I love the pickled jalapenos en escabeche that they serve with everything. Not too hot, but just the right vinegar level. The consumme for the birria is *chef's kiss*. I also really appreciate how kind the staff are. I've heard them explain their menu so kindly to anyone with questions. The service is always friendly. The truck itself is spotless, and you can tell they care a lot about the cleanliness of their business. There are a few folding tables and chairs, but this is really designed to be a carry out situation.
