Even at that we are still waiting for them to get the custom cut blinds completed. We had to send multiple emails and leave phone calls to get an update. We were told that Hunter Douglas had a machine that was broken. Also that they were "looking" for a template that went missing. In any event, they still have done nothing to make the situation more palatable. Andy, if you see this, here is an easy solution. How about offering a discount for the delays and problems we have encountered? They may be the largest dealer of HD blinds in Summit County, but they are extremely slow to respond after getting your deposit. I would never use them again and would stray away. This store was filled with many different types of furniture and items that were donated. I find that the quality and selection of merchandise really depends on the neighborhood that they are located in. I really found that this store was a bit pricey. I found a couple of paintings that caught my eye and they were asking for a price that was more than it was worth because the original price tags were still on the back of the paintings. They were $10-$20 dollars cheaper then what Habitat for humanity was asking for. After seeing that it I lost some interest shopping in the store. Since I was now just in browsing mode it's interesting to see what was donated in this area.

And if there is no price on it, you bring it up to the front, and you'll get different prices depending on which employee you ask. I once asked a price on a lamp, and was told $20; brought it up to the front and the cashier said $30. Just as I was about to check out, the manager (I assume?) told her to charge me $45 instead. The owners, Samantha and Allen, are what make Studio 2b truly special. They both have great taste for the showroom displays, as well as in recommendations for customers. Samantha and Allen strike that perfect balance between being personable and professional, and both are very knowledgeable about the products. They are one of a kind in the Denver area. The last time that I was in the showroom, a couple came all the way from the east coast just because the customer service at Studio 2b is that much better than a similar showroom in New York!
