Toyota or carmax couldn't help, but lucky key came within the same day and solved the issue within an hour. Even jumped my car after unlocking it so I could use the car immediately. I needed a mailbox lock replaced. I had sent out several quotes and Eduardo was one of the fastest to reply with a reasonable quote. He was able to schedule me the same day.
