I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Ana and her team. What was one of the most stressful and impossible nights turned into a blessing because of her. We had been dealing with the recovery of an abandoned car after a mental health crisis, and it took nearly 10 hours for the family to even get to the point of retrieving it. By the time we arrived at the impound, we had already faced rudeness and obstacles from Dave's Hi Way Towing, and we were exhausted. On top of everything, the car battery had died, and we thought we'd be stuck even longer especially when the employee at Dave's Hi Way said he would not jump the car after he watched the family sit for over 8 hours just to get a duplicate key made. Ana was a godsend. She stepped in with such compassion and made sure we got the help we needed. After spending 90 minutes creating and programming a new key, she stayed longer to help us jump the car. She refused to accept a tip for what truly felt like a life-saving act of kindness as the family had waited over an entire full day at the towing company to get assistance. Her prices were very reasonable. Ana had no idea that a mother had flown in from across country the night before to help her daughter through a mental health crisis, that friends had been pulled into this long ordeal, and that we had already spent hours upon hours trying to bring resolution to a very painful incident. By the grace of God, with Ana's help, we were finally able to get the car out and drive it home. I am forever grateful for her patience, her heart, and her professionalism. In a world where so many people treat others with indifference, Ana showed compassion and grace when it mattered most. Lucky's Locksmith of Arlington was absolutely fabulous! The trunk lock on my car was stuck in the horizontal position and even after using WD-40 my key wouldn't work nor would the flip switch inside the car. My office laptop and paperwork I needed were locked in the trunk, it was a Sunday afternoon and it was outside AAA's services provided. However AAA referred me to Lucky's as someone they often used so I called them. They were going out on a call at a nearby Walgreens so I met them there and in 5 minutes they fixed the problem! It seemed the key was worn in the wrong places and they replaced it on the spot with a new key plus an extra all for the price of $10. I thought I was looking at least a $200 lock replacement at a dealership on Mon and lost time from work: Lucky's saved me time, money and stress! Plus the people were nice, friendly, professional and the easiest vendors I've worked with in a long time! They come to wherever you are and get the job done!
