Great service! Our day would've been a complete disaster if it weren't for his amazing service and skill. I never used this locksmith but this review is just for the locksmith's professionalism over the phone. I needed a locksmith for my business to replace/install a new lock. I had messed up the lock trying to replace it myself. I called this locksmith to set up an appointment. He gave me a reasonable quote and more importantly, he was able to come out to help me on short notice (within 2 hours). I canceled before he arrived because I was able to figure out the problem. This is exactly what you need if you are in an emergency. I locked myself out of my apartment yesterday about an hour before I had a dinner appointment. Yelp guided me to All Access Locksmith. I spoke to Isaac and explained the situation, he said he would be on site within 30 minutes. Surely enough, by the 25th minute, Isaac shows up with a friendly smile on his face. He literally unlocked my outside door in under 30 seconds. I called them at 9:30 am. The person promised to arrived within 30 minutes. An Hour latter, I had to call back at 10:35am before he finally showed up. The guy proceeded to go upstairs of my house in his shoes, stepping on carpet that was just washed last week. When I asked him to remove his shoes, he gave me a crap excuse that boils down to "no, because I have a cold / allergy". When I proceeded to ask him what does a cold got to do with shoes, he just left, and said he can't work like this. Said something about I can't yell at him like that... Though the hours here say 8-5, I was desperate to find a locksmith nearby as I was locked out of my house. So I gave it a shot and called around almost 6pm. Luckily Issac answered and quoted me a price and said he was able to come within 30 minutes. He showed up 15 minutes later (his office was less than 2 miles away after all). All in all he just had to pick the lock and it took less than 5 minutes to open the door up. I gotto invest in some extra spare keys or learn how to pick locks. Issac was really nice, professional and made it look very easy. No hidden charges either - I paid the quoted price and thought I got a good deal considering I what I was reading on other locksmith yelp reviews and under what I was expecting. Also I recently saw this expose on ABC about locksmiths scamming people by drilling and destroying locks unnecessarily and preying on people's desperation by charging 3-5 times what the quoted price on the phone was. Later I found out a legit company also has to display their name on the car and on their person and I should've asked for ID with their license number on it first, to check it out I suppose.
