This is a really, really long overdue kudos for these guys, i've been here more than once. I love the new roundabout as long as it is moving, locals know that sometimes it doesn't move and you're stuck in traffic but I am a neighborhood local 60 years in the Carneros 1/2 mile away and I LOVE Loe It's always super easy in and out. Everybody is so kind & helpful. I've heard a few people including the local newspaper talk shit about the owner, but he has only ever been kind to me! Sonoma is a quirky little town. I wish him the best and I can't wait for the Glenellen location to open. Oh & if you like vintage BMW's, there's quite a bit of eye candy on property. If you get stuck in that stinking construction from roundabout traffic pull into Loe... nice area to sit out and play corn hole, admire the cactuses and the vintage BMW's! And I'm not just a stoner or just an old stoner. I had a brain aneurysm rupture SAH at 49 and I was put on so much nasty medication.... now That cannabis is legal. It helps me so much medically. I normally dont review dispensaries because I dont want to lose my job but i got a super cool job now so all should be good and I wouldnt want to review any other place than Loe.....imma tell you why. Now I cant account for anyone else but when I walk in that door, i am treated like royalty from all parties, not just the owner. The customer service here is laid back yet attentive and just a real treat. You can wonder around on your own accord and check stuff out and your not going to get pestered however, you know by the ambience that your questions will be answered quickly and with care. Their selection is great and Ill tell you what and gosh darnint owner guy send me your name so i dont have to call you owner guy. We are closer than that. They have alot of differnet brands that entice me alot. I always like to try new vendors. They have some cookies, and selfies, and presidentials as far as pre rolls go. I can really only speak on that however I did once get an eigth of OG Kush for 28 bux there and it was good! I know you guys got all that yard there. I am a visonary. I look at that property and I think a cash cow. I think that Loe is going to blow up and be the absolute premiere dispensary if all avenues are utilized. It so funny im sitting here after smoking one of the house pre rolls and it is bomb! Its a real treat on a beautiful day! Went in to get some CBD pain medication for my husband. And right from coming in the door we were greeted with smiles and pleasant guy taking our information. He continued to help us with our selection what we needed and encourage us to try the smaller amount first instead of pressuring us to buy the bigger container. That was way more money. Stopped by this new dispensary on their opening weekend as the outside really caught my eye and piqued my curiosity. The owner John was really friendly and took time to introduce himself and share so many details about the shop and some background about the business. His staff was super knowledgeable and walked me through the very wide assortment of products as I am a newbie to the cannabis world. They made me feel very welcomed and relaxed during my first ever visit to a dispensary and I walked out a happy customer. I'd leave six stars if I could. This place is the best and so are the people who work here. I was in visiting from out of town for the holidaze (and the holidays were winning) when I drove past this beautiful beacon of a dispensary. Staff were super helpful and I was in and out in a flash with the supplies I needed to turn my mood around. BUT WAIT. There's more to this tale, the holidays weren't done toying with me yet... Got home and excitedly ripped my new cartridge from its packaging, feverishly screwed it onto my pen, inhaled andddd! NOTHING. It wasn't working. I didn't come this far just to come this far so I made the short ride back to the dispensary and looked sheepishly at the staff, not knowing what the issue was. Quickly, one of the staff returned with his own spare battery to test if the cartridge was working and VOILA! A cloud of smoky serenity emerged from the pen.
