As my plane descended to Oakland airport, I had the horrible realization that I had not transferred my house keys to my new bag. They were sitting in my old bag in my sister's car back in Michigan. I'm really happy with the service provided by Locks King. Mike came yesterday and replaced the lock cylinder on my front door and rekeyed the lock to my utility closet. I called at 1am in the morning on a Thursday with a stuck key in the deadbolt. This was the first locksmith I saw that was open 24 hours. I had several appointments on Thursday and was leaving Friday for out of town so I was anxious to get it fixed. Mike was very personable, didn't give me a big runaround or condescending lecture. He made several suggestions to see if I could get it out on my own. Since it was not a serious emergency, we agreed that I'd call him at 8am later that morning if I still couldn't get it out. We called a few places and Mike was the only one who was not only open Sundays, but he hauled out to us in a timely manner. I had all the replacement parts, but did not know how to remove the ignition‍ . Mike was honest and said it was easy enough that I could do it myself without having to pay someone.
