Staff were very friendly and helpful, without lurking and hanging too close to you - which is helpful without being overbearing. It's a nice touch. Plenty of variety and stock in this store! Checkout was a breeze and I was able to make my selections and be on my way in a short amount of time!

In years past when I'd been to VS they've been very welcoming and helpful. This time I walked through the door and heard a small "hello" from the side. I haven't been measured in a while so I went to the fitting room and waited for a few minutes, when no one came out I went back out to the two associates by the doors and asked if I could be fitted. They looked at each other and one finally said, "I'll help you." She took me to the room measured me, told me my size, and brought me one bra. I tried it on, she checked and said it fit and she was gone. Previously when I'd been they give you a box of all different styles in your size to try. Apparently this is not the protocol anymore. I went back out and selected my items and went to check out. The lady at the checkout counter took my items and scanned asking me how many of each item I bought. She threw them in a bag with no tissue paper while I looked at the associate next to her carefully wrap her customers items in tissue paper and present a beautiful bag. Mine were thrown in the bag like she couldnt have cared less. All in all - I don't know if I had an off day at this location but my consensus is- they are not helpful, not happy, and overall make you feel like an inconvenience for shopping there.

There certainly were some great deals here, and if I needed jeans, I certainly would have bought some for me. Sadly, they did not have any jeans at my brothers size. That's a bummer, wish they would have clothes for larger guys, but sadly they didn't. Still, I would make the trip again if I lived in the area to get the prices they had here for Levi Jeans.

So Barbie's favourite Outlets are the Tanger Outlets, and when she was driving from Columbus to Cleveland to come and see me, pick me up no less, she came right by here and was excited to see them, but didn't stop because she was in a hurry to get to me. So a few days later when we were driving through Columbus, we detoured up here and spent a couple of hours exploring the mall. It was delightful for me to bring her here and surprise her. Barbie enjoyed it tremendously and said that it's one of the better outlet malls that she's been to. It's really quiet and we were surprised at how few people were up here shopping. I hope that they're doing enough to stay in business. They had some good deals on, like the VS & Pink store had a big sale, but definitely there wasn't as much money to be saved or as extensive of a collection and selection as there is at the Tanger located in Texas City close to Houston which is our regular TO location. The Tanger of shopping here is that even though everything is at Outlet prices, you'll spend too much. The other Tanger is getting frozen in winter, because it's outside and it gets very cold indeed in these parts. So it's totally worth it. It's a genuinely nice place to shop. Until you drop. I came to this Nike Factory Store because my younger brother needed some new sneakers. I actually ended up buying myself a pair, even though I didn't really need any because of the great prices here. I got a pair of Nike Air Visi Pro VI for less than $40! What!?!? That's super cheap! Put them in my closet when I got home because I know I will eventually use them. Be warned, though, the line is gigantic. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting to get to the front of the line. Don't expect to shop here and not wait. Still for these prices, worth it!

It's a little overpriced for me but they do make pretty good stuff. I do believe that if you're savvy shopper you can get other brands that are just as good and possibly even better for half the price or even a quarter of the price, but if you're in this massive Polaris Mall and you want really good sunglasses, or even an eye test, then this is definitely a good choice. Discovered a temporary hours change posted on its front door. No idea how temporary is temporary or how long their hours have been like this. Their hours on Yelp had recently been updated to reflect more hours than what is their current hours. While situation may be beyond their control (giving benefit of the doubt), Oakley could have updated their hours. Call ahead before making the trip to the store to be sure they are open.

This review may only apply to me, and people like me: that don't want a ton of interaction, but a good selection, and a quick, pleasant checkout experience. My mom gave me a $20 off coupon for DSW when I was visiting, so we stopped here when we were visiting the in-laws. It's a very big store compared to others I've been to. There was a large selection which was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It also want better crowded which I definitely liked. I found a pair I liked, but they didn't have my size. They said I could buy them online, but they were on clearance in the store and not online. When I asked if there was anyway I could order them in store and have them shipped for the store price, the sales women said they weren't supposed to but talked to her manager who said it was ok. I was appreciative of how accommodating they were. Because of that, I was able to get new boots for a very reasonable price of $40. While I don't like shopping, it was an overall good experience here.
