When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. He was punctual, quick, and professional, and the pricing was great, especially considering he brought all the replacement parts with him and got the job done efficiently.
