3-15-2023 Waitress spills 2-3 full cold drinks on me (just an accident-I get it) I have to ask and finally get a hand towel since I am really soaked. Biggest concern was the ice and cold drinks were left all over the aisle without any Wet Floor sign or any attempt to clean it up. Customers and wait staff had to walk thru the mess to get down the aisle. I expressed my concern that someone could fall and really get hurt. Asked for the manager at the end of our meal. She said she was sorry but she didn't do "anything wrong". Wonder if the owner would feel the same if he got sued for a serious injury? When we left, the ice had melted into the gooey mess. Disappointed in Logan's today. This is not our first time here, but this has been the most disappointing visit. Two of the salads had wilted lettuce (old freezer burned looking lettuce). The steak for a salad was over-done. The bun for the cheeseburger was had and inedible. The cheeseburger was returned and a replacement bun was given. I won't be ordering that again. On August 5th I went to Logan's for my brothers birthday! The service was horrible! Got refill of drink once and when needing something from the waitress she was no where to be found! Manager was no where to be found either! Eventually got our checks and left! My dads birthday dinner was Saturday and there was 8 of us! He wanted to try Logan's! Service was good at first until it took forever to get a salad and then the person who brought the food was rude! Tried to give us other people's food 4 times! When I finally got my food my steak was hard and cooked well done and my brothers food was not cooked correctly either! Was unable to find a waitress so found a manager who came and got the food to have it redone! By the time we got our fixed food everyone was done with their food. The steak had no flavor I was so done at this point I was done! My brother loves his food but he wasn't hungry either by the time it came out! I will not be coming back to this Logan's until they have better service and the flavor of their steaks are better! read more

This place seems to get bad reviews all the time and I'm not sure why! We stopped in for dinner tonight around 5:45-6 we were quickly seated and got our drink and appetizer order in. The fried pickles were hot and fresh! They were really good. The bread rolls were also fresh and warm. I got the salmon and it was really good, I wasn't a huge fan of the rice it was served over but the rest of my order was really good. My kids orders were tasty (the mashed potatoes were a little weird tasting) but other than that everything was delicious and seemed fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient. Came in for a casual dinner..nothing special. Our waitress, Mckenzie was THE BEST!!! She was prompt in greeting us, quick on drinks and gave us just the right amount of time to decide on food. I've been coming here for years, but tonight might have ended that. Steaks were over cooked. I never use steak sauce and had to use A1 just to have some flavor. I have been here a few times. This last time was not even ok. The traditional peanuts are no longer being served. For a drink I ordered a Crown on the rocks. She brought out a crown and coke. When I pointed out the mistake she took it back. The manager brought out the correct drink and apologized explaining that the bartender was new. (Crown on the rocks isn't that complicated.) I ordered a Logan steak medium rare. From past experience I have learned that if they are busy to order it medium because it will be undercooked, but they weren't busy so I ordered medium rare. She brought my companion a the chicken he ordered and a chicken breast for me. I sent it back. The manager asked if there was something wrong. I answered "Wrong animal." So out came my Logan steak. It was very (if I knew better how to use computers I'd underline that word.) under cooked. This restaurant has gone from an ok place to one that I am not sure I'll return. Disappointing. read more

If you want me to go out of my way to visit your restaurant, then offer a "two-for-one" coupon or special that may expire after a given time. That was such the case with this Logan's franchise, as we took them up on their "Halloween Special" coupon offer. We will continue to look for these specials in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and other local publications. We went directly after church, and even though this area is only about 5-10 miles from where we live, I'm calling this out of our way, since we not only pass our house but also so many great places to get to Burleson. It was worth the trip, as we were able to find a booth in the bar, even though the restaurant was getting packed quickly on that Sunday. The service and food were both quite good, especially for bar seating. The server was timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. Mrs. B's chicken fried steak was excellent, and there was gravy aplenty! Good, creamy gravy goes a long way with us. My sirloin might have been a just a little overcooked, but I find it hard to complain at this price point, especially when bringing a coupon. The flavor of the steak was pretty good as well, so I found the quality of the food to be quite pleasing. Also, $3 for the large draft of ZiegenBock (pictured), another great deal! They charged our card for $192 (for a different table) then realized their mistake and had the gall to charge us our correct amount of $38 and told us they would credit the $192 back to our card but it could take 3-5 business days. Came here to take my parents and grandparents to an early lunch on fathers day, and my aunt with her family ended up meeting us up as well as my grandparents are older now so we all want to see as much of them as we can. Service was outstanding, and the food came out quick and accurate even for a regular lunch let alone a large group on fathers day. We only had one thing come out a little later than everything else but it was mostly because we had two people get salads and split one of those three item appetizers and they added a 4th item for 2 or 3 dollars and they forgot to grab that extra item as it normally only came with the 3 things.Understandable and It came out quickly though! The biggest complaint was we asked when we were sat to be at the closest big group table to the door as possible. The reason being is both my grandparents are in their 80's neither over weight both smaller body types but just due to age one struggles to walk with a cane and the other has a backpack oxygen tank so we try not to make them walk to far if possible. Instead of putting us at the closest group table they had us walk to the furthest corner of the restaurant away from the front door walking past 4 large group tables ... and I could tell my grandma was struggling even though she got on to us for saying anything. I would have hated to have her fall because they didn't listen and did the opposite of what we asked due to health reasons. Luckily everything else was wonderful and they managed to get in and out. read more

