he'll be able to open it because we had this done before... So rude, unprofessional, obsolete tools. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AT ALL. NOT WITH THAT ATTITUDE AND WITHOUT THE RIGHT TOOLS! And he wasn't cheap either. He charged me $100 hat it had to be cash, otherwise, if you want to pay with credit card he'll charge you additional $3. THIS IN REFERENCE TO YOUR REPLIED.
