Note: the non-slip backing on ur bathroom rug only works when the cleaning crew doesn't put the rugs back immediately in wet floors! And now- this is the second time that I have been home while they clean and heard a crash- only to find out after they left that they broke something, hid it, and never said a word. They will vacuum and ding your furniture & walls, forget to lock the doors when they leave (usually no one is home when they're here). I actually have pretty basic standards- nothing outrageous and OCD. But I do expect them to respect our home and belongings. I've continued to try and deal with it for 3 years- support a local business, give them the benefit of the doubt, etc. But I've had it- they will never be allowed in our home again.

The owner reached out personally to walk me through the process, timelines, and what to expect. They also have a good system in place for text/email updates which I find very helpful. They showed up on time (actually a bit early which I appreciate) and got everything knocked out. They took the extra care and time to walk me through the final product and ensure 100% satisfaction. They did a phenomenal job and there were no missed areas. They also took the time to prep the areas really well and protected my pool which was greatly appreciated. Overall, would 100% recommend as they take a lot of pride in being local and providing high-quality work for a good/fair price. There is a reason "integrity" is built into the name of the business.

They were rude, said they "did not work for us", and did such a piss poor job with the rough in work that we promptly fire them. Tubs were not checked for levelness (Frank was surprised when I asked him if they checked the levels). Rough in if water lines were left loose and now come to find out after tile has been installed the connections on their Pex lines were not properly crimped or closed! I asked Frank to come back out to repair the work he did (only 3-4 months old) and he said he would not warranty the work he did. What a joke. I'll be reporting this company to the Board of Plumbers although I'm sure I'm not the first. Totally unethical in their dealings. It may have been an honest mistake but what happened next is completely unacceptable. While discussing this with Beverly, her cleaning crew decides to leave the house IN THE MIDDLE of the job. The bathroom was unfinished with bath mats everywhere. The room was not done. And THEY JUST LEFT. Without a word. Without asking if the work is complete. I was genuinely stunned. What kind of company does this? It shows an unacceptable lack of professionalism and commitment to their customers. They don't really care about their customers at all.
