I use Logan Express in Framingham, twice a week. Their to and fro service to Logan airport is fairly efficient, both time and quality wise. The drivers are courteous, buses usually run on time and are quite comfortable. At $22 round trip, it isn't exactly cheap compared to, say options in other metros, such as DC, but its way cheaper than taking a cab. My gripe is with the ticket agents sitting in the Framingham office. I've come across three of them at different times. They hate it if you ask them any question / direction, and are just happy to issue you tickets (a job that can be done by a vending machine). There is one agent who is downright rude. I generally have great luck with Logan Express in Framingham. The drivers are usually beyond courteous and friendly. I don't know who peed in the Cheerios of my driver this morning, but I did it care for the way he just threw the luggage into the storage compartment,randomly chucking the bags on top of each other instead of sliding them in nicely. There was no friendly greeting or even an acknowledgment. Several other passengers remarked on his behavior as well. I am a generous tipper, but not today! At least the bus was on time! read more

New parking area is nice and easily accessible. The bus left at 4:35 and the run into Logan smooth. Pickup was good but not on 1/2 hour, but understandable due to afternoon traffic. Nice service. read more

Parked for 2 weeks. Went to use automated checkout at exit. Would not read credit cards. After 4 tries finally read. Bill was $91. 2 lot attendants then told me if want receipt have to go inside. That defeats purpose of machine. I just spent $91 and ask if he could get, said no. Great customer service. I then said how they going to know bill. He said he would tell cashier. I went in and he was there after I parked. So I ask for receipt and given one for $42 not $91. Had to ask receipt to be changed. What a pia, good thing the drivers attitudes offset the rest of the staff. read more

I have used this service for over 15 years and have always had a good experience. Really never had an issue with bus schedules by more than a few minutes. They won me over years ago when I was taking a bus on December 23rd, rush hour traffic to the airport and we still arrived in 35 minutes from Framingham due to use of back roads as needed. Maybe just luck, but I never could have done that on my own. Overflow parking can be a little confusing the first time, but not a deal breaker. Ticket sellers are not the friendliest bunch but the drivers have always been good. Cleanliness of buses has not been an issue. Pick up area at Logan easy to find. I confess I don't travel during school break times so I can't comment on others' experiences of not getting on a bus. Never happened to me. Ticket pricing is reasonable and daily parking fee in their lot is certainly better than at the airport. Not saying this method to the airport is for everyone, but I have no reason not to recommend it. With the price of parking at the airport I almost always opt for this option. read more

If you're considering using Logan Express......just don't. I can't urge you enough to just take an Uber or a different shuttle company. This company does not track flight information when you purchase tickets so has no way of knowing how many people will be arriving at a terminal in a particular point in time using their shuttle service leading to hours of waiting. I have called several times about a refund for this useless service but am told I will not be refunded my money. Spend your money elsewhere. I'm not sure if Massport regulates this service, but someone should as the driver left people standing while his lunch box took up a seat. read more

Useful if you do not want to drive into Boston. Buses run frequently enough so you do not have to wait.

This is a great and comfortable way to get to Logan Airport. You can park your car there and it's only $7 a night. Buses run every 15 min or half an hour depending on the time you want to leave and they are very comfortable. You don't need to get tickets in advance, you can buy them there. Bathrooms are not very clean, I wouldn't recommend using them. read more

Ive been taking this bus to and from Logan at least twice a month for over a year now. It's never late going in either direction (leaves every half hour), the fares are reasonable (12.00 one-way and 22.00 round trip), and the buses are comfortable and rarely totally full. All the drivers are friendly and professional - as are all the attendants and employees of the station in Framingham. I've been allowed to store my bag in their offices while waiting for my ride and they allow both short and long term parking on the premises. The buses stop at each Logan terminal. The drivers announce the terminals and airlines served on the drop off runs. The buses have wi fi and most have plugs to charge your phone or other gadgets. It's a bus service that goes to and from Logan and they do it really well. They make it REALLY easy. Give them a try next time you want to avoid Boston traffic or exhorbitant Boston parking rates. I have been using Logan express for many years. Lately, there is this new Bus driver who asks passengers to lift their own luggage and put them in the bus ( there are 3 compartments underneath). It is ok to do if he shows a bit of courtsey. The rudeness is unacceptable and once you place the luggage in he will tell you how to do it "right" next time. He is also least bothered about safetly, Started the bus without seeing if passengers are settled in or not ..He did not bother to ask passengers if they need any Taxi. When i said I will complain, he said mockingly if I need the number to call? Usually these buses are OK ..I only had issue with their random timing at Logan ( but can understand the traffic issues) ..but now I need to avoid this one for safety concerns and rude attitude. read more

