She continued on to make it sound like i was being unreasonable!! She is very unprofessional and lacks good communication!! Here's what I suspect (and I say "suspect" because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. Was there any indication of discoloration in the product description? Nope. It's actually appalling, the damage is so bad. Like over $350-for-a-redye bad. Thankfully, even though the item was final sale, customer service did rectify the situation with a full refund. I'm so sad though...that behno bag is sold out everywhere. I hope Rowe reexamines how they handle delicate merchandise like suede so that the quality isn't compromised. I would've expected higher standards from an upscale boutique.

Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different story. It's a very small boutique, yet we were never acknowledged--not a hello, not an offer to help, nothing. Meanwhile, the manager/owner appeared completely occupied with another woman who dominated the conversation at length about having so many clothing options that she couldn't decide what to wear to an upcoming event. We browsed for quite a while and were fully prepared to spend money, but after being completely ignored, we ultimately decided to leave. For a small boutique, the personal shopping experience should be part of what makes you want to shop there rather than online or at a larger retailer. The merchandise at Ladybird was lovely, but unfortunately the lack of even basic acknowledgment made us feel as though our business simply wasn't important. Even when my wife was an employee at a competing outdoor retailer (where I got a discount) I was still shopping online at STP. When I found out they were building a brick and mortar store here in Columbus I was beyond thrilled! As it is part of the TJX companies it still means that the store is a gamble when it comes to brands and sizes found. However, it makes a great starting point as you can easily search their site to see if there are other sizes, colors, etc available. Don't have a tiny pocket computer (aka a smart phone)? There's no need to fret! In store they even have a kiosk where you can search their online stock. My only real dislike of the physical store is that as of right now they do not accept the countless coupons that come to my email address. This may change soon as an employee recently told me that they would start honoring them. Until then, I will still order the bulk of my purchases from the website so I can use the frequent STP coupons. With the store so close it's super easy to return to the store with no hassle. This is extremely helpful when ordering shoes online as some outdoor brands use variations of European sizing that allow for greater fit specification. Recently I ordered two pairs of a boot to see if they would work for my job. Having a low volume super narrow foot they did not but, with the painless returns it was no problem. I even lucked out and found the perfect pair in store!

Sleepware from cute n comfy to light it up hot. There are great belts, jewelry and handbags, socks and tights. The shoes are very on trend. They carry all sizes and widths. Another great thing about Lb is: if you need help putting an outfit together, just ask and a stylist will help you, they also do bra fittings. I was wearing the wrong size for so long until I got fitted here. Now the twins get the attention they deserve ;) Yet another perk, if you use your Lb card, you get points toward coupons and periodically they send you a check that you can use in conjunction with a coupon for added savings. I've been here on slow days and busy days so there can be 3-7 visible employees. If items are ordered online they can be returned in store. The policy has changed regarding returns. They have to be done in a 30-day window, or if the order was placed on a Lane Bryant credit card, it's extended to 45-days. The best time to shop is when the new clothing season starts for a greater selection of merchandise. The second best time is when you need something. If you like something but they don't have it in the size you need, they will see if it's available online or in another location.
