First thing Monday morning I received a call back. She asked all the necessary questions and told me if it were less than a year old warranty would cover it. The tech came out found it was 15 degrees off. He reset it then checked my burners for me as well. Then was kind enough to take a look at my dishwasher. Told me the issue with it was something I was loading on the bottom rack. We couldn't have asked for a kinder honest company. I would so recommend them to anyone.