Let's see do I take an uber ride for $45 one way or a round trip to and from for only $22. Perfect perfect perfect for the metro west residents. Nice and clean with AC. I've been flying in and out of Boston regularly over the past six months and use the Framingham Logan Express shuttle each time. When I returned after a week away, my car battery was dead. The worst form of public transit I have ever had the misfortune of PAYING for. I was with a group of people all in Framingham for business related training, and we were told we would be able to purchase tickets on the bus as we had done that straight from the airport to the terminal. We were told we had to get off and purchase tickets from the front desk, typically we'd all be understanding of a mishap like this, HOWEVER, we were told in a very demeaning tone and had eyes rolled at us and we were told that we were causing an issue because the driver was running late as it was- as if it's any of our faults, and all he did was make this excursion even longer than it needed to be. He condescendingly walked us to the ticket counter where we were met with EVEN MORE condescension from the clerk. Its pretty safe to assume that if ANY of us are in the Natick/Framingham area we will not be taking the Logan express! I'd much rather be chained by the ankle and dragged across the hot pavement on the highway at a speed of 65 miles per hour by a rusty and broken down truck! Framingham bus stopped but never openned door at terminal B. Was told bus would arrive soon. Had to wait another 30 minutes.

This service has definitely gone downhill since I first started using it. Over flow lots are used when main parking is full but they fill the buses from the main building leaving those in the overflow lot stranded until the next bus an hour later. Very, very poor customer service. I'll do Uber or Lyft next time. What a shame. read more

Use this service all the time (I work 5 minutes away so it's less inconvenient than asking a friend). Last night, the bus straight up didn't come when it was supposed. I've taken it from that exact same spot 10+ times and the guy always screams "Framingham"; in addition, I looked at the sign on every single bus that stopped there so I KNOW I didn't miss it. Ended up waiting there for well over an hour exhausted from my prior travels. To me it's unacceptable. I don't know what happened (there wasn't any traffic or anything that late) but it was incredibly frustrating. Chances are it won't happen to you but be mindful that it's not a well-oiled machine by any stretch of imagination. read more

Framingham Logan express just left my mother-in-law with her 3 year old granddaughter. She was attempting to take the 230 bus, she was there at 230 and he was finishing loading bags and told her she was late and he didn't have time ( to load her two small bags). She is now possibly going to miss her plane. I understand keeping schedule but they were RIGHT THERE. If he had time to talk to her he had time to let her run onto the bus. It is a great bus service; although they may have already out grown the garage! The bus are prompt, cost effective,comfortable & color coded for location, so Framingham is red! The inside waiting terminal is fine! It beats dealing with traffic or parking @ Logan! Just make sure to leave enough time! There is a DD & MCD's close by to stop before parking for that cup of Joe! Fabulous. This is a perfect way to get to the airport. Their waiting area is heated, clean seats, power outlets, clean restrooms. You can pay with credit card, the driver was friendly and safely takes you and your fellow riders to the BOS airport. Trip took about 45 minutes from Logan Express Framingham to Terminal B on a Friday morning 9:30am. The service is popular (they were advising customers to use overflow parking) yet not crowded at all. Bus seats comfortable. This is better than taking your car or a taxi - plus you simply can't beat the price $12.00 one-way / $22.00 round-trip. read more

Never use this service. I'm not familiar with the area and they sold me the wrong bus ticket so I ended up at the wrong parking lot, adding several hours to my trip. I called the manager and he was rude and dismissive. I urge everyone to use any other service available. read more

The service itself is A-OK. However their parking charges are exorbitant. While the entire Shoppers World parking is FREE, their fenced parking is $11 PER DAY. If you are going out for a few days then it adds up quickly and the savings DISAPPEAR. Logan Express Very rude driver as I witnessed him step out of the bus, barely contacting the ground as he comically yelled his destination and turning to get back into the bus. You would think a bus company such as this would have to wait at each stop for at least 30 seconds for people running to catch their bus. Yet at another stop I witnessed him outside of the bus for close to a minute as he once again pathetically yelled his destination. Other than that it is a great way to get in and out of Logan, basically always on time for me, cheap parking, maybe not so great to park in the unsecured overflows-remove your items. read more

