I placed my order very early in the morning . They called me at 9:30 am about my order . I called them right back . They didn't answer until 10:00 am . They refused to credit me about one of the vape pens that was defective . Next , I told them I had a medical card , what kind they asked . So , it took me awhile , I downloaded it , sent it . I ordered $250 worth of items . I asked for delivery at 3:00 pm . They never showed up . At 4:30 pm they texted me about whether I wanted a new delivery . I responded they were supposed to be here at 3:00 pm . I will never use them again . I had been a really good customer . They were also rude on my phone call, I asked the person to let me finish talking , when he responded , I had interrupted him . REALLY . Never will use them again . read more

I purchased my fifth or sixth Wax one gram vape cart from nice guys. Note the cart was also a nice guys brand. Unfortunately the cart was in my pocket and when I must have been active the cart bottom had broken and is no longer usable. Unless I use a nine volt battery maybe... I called and the gal was nice but unfortunately the company said that technically because the cart was defective they couldn't do JACK! I understood I mean hey it happened on my time but when I asked if they could provide a discount on a future cart or free delivery the answer was no. Maintaining my cool as I know it's not the phone operator fault I feel that this is a major disappointment and I feel the company should stand by the products it produces. Niceguys can be fine when everything goes absolutely perfect. But that is very rarely the case. They have a good selection and prices for cannabis, but so do a lot of other dispensaries. Niceguys has a horrible customer service team. If something went wrong, make sure you have hours to spare to get your money back or to get the weed delivery. They never address any issues being brought up and offer no viable solutions. Then they switched to a new payment engine, and goodness, it rarely works and then its just another unsecure unknown app that takes ALL of your banking information. I do not reccomend anyone trusting Aeropay, a company that is barely more than 5 years old. The rudeness of the people operating the lines is beyond unprofessional. OH, and the cheap flower is horrendous in quality, especially their nice guys brand. read more

Ive been a loyal customer for months and have had no issues. Today I was trying to place an order and kept getting an error that I exceeded the daily amount of concentrates - of which I had none in my cart (only flower). Confused, I called to speak to customer service (9/19 around 5pm) and the guy who I spoke to was incredibly rude and not helpful. I asked if it was maybe a glitch and if he could help me and he told me, "I don't know what to tell you, I'm not there with you." Umm it's a delivery service??? He didn't even say something like, I'm sorry that's weird that's happening blah blah blah. He acted like I was an idiot and that he would need to be in person with me to help me. After using them for years they have definitely dropped the ball. They are never on time these days (45-120 ETA) All flower under $35 an eighth is bone dry and smokes terrible. Young girl over the phone is very condescending and defensive when you call to let them know that you haven't received tracking info after 90 mins. Managers are very helpful, understanding and accommodating when not satisfied with the quality or product I was receiving. I would recommend the Dayz Off brand if looking for affordable quality flower. They are the same grower of one of the very expensive brands that Nice Guys sells so you can't go wrong with them. About $35-$45 an eighth and plenty varieties to choose from. The cheap stuff is just that, CHEAP. Don't waste your money. The taxes make it not worth it. They are convenient when your dealer is out, unavailable, or can't deliver. But prepare to wait 2 hours. .... After waiting over 2 hours today, the delivery driver in the blue Prius with the shoulder length hair snatches the cash out of my hand with an attitude. Haha. Today I received an email clearly stating " recover from the fourth and get 25% off Raw Garden, valid through 7/12. " so I went ahead and placed an order for nearly $200 of raw garden items and received my order confirmation with no discount so I called to double check and apparently there's a bunch of specifics of what you can and can't order when in the email it doesn't appear for that to be the case at all. Being that I order from the Nice Guys pretty often I was surprised that they weren't going to honor their advertised discount so I canceled the order. I can just drive either 20 minutes north or 20 minutes south and save a bunch of money instead of spending top dollar when The whole reason I placed the first order initially was because of this email with misleading details. Wow, what great a service. You no longer need a medical card, by the way. You do need to upload a copy of your driver's license so have that handy when ordering. I ordered online and my order arrived at my front door in maybe 30 minutes, possibly less. They text you a link so you can follow your driver's progress - you know exactly where s/he is and when they will arrive. They offer a 25% discount for new customers that was automatically applied to my order upon confirmation. I paid cash and gave the driver the change as a tip but I think you can pay via cc. They offer a wide variety of products..... though I wish they carried a wider variety of balms, topical oils, creams, tinctures and the like. I've used them over the years and have stayed consistently loyal when living in the area. Their delivery times can range anywhere from 45 minutes to four hours depending on the day/ time. As long as you're prepared for that, its a non-issue. I like every delivery person who has come by, they're always very sweet and easy to communicate with. They've always got a few deals going on and notify you by text for the ones that are really worth it. It is a little pricey, but you aren't going to find anyone who delivers in marin for cheaper and good quality. Their products are consistent and I've never been disappointed with what I receive from them. I think the only negative comment I have is I tried to use their chat function on their website once and never received a reply. Luckily it wasn't anything I couldn't figure out for myself but if I was inquiring about product, I'd be a little frustrated. If you're considering giving them a shot, do it! You won't regret it. I placed an order that totaled approximately $95. For some unexplained reason they gave me a credit reducing the cost of the order to less than $9. I could have left well enough alone, but I called them to let them know of their error. I got a thank you but felt that I deserved more considering that I alerted them to their error. I asked to speak to the manager who told me that I would get a 10 percent discount on my next order. When I said that was not sufficient she raised it to 15 percent. Considering how much I saved them by alerting them of their error I thought it was not enough. I canceled my order.
