And then they sent it directly to the outlet mall. There are some items like that at the Columbia store. Odd colors, designs you can't picture being sold at full retail. For example, pairs of plaid shorts, in bright summery colors with matching tops, that came down to the knee in form-fitting fashion -- they were essentially hot pants. I have to ask, what were these doing at a sporting-goods store? I can't imagine them selling well to Columbia's target market. But, there are also plenty of items that fit more squarely within the Columbia brand. Such as, a white linen shirt with button-up sleeves, perfect for lightweight sun protection on the water or when camping; and a pair of nylon shorts for whitewater rafting (when they won't let you wear cotton on the river). There are plenty of "quirky" items -- normal Columbia items such as warm winter coats, in slightly odd colors that obviously didn't sell well. For instance, I got a really nice sun hat for $6 (I think the original price was like $40). Even better if it's your favorite color -- this one was purple! I did not check out the shoe selection but they do have them. All sorts of camping gear as well. Like most outlet stores, you may not find exactly what you're looking for at this one, but you will find plenty that you weren't looking for -- and sometimes that's the best part.

Limited cashiers, even though there were three at the front only one was checking out customers. This was a little frustrating when there's a line, especially on a weekend. Customer service could use a little improvement as far as attire and professional demeanor. I felt like I was visiting a neighbors daughters place. Very casual and didn't feel very customer friendly but maybe it was an off day for them.

I think everything that day was 40% off, which isn't bad, but most pairs were still $30+. Not a whole lot of floor staff around, but I was checked in on once while trying on a couple of pairs of shoes. The woman who stopped was cheerful and I'm sure what have helped me with my requests if I'd had any. Shoes seemed to be on season - a lot of flats and sneakers with boots stuffed onto clearance shelves in the back. Probably not worth the drive itself, but not a bad stop if you're already headed to the outlet mall.

I'd definitely return to this location for the mere friendliness of employees and very clean/well organized store! Literally this was one of the cleanest Five Below stores I've visited in WI. My track record with sunglasses is not great so spending $30 on a pair was a bit nerve-racking for me but I've had these suckers for almost three years now and they are still in great shape. Since we were at the outlet mall I thought we should take a look to see if they had any similar styles for a similar price so I had a backup pair. Upon entering the store, I thought it was odd that there was no one greeting us. We looked at the sunglasses, decided between a couple pairs and then narrowed it down to one. From there we wandered through some of the racks and not seeing anything else of interest, went up to the registers to pay. Or so we thought; there was no one at the front and frankly no one in sight at all. I looked around for a couple minutes, hoping whoever actually worked there would appear but no such luck. I ended up leaving the sunglasses on the register and walking out.

I've found the Delafield store to be a little less crowded than their other locations. Chris helped me find a shoe to try out - having a small track and treadmill in the store to do a trial run is a great bonus. Really like that they have a flexible return policy on their shoes for store credit for worn shoes so that you can have peace of mind when walking out of the store. Then went above and beyond in finding just the right fit i wanted. (I'm super picky.) I've never felt this in a shoe store, and they freaking help you into the shoe on a shoe cart. At first I was a little apprehensive cause their you know my feet, but after the second time I was ready to just let him help- anxiety washed away. Such a pleasure coming here!! Super knowledgeable- I recommend just telling the guys what your looking for and let them pick. Continue to adjust each try on with what you don't like about the last. Also they have all the "other" brands most places don't carry. I will always come here when I'm looking for just the right fit and wanna test some foams out. :)

We were killing time near Johnson Creek and decided to check out the outlets…read more My youngest has been on the hunt for lined Crocs, so we were excited when we saw they had a Crocs outlet. The selection at the Crocs Outlet is outstanding. They have all colors and varieties. The prices were roughy $5 less per pair than you'd pay elsewhere. That said, they did also have a buy two get two free deal going on when were there as well. (we were just wanting 1 pair, so we saved about $5 than normal retail prices) They also had all sorts of charms to personalize your crocs. While they did have a myriad of colors and styles (including plenty of my son's desired lined Crocs), their selections of sizes in any given color was extremely limited. We asked and they said they were pretty much a what you see is what you get shop (ie: no big stores of sock in back). We found a few different colors that my son would have liked but ended up having to opt for basic black because we couldn't find his size in other colors. That said, I couldn't find his size in the other colors online either--so maybe a bit of a shortage overall? The service was friendly and efficient. All in all a solid experience and we left with a pair in hand!

These stores are rapidly becoming obsolete, archaic, to the point that visiting one makes me feel…read moremore like an archaeologist than a customer. They still sell correction fluid for Ganesh's sake, who on this Earth would still need "White Out?" A pencil sharpener? A big desk top calculator (look if you're under 35 you're not picturing this right, I'm talking about on top of an actual desk...never mind), actual filing cabinets and file folders (again, if you're under 35 I am pretty sure you're not picturing what I'm talking about). Well still, it's fun to shop here because sometimes you want some obsolete office supply thing you once used to have to use at work, like a little dry erase board or a bouncy rubber pencil eraser. Because they are facing that inevitable descent into history, they've got some very low prices on stuff they don't make any more. Functional large outdated desk top computer printers, bigger in size smaller in storage capacity USB drives, last year's portable Bluetooth speakers.... And this Office Depot is staffed by very friendly, eager, somewhat lonely and underutilized young workers. Three of them asked me very sincerely "can I help you find something?" and all three pretended it was funny when I asked for my wife. Well two did, the third actually looked for her. We were the only two customers in the store, well the one customer and her archaeologist Yelper comedian husband. In hindsight, I feel kind of sorry that they all had to endure me.