This was our first time using Logan Express. Traveling from Connecticut to fly out of Logan in itself is a nuisance but worth the trip due to the ability to get a direct flight at nearly half the cost of flying out of Bradley Airport. There were so many negative reviews that we were concerned about using the service but it was so much more convenient than driving to the airport we decided to take the chance. We were pleasantly surprised at the convenience and the quality of service. The bus was timely and the people were courteous. I doubt that ours was the only good experience. We will definitely use the service again. read more

What's the story with Logan Express? A nice parking garage in Framingham is one thing. But unreliable pick up service and full busses at Logan on a Saturday night flush any attempt to deliver quasi-satisfactory service down the drain. Yesterday (8/27) the 10 pm pickup at SW Air was early and packed. I missed it even though I arrived at the curbside pickup area before 10. Only option left was wait for next bus, at 11!!? Sorry. Ended up taking a cab. My advice to anyone considering the use of Logan Express, Framingham -- park at the garage. Take the bus to Logan. Upon arrival, take Uber back to the garage in Framingham. It's not worth the effort to wait for a bus that runs on its own schedule or is packed which leaves you to only wait another hour until the next packed bus arrives. Don't want to spend more time waiting for a bus than it took to fly across country. What a joke. read more

Very convenient, good safe drivers, reasonable price, just be sure that the driver sees you as they have been known to drive by waiting passengers by mistake as there are three or more cities that they serve. We use the Framingham service and have had good experiences with all. It is worth checking the website for frequency of pickup and last run as they change. They usually add buses for holidays. Rarely are they full up. Much less stress for everyone involved to use the bus. read more

I had my second horrible experience with the Framingham Logan Express today. After a half day of traveling, you just want to get back home after you land. The Framingham Express is supposed to come at the top of the hour. It hasn't even been close the two times I tried to take it. Two months ago, it was over an hour late because it broke down on the way to the airport. Today, it arrived 15 mins after the hour (not too bad except if you've already been waiting 45 mins). The bus driver got out and said "are you all going to Framingham? I have no room. Take the next bus." Then before we could say anything or ask questions, he got back in and drove away. Take the next bus?? The bus that would be ANOTHER 45 minutes after we've been waiting an hour!! Keep in mind the drive to Framingham is only 30 mins. I took a taxi. Well worth every penny to avoid having to wait around for a bus that MIGHT come. I will be arranging other transport to and from the airport from now on. read more

I bought a round trip ticket and I lost the return ticket while on vacation. But I found the receipt. I showed it as a proof to the guy who was collecting payments. I had to request to speak to the manager there, very rude by the way. He said " Is your fault , you lost it and you have to pay for the ticket". He made me pay for the ticket again even thou I had the proof of purchase or they will not give me my luggage. He did not care at all. What an idiot. So I had to pay again.Poor service and a rip off. read more

I arrived at the airport pick-up spot at 11:40p where the sign said the next Framingham bus was at 1:15a. No mention of the scheduled midnight bus. I eventually took an uber home. read more

Web site says everything's great, but when I arrive there at 7AM the parking lot is full. Extremely annoying. Ended up just driving in the using Economy Parking instead. As my return flight was delayed, I would have missed their last bus back to their office (and then would have been looking for a shuttle to the offsite extension parking at 2AM). Just not worth the few bucks. Perhaps I should have taken a cab to the office, but the idea of getting a cab at 2AM for the return trip was not appealing. A heads up to anyone parking in Framingham, your car is not their responsibility. They do not accept any liability at all, you might as well park on the street. Our experience was we had to park on the roof deck at an end spot. A snowstorm ensued and the car was damaged by a plow - it was up high so you know it wasn't from another car. Well after the incident they refused acknowledge any responsibility and told us to file a claim with our insurance. Next time we'll get a Police report instead. read more

After a long international flight to Boston I waited an hour in the cold for the Logan express shuttle to arrive as I apparently had just missed the bus. When it finally arrived I was told there was no room on board. The driver said they would send a another bus in 5-10 minutes. It arrived 30 minutes later. They cut the schedule from every 30 minutes to every 60 minutes on weekends which clearly isn't enough to meet demand. Avoid Logan express if possible, especially on weekends. read more

This garage is much to small for the amount of people and airport employees that use it. During Holiday weeks, school vacations and summer months the lot is often filled to capacity and they valet your cars. Massport elected to build it only 4 floors high when they were allowed 6. read more

We have used Logan Express for years and in general, find the service valuable. However, I bought 2 round trip senior tickets on a credit card. I was in a hurry and did not look at what I signed. When I returned home, I discovered they had charged me $100 instead of $40. Was this an honest mistake? I tend to think not. read more
