Thin white chips No way could u pull a chip out intact. Instead of cheddar or other cheese sprinkled on top or throughout. It was covered with thin gross caso type cheese. There was a Choice of meat. We got steak After a while of picking on it and leaving it alone. We commented on how bad it was and I said ha! They forgot the steak. MY friend said no it had steak. Where I said? He pointed towards the plate and said look right there. there was a little piece of steak about the size of a dog kibble. We really enjoyed the place. We stayed there for hour and a half playing golf. But I am not exaggerating about how bad the nachos were. Trying to be a little bit funny here but seriously. I planned a surprise party for my husband's milestone birthday and the entire process went super smooth. The owner/VP, Brett, made contact with me as soon as I filled out the event form online and was very communicative and kind. As this would've been my first time there, I was a little nervous to have them cater, however I was taken aback by how delicious everything was ( jambalaya, shrimp Alfredo pasta, and chicken tenders) and they did not skimp out on the amount of food provided. I ordered one tray of each and it was more than plenty of food for my guests (~25). The staff was also very attentive throughout. Finally, I believe the pricing was very fair when considering convenience and all that they provide! They have board games, Jenga, and many tvs throughout and the simulations are great for everyone! I really dislike leaving bad reviews ESPECIALLY during this pandemic but this place is ran by children. We are a group of 4 and was giving a server...... that we only seen once in 2 hours. We had to order from the bar after our first order. None of the workers are wearing mask. Everyone is wearing the face shields that technically ONLY protect them. Meeting a few friends at a golf place, you don't expect to get great food. But that is exactly what i got. Part indoor golf simulator/part Gastro pub is what i found, to my delight, at LOFT18. My table sampled several appetizers, because it was 2 for 1. All were delicious. My favorite of the 2 for 1 was the pulled pork nachos. They had lots of flavor and were pretty loaded down. The picked onion on top was a nice touch. Then I ordered the mahi tacos. These were excellent! A little spicy, with a crunchy slaw on top. Very enjoyable. They have a nice selection on the menu, it's not an overly large menu, but still presents some variety. They have specials nightly and plenty of wine and beer to choose from. I wasn't playing golf tonight, just checking out the dining area, looking forward to renting a stall and playing a round next time I am there. read more

Very displeased with my last visit. Thursday night football & the waitress tells my friend they can't turn on the game because they have to pay for it. The game was local!! They had live entertainment which probably is the reason why they didn't want any distractions or a big crowd but there is no need for lying. Especially to a customer who always make reservations and the table spends over $100 every time. Another waitress was nice enough to apologize for the lie we were told but the damage was already done. I can't see myself hanging out at a place that doesn't cater to their customers. read more

I called as soon as the store opened to say that my husband was injured and we would not be in to play golf the morning of our reservation. The associate on the phone said, "No problem" and did not mention a cancellation fee. Our card was immediately charged half the stall fee! Called back to speak to the manager but she said that's our policy. I could understand if we were a No-show. Went here for the 2018 NYE Gala with a bunch of friends. We all purchased the Gold Package which included an open premium bar, 2 glasses of Mumm Champagne for the ball drop, and unlimited hors d'oeuvres. (Value around $75) Things I loved: -The bar selection for the night was great! Drinks were poured properly, I do love a nice geaux cup as well to take home! -The chicken wings were incredible. Very nice flavor and warm. -The DJ played a great selection of music for all ages to enjoy. -The HD Photo Booth was THE BEST. My crew really enjoyed snapping GIFs and Regular pictures all night with appropriate new years eve props. Thank you Loft18 for the amazing photographed memories! -Bartenders were all SUPER kind & quick on service. -Large space for private parties. Things I did not love: -Unfortunately, some drunk teenager pucked in the middle of the venue. Yes, a staff member did mop up the mess, but no one ever put out a wet floor sign. Kid you not.. must have seen 4 older ladies slip and fall. Not safe, y'all. -The women's bathroom was a hot mess. Water all over the floor, the first stall you walk into did not lock properly. -Although the chicken wings were amazing, I did not get a chance to taste anything else on the menu (nachos, french fries, fried pickles, fried oysters) and this was not due to our group being late. First! Went to this place opening week and had a blast. Great location. On site parking. Good variety of eats and drinks. We had the blackened shrimp tacos, the Southwestern Salad, and the chicken press sandwich and cleaned our plates. The interior is modern and comfortable. The virtual golf is a really cool concept! I can see this place being a great place for date nights, hanging out, or working on your swing. Well, been going here on a regular basis with my kids, family, friends and clients. I have spent tons of money and have enjoyed the place up until 15 minutes ago. They did not honor the 2 hours of stall time I bought as they kicked us out 15 minutes early. They booked my time and really did zero to make amends. I enjoyed my experience here for the most part. The staff is extra friendly and attentive, which is a huge plus for me. I was tad disappointed to find that there were fewer lanes than I thought. I guess I expected it to be a much larger establishment. The parking is minimal, but their drink and food menu is very extensive. The wings had a great flavor and so did the Parmesan fries. I love Frosé and theirs was certainly pleasing to the pallet! They also have bushwackers and good wine and beer selection. The golfing can be serious or just fun arcade games depending on what you're going for, we opted for fun golf. Which made it fun for our entire group. They had a DJ playing music when I went which I thought was super cool, and the drinks and food were awesome! I do also want to mention how kind and accommodating the staff was, we had a group of 9 and pretty sure we all did separate checks (which is super annoying I know) but they never seemed agitated about that and I never felt like I had to go find a server for us. Great place to relax and play golf. Beats going to the range especially on rainy days. Servers and staff are very friendly and helpful, and food is excellent (especially their burgers). My favorite part of Loft18 is their simulators. Simulators are very responsive and are very accurate. Also the swing playback and speed monitors are very helpful to improve your iron and driver play. Came in to just check it out for my son's b-day party. This place is definitely FRESH & NEW for entertainment. Surprisingly, I was thoroughly impressed! Even though I suck at golf, it was entertaining with The ambience, vibe, food and the staff definitely made it worth the experience. Sara was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Came here last Friday and was really looking forward to my first time! Unfortunately, the system we were using for the golf course game constantly froze up on us. One of the workers had to keep rebooting the system and finally decided we would have to use the older system they had used in the past. We had payed for a two hour time slot and lost 35 minutes due to the computer system. No one offered our money back, free drinks or food, or even to give us an extra 35 minutes of time to make up for the time lost. When we asked about at least getting some extra time we were told that someone was waiting on that bay. There was absolutely no compensation for the time we lost and had payed for!
