However, on our last visit there was no one to check us out. We stood by one of their 'customer service' desks on the lower level and a line began to form. One of the customers mentioned this has happened to her before. We decided to take a walk around to see if any other register had staff. We did find one cashier on the upper level who was happy to ring up our purchases. She was very friendly and we chatted a bit about how understaffed the store seemed to be. It's always sad to see a store that has been in business for so long go into distress. It's one of the anchor stores at the Warwick Mall. They offer salon services here also. The entire experience was embarrassing and upsetting, especially because it happened in front of our children. We left confused and disappointed by how the situation was handled. Most people don't know how to use them, and then if you need to make a return you're waiting in line forever with the people making purchases, so it's a mess. Usually this store has stuff literally all over the place, it used to be so clean but now there's just stuff always in the isles- between the carriages and you moving around others can become like real like Mario-cart. I feel like I seldom find good deals unless if it's in the clearance section. The clearance section and added coupons you can find some deals, but even that selection is scarce and it's catered to just like crop tops, belly shirts and shorts most of the time. Regular prices items are really high, but I believe they do this so the coupons make it appear you're getting a great deal, which seldom do you. The associates act like you don't exist. And pretty much don't acknowledge you at all. I do like that they have an Amazon drop off in the store though. Those employees are nice, and it's very quick when all I have to do is return something that I didn't need or like from Amazon. Of course- if you know your feet are done growing ...as most are when we're adults ;-)- then you'd be surprised on what markdowns they have ...if say you're looking for a boot (but it's the end of the winter season) or sandals (as fall approaches) they have some mind blowing deals on the brand names. They also have manufacturers I've never heard of that make some cutting edge shoes and boots as well. The best part, it won't break your wallet. Their workers are always very friendly, always asking if they can find you your size-as with Nike's etc... they only keep one sneaker in the box ...you have to ask for the matching one. Other brands you don't have to ask at all- both shoes are there in the box. I think they do that to prevent stealing certain brands. Either way, I've always received compliments on sandals that have literally cost me 19.00. I could live there lol. Highly would recommend.

I deducted a star because the staff is hit-or-miss they can be less than friendly, they can sometimes hard to find but progressively they've been getting better. They don't have coupons which is a bummer but their killer sales can make up for that. My husband wishes they would close so I would stop coming home with so many pairs of shoes.
