Has a Groupon for their transport services from my house to Logan Airport. Amazing! I didn't get treated any different cause I have a Groupon, which is amazing, cause some companies do treat you a little different. Xanon was our driver, both ways. Everything went smoothly. They picked us up early both to get to Logan and to get home from Logan (which was awesome since I like to leave early and we got through customs fast). The drivers were courteous, helpful. I did buy the groupon and they did at $40 for tip/tolls/taxes which was fine since it included tip which is always added on anyway. I agree that it's annoying but it did say it on the groupon and for a trip from Waltham, it was about $70 each way which is only a little more than a taxi and these cars were much nicer. This is painful to write. I found a fantastic deal for this company on Groupon. I've been searching for a reliable service for both my business & personal needs. I was looking forward to giving Sila a try. My sons & I had a very early morning flight out of Logan so I scheduled a ride @ 3:15am. Initially the company showed promise. Responded immediately to my inquiry with a call. They confirmed both my drop off and pick up. I get anxiety prior to a flight and wanted this to be flawless. Twenty four hours before my flight I emailed to confirm & received confirmation ASAP. EVERYTHING went downhill from there. Day of reservation.... By 3:15am there was no car. By 3:30am there was still no car. I decided to call the company. I was told 6 minutes. The car never showed up. Eventually the company called back. Apologizing saying it would be 20 min. By this time I tried contacting an Uber but nothing was available. I received another call saying it would be another 30 minutes BUT the owner/manager ordered me a Lyft which got to us within 15 min. This was nice of him to do. The Lyft driver was a rock star and I slipped Him the tip I was going to give my original driver. I almost gave this company an extra star just for getting us the Uber. BUT, when it comes down to it we almost missed a flight. Unfortunately, I'm still searching for a reputable transportation company. If planning on trying this company out I suggest using them for something which is not as important as a flight. Or something with no deadline to beat. read more

I used Sila Transportation for our airport transfers last week. They were incredible! Heading out, we had Michael who found our address when no one else usually can, was there 15 minutes early and had a beautiful Mercedes. Very personable guy. Once we arrived back in Boston, it was 11 pm at night. I received a text from our driver Alejandro telling me where to go to meet him and that he was already waiting for there for us. He was also very pleasant and had a beautiful SUV. Both cars were immaculately kept and very comfortable. I find them to be extremely reliable, showing up at the house on time and always waiting at the airport when I come out of the terminal. They let me postpone redeeming the coupon for 8 months, were very responsive with email communications and on-time on both the pick-up from home and the airport. The driver arrived early and patiently waited both times. The vehicles were very comfortable. I almost wanted the ride to be longer (I live downtown). Mike picked us up at home for our ride to Logan Airport on 10/28 and was punctual and very professional. On 11/8 we had the privilege of having Onder pick us up at Logan for the ride home. Booked car service from the airport over the phone. Everything seemed to be fine. Got a confirmation number and correct charges appeared on my credit card. That is until I arrived at Logan after 15hrs of travel to find that there was no car for me. I had to call 6 times before someone finally picked up. After going back and forth with the person on the phone he was able to locate my reservation and told me the driver would be there in 10 mins. Long story short 45 mins later I get a call from the driver saying he was 10 mins away. When the driver got there 1hr 1/2 after the scheduled time, he informed me that he didn't know about the pick up until 45 mins prior when he received a call telling him to rush to the airport. Clearly, they completely forgot about my reservation. I won't be booking this company again. read more

I booked a reservation on their website. The confirmation on the website stated that someone will be in contact with me. 2 days passed and I didn't hear from anyone. On Friday evening (I scheduled a Saturday 7am pick up for a 8:35 flight) I called many times but there was no answer. Finally, Saturday at 5am I called again. Someone returned my call at 645am. When I inquired about my reservation he said he doesn't know what I'm talking about and there is no reservation in the system. I insisted there was and he insisted on me giving him a confirmation code. Silly me never wrote the confirmation number down. I asked if he can look up my reservation by card number, email, phone number, ANYTHING?? He said no!! Clearly he just woke up from his sleep. But Seriously?? Its 2014, he should be able to look up a reservation other ways. None the less, I had to call a cab and paid $50 to get to the airport. Just my luck I made it at 8:07 and they let us check our bags in and get on the flight. Def won't be using them for car service in the future. read more
