When I arrived the cleaning turned into "we will start the cleaning next time we see you we will do cavity fill in first" I repeatedly complained about wanting the cleaning due to that being what my appt was for and due to the fact that I was expecting a cleaning they still did the cavity fill in . 2nd appt was a cleaning Finally. I received a phone for a reminder about an upcoming appt. I called back and my appt was moved ahead of the original appt date again! Without my knowledge. I have attended those appts on the convenience of Braden River Dental. I won't be in town to make this most recent Appt and they can't put me in another spot until March? This place reschedules when they want whenever they want and when I try to reschedule a opening isn't available for 4 months? This is WRONG! Why did they reschedule me 2 times before without my knowledge? Cares for themselves and not the people who makes there business I suppose. Be cautious and be sure to ask if they HAVE THE TIME FOR YOU! They didn't for me! Thanks!

I went back he put another temporary crown in which fell off after 4 days (progress!) I went back to have the permanent crown put in. He installed the permanent crown which fell off after 2 HOURS. I called right away, they didn't answer and I left a voicemail saying I would be in the next day to have it fixed, they called the next morning and said they closed early and I would have to wait until the following day. I would consider that a dental emergency, but I guess they didn't. On my next visit he proceeded to grind my tooth further without Novocaine and install the crown. I told him it didn't feel right and he said "what do you mean" I said I had a lot of discomfort and the tooth didn't feel like it was seated correctly. I got up and left pretty agitated. I had to go to another dentist to have it repaired properly. Then he sends a letter saying I should find another dentist (thanks for the laugh). I would rather perform dentistry on myself before ever going to this guy again.

Here's my story: I have had a bridge on the side, a crown on lower back tooth and veneers on top front 6 teeth..spending over $15,000.00 out of pocket, after my insurance paid their portion ( but the money isn't the issue) I am constantly "aware" of my teeth. I feel the edges and surface of each individual tooth chafing and cutting the inside of my lips and mouth. The top and bottom of my tongue are raw. I'm conscious of this discomfort always: watching tv, reading, listening to music, trying to smile. My lips are always raw and chapped. I have returned to Dr Crystals office on 5 occasions with tears in my eyes pleading with her to shave, file , buff them even remove them ( which can't be done because she filed my teeth down to little nubs) The effects of these procedures have had such a negative effect on my day to day life. I'm not even worrying about their difference in shape, sizes and thicknesses . At this point that doesn't matter. Would I recommend you and your family go here? The office is beautiful and clean. You get a massaging chair... But me- I'm looking for another dentist. Any recommendations? One more comment- I have held off publishing this until after I got a copy of my records and X-rays. It's taken them over 30 days and many requests from me to receive them. The day after I Finally received them they sent me a bill . This did not surprise me. So petty.
