We were looking for a quick bite on our way home from Columbus and thought this would be a good stopping point. And it was not it was not quick. It had nothing to do with the service, it was our fault for lingering. We didn't want to leave! What a cozy and welcoming atmosphere! This is the kind of place where you have great conversation with those around you, where you stay and have one more drink. It didn't help that it was a Sunday afternoon and football was on! And the food.... So spot on! Our party had Bangers and Mash, Fish and Chips, Reuben Sandwich, and a bison burger. The fish and chips were delicious, not heavy and greasy. My husband cleaned his plate and said the bangers and mash were great. Both the burger and Reuben got great reviews from our friends. Even the side salads were super fresh and tasty! Decent food, cute place, nice staff. Located downtown Findlay. I had the fish and chips it was pretty standard it came with waffle fries and a 2 ounce souffle cup with like 3 sprigs of dry cabbage that I wasn't sure what to do with. If it was coleslaw they forgot the dressing or vinegar and the cup only had about a half ounce of whatever it was supposed to be. My husband got a burger and he said it was good also. Large selection of beer and Irish dishes.There didn't seem to be a whole lot of places to eat in town. If you are passing through this is a safe bet! read more

Stopped in for lunch while driving back home and this was a great find! I had the chicken prosciutto sandwich, which was on the special menu, and it was HUGE, but not messy. The chicken didn't come close to fitting on the ciabatta bun, but that's OK; it wasn't sliding all over the place as I was trying to eat it. Very nice. Fries were frozen and unremarkable. The Irish Nachos were ridiculous. Usually, these are just chips drenched in a cheese like substance, but Logan's basically covers house made chips with Shepherd's Pie, and it was devine. My friend and I both ordered Bangers and Mash. I had a small salad with blue cheese dressing, good blue cheese. The meals were awesome. We don't salt our food and the meals tasted pretty salty to our palate but to anyone else they might not notice anything. We stopped by on a late Saturday afternoon no wait on a window table. Great place in Findlay. It was my first time in the downtown area and was quite pleased. A great little area with many options. We decided to go with the Irish pick as the boys wanted a giant pretzel. Great atmosphere with a lot of soccer jerseys and scarfs. A good Irish feel to it. We started off with the giant pretzel and it did not disappoint. Served hung in the air to make it easier to tear a piece off. The cheese and honey mustard sauces were a good pairing. Size was perfect for 4 of us. My wife got the spinach dip as her meal and said it was creamy and tasty. My son got the sliders off the kids menu and didn't complain (that is a compliment for him). I went with the Jamesons chicken sandwich as I was curious about the barbecue sauce. It was a good choice and topped with two large bacon slices. Waffle fries were well seasoned, but may turn some off where I liked them. Would definitely return to try there Sheppard's pie! read more

Great atmosphere in a beautiful old building in downtown Findlay, decorated with traditional Irish bar memorabilia, U. S. Navy items and soccer jerseys and flags. Going on a Friday night we planned on a wait, we were seated after 25 minutes. The staff and food were outstanding! We ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer, my wife and me believe it's the best we've ever had, the flavors mixed together for an awesome way to start our evening. I ordered the Logan's Mac & Cheese, it's large spiral macaroni, shredded corn beef and peas covered in a white creamy cheese sauce, I'm guessing it's a mix of white cheddar, Parmesan and maybe provolone and then baked. The macaroni was cooked perfectly, the corn beef was tasty and the peas were a nice addition. The mix of labors was perfect. My wife ordered the Irish Boxty Dinner. Three fried potato pancakes, sautéed garlic green beans and a small salad. The potato pancakes were the best I've ever tried, they came with a beer cheese dip which was quite tasty. The green beans were cooked perfectly cooked, great flavor and crunchy! The next time it's either a Boxty Dinner for me or the fish and chips, I watched a number of those dinners being delivered. read more

We had a decent meal at Logans with a less than attentive waitress. We had half a pizza leftover and boxed it up. We accidentally walked out without it and realized it as we got to our car. We went right back in, but our waitress said she already threw it away. She wasn't nice about it either. We ended up calling the manager who comped part of our bill, which we appreciated. We hope for a better experience next time. But they've already disappointed us more than once. read more

In town for a show, haven't been to Findlay in 25+ years, so I scan Yelp for dinner options. Hello Logan's! I park around the corner and make my way inside. The facility is really nice: hardwoods, big bar, contemporary restroom fixtures, neat booth seating, street view up front, and an upstairs. Quality investment in the infrastructure and it shows, I'm impressed. Nice menu and beer selections. Beer board is a computer monitor, fed by Untapped. Tech savvy! Service leading up to ordering was slow, but after that it was fine. I wasn't feeling adventurous for dinner, so got a basic black and blue burger with steak fries for $12. The burger patty was tasty, but slightly undersized given the size of the bun. Steak fries were piping hot and delicious, but I would have liked to have had a few more to round out the white serving plate. My portion expectations must be off. Somewhat odd that an Irish pub displays England Premier League football flags, but I guess the good people of Ohio don't know any better. Or I'm a football snob. Maybe both? This would be a fun place to go with friends or family, especially sitting in one of the private booths. read more

I am so very satisfied with our experience here last night!! I agree with another yelper that it's like stepping into Ireland. I ordered the corned beef and cabbage, my husband ordered the bison burger medium rare, and we both enjoyed the chocolate cake for dessert. First off the service was ON POINT!! She was kind, attentive, and helpful when choosing menu items. Service gains 5 stars. Next, ambiance is unbelievable!! There are these adorable cozy alcoves, with touches of Ireland throughout, a beautiful brick wall that is reminiscent of the old country, woodwork, and stained glass that gives the same feel. The music playing was also reminiscent of Ireland which fits in unbelievably well!! Every aspect has been thought of and I am beyond impressed!! Clearly, 5 stars. Cleanliness gains 4 stars only because I noticed the area where servers gather, there was an unmasked server sipping on something and probably 5/6 people gathered in a tiny 4 foot space. Food... 4 stars. Why? Well... the corned beef was dry and the cabbage fairly tasteless. I'm not docking for tasteless because honestly it's like I'm having a relapse of my loss of taste. It sucks. I can taste some things but not others. Like the chocolate cake, I could taste that and OMGOODNESS I want to marry whoever makes that!! Sorry to my husband. His bison burger was cooked to perfect temperature and anyone who knows me knows I hate red meat except for corned beef. I love corned beef. Oh and lamb. Well apparently we can add bison to that list because I would eat that burger!! I would eat AAAALLLL of that burger!!! Okay, the chocolate cake let me tell you... it's like a layer of what seems more like brownie with a layer of vanilla mousse then a layer of chocolate mousse with chocolate drizzle and a raspberry syrup garnish. German Village actually, so it kind of broke the ice pretty quickly. He took great care of me talked to me just enough to make me feel welcome without intruding on my space.
