I love going in for a good fur ruffling session with Dylan, the Golden Retriever, during the 3-7 pm wines tastings on Saturdays.

Collins to find many of these same varietals and vintners. At a restaurant in Italy a few years ago I stumbled on a wonderful (but pricey) Brunello and spent the last 5 days of the vacation scouring wine shops in Tuscany to find it (on the last day I found 5 bottles in a grocery store and grabbed them)... The only two places in the U.S. that I have found that same winery (Silvio Nardi) is in a high class wine shop in Jackson Hole and, you guessed it, Berthoud Wine and Spirits. After I discovered this shop and chatted with the owners I thought I'd see if they could get some of the harder to find favorites for me Girard meritage, Pride Mountain, White Oak chard., Vernaccia from San Giimingnano, La Crema Chard, Avignonesi Nobile di Multipulciano...and they have lined them up for me. There is a nice selection of micro brews, ales,and other hoppy alternatives also since the expansion. This is so worth pulling off of 287 and driving a couple miles.
