Walgreens did not have post op shoes. So we went to Med supply store behind Smiths. And purchased the shoe for $25. I checked on Walmart price and cost was it was about the same $25 and not the $5-10 dollar price Justin said it would cost at Walmart or Walgreens. J I was happy with the care I received! She was likely the one who was supposed to call us and since she didn't update the number on purpose she couldn't call and marked him as notified. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS NOT NOTIFIED. He had to call and speak with a random Rn/nurse (who was way more professional so good job to that guy) but he said "someone lied because it says you were notified " She had asked to confirm his phone number, my fiancé told her she had the wrong one and began to tell her the right one. She cut him off very rudely and was like "I'm NoT rEaDy". So we waited and he repeated it very slowly for her so she wouldn't get confused or behind. She said it was updated. She said she updated his other information. However, considering the phone number wasn't changed and she is a big liar I don't believe she did any part of her job that day. She deserves to be fired. You should not have someone like her working in any position helping patients. Not even front desk checking in patients and answering phones all day. She is petty, rude and unprofessional.

While the girls upfront were nice the two doctors I saw were awful. First they sent me to a back specialist when I needed a hip specialist. Dr. Rizzilo was him name and he is something else! He ordered tests, then refused to release the results to me even though I needed to see a specialist, not him. So I had to wait 3 weeks to go back in to get my results. He refused to answer any of my questions! ZERO! Doctor Rizzilo referred me to Dr. Makmann the "hip specialist" well I'm not sure he's in the right business. I asked him my questions and he said "I don't know" to most of them! And for the record these were simple questions, like I had pointed to the MRI and asked what something was around my hip joint, his response, no joke, " I don't know". Well sir aren't YOU supposed to be a "specialist"? Hmmmm. Anyhow I got a referral to a different surgeon! Would suggest you do the same!

Because I'm the Essential Caregiver for my adult twins with Special Needs, and was the full time--at home--Daughter Caregiver for both my elder parents. Dr H has treated us all...along with myself, and older son as well. Each "chapter" in this book would have some varied medical need that he met in a professional and speedy way. No matter how big or small. From dementia...to autism...to leukemia...to therapy recommendations...to diabetes...to prostate cancer...to epileptic seizures...to sports physicals...dermatology...and a little bit of everything else in between. He responds quickly, and the Patient Portal is a wonderful and efficient tool available to any patient, or their essential caregiver. He asks thoughtful questions and truly LISTENS to your answers. He isn't writing all the time like physicians of the past! It's so refreshing. I never feel rushed, or that I have to hurry to find the right words. Our appointments are always on time, and the waiting room isn't packed. I've often wondered how they stagger their appointments so well. Dr Hipolito is the sole, continual thread in our family's care, and it gives me complete peace of mind that I don't have to re-create history when we go in. He just KNOWS us. You can't put a price on experience like that. I'd give Ten Big Fat Stars on this review if I could...he deserves them.

He was in the room with me for maybe 5 minutes at that after I had waited almost 30 minutes. Both he and the student he had did not listen to me at all. I found him rude, unprofessional and no bedside manner at all. I left the office fuming.
