I lost the key to a file cabinet and Brandon came to my house very quickly. He was so nice, very professional, and he tried so hard to open that very stubborn cabinet. I gave him permission to destroy the file cabinet if necessary, but I had to have access to important information held hostage by the file cabinet. Ultimately he took the file cabinet to his shop and with heavy duty tools they opened it. I so appreciated how hard he worked! the next day when I went to the office another equally pleasant man loaded the file cabinet in my car. This company was worth every dollar I paid them. My aunt had been a supportive patron of this place for 15 years! The guy who always presents himself as the owner was very aggressive with her and Inconvenient for Her last 4 visits! While replacing her Lexus key casing, three different times, on the fourth time IN less than SIX MONTHS she went to speak to the "owner" about replacing his failed product for free when proceeded to complain about people always wanting stuff for free, then took his Lexus key holder and threw it at the wall behind her head in attempt to prove that "his key casing were a quality product"... she stood in disbelief... what a rude and aggressive way to make a point To A well meaning customer ... she vowed to never go back to him again! AND ON TOP OF THAT it turned out it was cheaper to just buy a replacement from the dealers who use military proof plastic and not cheap materials from CHINA! What a complete waste of TIME and MONEY! **DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPLACEMENT CAR KEYS / FOBS ** (BATTERIES PLUS DOES IT FOR $35 WHAT LEDUFF WILL CHARGED YOU $139) Parents had a broken key case for their 2010 Honda Accord. To cut the key (not re-program the fob mind you) was $93.It took 30 seconds to cut the new key. When the key fob wouldn't open the doors via the button, they went to Batteries Plus to get a new battery. They checked the battery, turns out nothing is wrong with the battery. They suggested taking it back to find out what was the problem, either with the case or programming. Leduff said if he had to 'program' the key, that's another $39 dollars. They managed to make it work without the programming but the main story is, Go To Batteries Plus to replace broken car Keys / Fobs. It's only $35 there. read more

The gentleman who answered the phone quoted me $13.50/door for re-keying. He did not mention a whopping $65 service fee that would have rendered me better off just buying new locks. When I called him after I found out (too late) about the $65 trip charge, the gentleman told me that I was wrong, and that it was my fault for not paying attention when I got my quote over the phone. I know 100% for sure that information was not shared with me or I would have just replaced the locks myself. Good luck with this one--I won't be using their services again. read more

I didn't have a problem with the fees, even the $65 service fee, especially since I needed same day service. An hour after the appointed time, I call them to find out the issue and was told that their call TO CONFIRM was unanswered. (IF you actually called) Why would you need to CONFIRM a 3pm appointment that was made @ noon? No apologies, and no solution... back to the drawing board I go. read more
