I even expressed to her that I am a new resident to the area whom would be a returning customer upon my satisfactory service but that still did not change her terribly rude demeanor towards myself. I've been in the line of costumer service upper management positions for decades and WOULD NEVER DARE treat a customer in the regard that I was treated by this young lady!

Last weekend I was charged for a double order of steamed vegetables I didn't get . When I called they told me "both are in there". I order the vegs every time so I know that was a flat out lie. I get the chimichanga when I visit, they, like most locations I've visited over the years pack meat into the chimichanga without cheese (I once worked for a restaurant that put cheese in the Chimmi - was so darn good. But the cheese and sour crème served with the Chimmi is quite good and it's a filling and tasty meal. The Mexican rice and refried beans mix nicely with the Chimmi. I'm often there after attending a sporting event at Jacksonville State, and if you are doing the same this is a great stop before you head home. They have a ton of space, lots of tables, friendly servers and and large menu. Check them out when you're close by.

Then the manager said we can put a couple pieces of steak on it. My husband said no thank you and asked for a refund (We had bought 3 other people dinner!) The manager flatly refused.