Not sure if all Logan's locations are the same as this one...but this location def did a bad job of representing Logan's. And I won't be returning... Service was extremely slow (the resturant was not packed. It was just moderate). Waiter was forgetful. Had to keep reminding for things the waiter forgot several times and sometimes we didn't even get the item we repeatedly asked for like forgetting silverware, our side order that's missing, need another straw, can we get a refill on our drinks etc. Sat near the hostess stand, and the girls were gossiping loudly. Like can I enjoy my food and not have to keep listening to your drama or whatever you're gossiping, go to the back or talk quieter so not everyone can hear. Steaks were bland, no flavor and def tough. Had to pay extra for the Mac and cheese side, not worth it at all. Tasted just like store box bought mac and cheese. read more

This has been the WORST experience ever!! Reservation for a party of 19 at 7pm, we didn't get seated until 9:05 pm. Food finally rolled out at 10:20. 19 people with only one waitress while other servers were cleaning and rolling silverware. The manager finally came out and apologized, but he was too late, it's PAST MY BED TIME. I'm really big on customer service and this was just unacceptable. I decided I was in a carnivorous mood this afternoon, so I decided to go to Logan's. I was promptly seated and got my drink. I ordered the cobb salad with pieces of sirloin steak in it, medium rare. I specifically asked for no tomatoes. They brought out the rolls, which are always good, and my ranch dressing. When my salad came out, they had sprinkled some chopped tomatoes on the top, and then gave me a little side of tomatoes. The waitress took the salad away and took the tomatoes off. I settled down to eat, and I found the meat to be tough. I was able to cut it and chew it, but it was a bit rough going. I mixed up all the ingredients with the ranch dressing, and I ran into what can only be described as a big glob of avocado. It wasn't sliced, it wasn't guacamole. It was just a big cold glob. I love avocado, but they managed to make it flavorless. I ate maybe a little over half of the salad and then I gave up. When I got the check, I noticed when they added it up it looked like the tax was part of the subtotal. I don't tip on tax, so I thought it was a bit misleading. I asked my waiter if they still had those little deserts in the galvanized pail shot glasses, and he told me no. He pointed out a chocolate sundae with peaches, but I said no, too big. The food was not cooked well. I ordered a medium well sirloin with mushrooms and hoped that if they didn't cook it well it woukd continue to cook on the way home. Well I'm sure it did because it was beef jerky by the time I got home. The rolls were great but how could you go wrong there. The baked potato was not at all baked. The loaded portion came melted in a bowl and the potato was hard as a rock. I ordered some of their raw meats which were pretty good value. I got some steaks and pork chops. This should take me to January on meat to prepare at home. Mac and cheese was gross. I had a gift card but I used it all. I won't be returning thou. Friday night 8:45pm. Well before the 10pm closing. The restaurant was not busy but despite this we waited and waited. From getting water to getting the check we had an inattentive and missing waitress. I was supposed to have a 12oz New York Strip. What was on my plate was an 8oz trimmed steak that had obviously been trimmed down. I should have taken a photo of it but I wasn't too annoyed at the beginning. But as time progressed and the waitress was missing in action I changed my mind. With my steak I ordered the French fries - these were well done but you could count the number of fries on the fingers of both hands. Maybe these were the expensive potatoes I had been to this location last in the pre-COVID days and it was quite different now. Overall, expensive food for the shorted serving sizes and no real interest in taking care of their guests. I would not recommend this location. Ultimately it makes you wonder what they did with the meat that was cut off my NY Strip! read more

