Bill Hozopoulos is a very bad and dishonest locksmith, I think he is really a slumlord and does lock thing as a sideline...... so he can keep changing locks on his on his slum houses. He charged me $ 356.20 to key three locks - I later found I was over charged by $ 150. One lock still does not work . I called him 5 times to come back and fix his work, he wont even return my call. After reading all his bad reviews I realize I was "taken " Now I'm afraid he made key to my house for himself.