I really wanted to like this place again. When we got there the hostesses looked scared and confused. So I stepped closer and said table for 3 please. As she still looked confused another hostess said table for 2? I said 3 please our other person is in the bathroom. My husband said as far away from people as we can get, since it was 9:30/10ish there were many seats open. She literally walked us back and put us in the very middle. All the tables empty around us and she sat is in the middle of people. Our backs were so close when the waitress walked behind us she would take a strand or five out of my hair. When our waitress came out we ask if we could be moved to one of the empty tables which she said "sure, no problem." Another waitress whispered something to our waitress who came back and told us we could not move. HUH? After about the 5th or 6th time of me getting my hair yanked out and food particles being thrown at us from a table with 4 adults and 5 kids. None of their party seemed to notice or care to see their kids were throwing things all over the floor and other patrons. SMDH. My husband switched seats with me and we kinda move the table a little father away from them and closer to the table that had just left. So our rolls (the best part of the place) came out just in time for the toddler to take a massive crap in her diaper, at the table were nobody seemed to notice that all the kids were now up out of their chairs playing tag, still throwing food particles, crayons and what ever else they could find on the table or floor. We politely ask again if we could be placed anywhere but where we were. Our waitress was as sweet as she could be and she acknowledged the overwhelming stench of the poopy diaper so she ask a manager and they said NO they were about to have a party of 30!! So just when it seems it couldn't get any worse they bring out our food. My husband got the Porter House steak that looked more like a Dollar Tree steak. It was so thin and tough he just looked at me and we were both just frustrated. We had to get our condiments, salt, pepper, ketchup and steak sauce from different tables. So completely unorganized. We asked for to go boxes so we could go home and eat our Dollar Tree meal where we didn't have to smell dirty diapers and dodge things being hurled in our direction. For 45 minutes these 5 adults, probably 6 deep in adult beverages never once changed that babies diaper. One guy did however say is she exploding over there? What kind of management team runs a place like this. Our bill was $100 for three people. No adult beverages, however we needed them. Our poor waitress was thrown into a bad situation and she kept apologizing for something she had no control over. But my God where is management dropping the ball? We never did see a party of 30 come in. Yes we still tipped our waitress well because she was trying her hardest to make things right. So note to self.... Buy steak and sides and go home and cook it yourself, in the comfort of your own home, with no possible way to smell a dirty diaper and have you a few drinks. Management and Owners, this should worry you. In a little over an hour I seen thousands of missed money opportunities. We counted just in the back area 9 empty booths and tables, the bar area less than 1/2 full, a dozen people standing around on their phones and playing grab ass with each other and the buss staff leaving 5 or 6 tables dirty for over 30 minutes. Went to Logan's to wait 50 minutes from the time we sat down to get our food for it to only be cold and then also be told...oh we don't have any baked potatoes. Then the waitress came back by and we told her the food was cold. She took it back to the kitchen to then come back to our table to ask if we just wanted it warmed up or to her new cooked food. Who would want a warmed up steak in the microwave and Chicken fried steak? How would you warn that up to even be good to eat So we waited another 15 minutes to have our order cooked again. Mine was not cooked medium but was medium rare and still cold. Ask for a manager and has to wait 15 minutes until a manager came to our table. Her excuse was they were short staffed. She was in kitchen cooking. If you don't have enough staff then don't seat people until your kitchen can cook the food for the tables they have seated already. Need to find a way to keep the corn hot, not barely warm. Expected some compensation. Wait staff tips are going to be hurt through no fault of their own. Well I was in the mood for Prime Rib , we had to make a quick trip over to Arlington to pick up parts at Summit, and we were going to go to Texas Roadhouse in Arlington but the wait was almost an hour so we headed back toward home in Benbrook and we decided to stop at Logan's and I have to say this was the best decision. First of we were seated right away with no wait. Second off the food was excellent I had the Prime Rib special and I have to say this prime rib was way better the Texas Road house, My husband had the Chicken Fried Steak , and our daughter had chicken strips and fries.Third off our Server Brandi did an excellent job. From now on it Logans for us instead of Texas Roadhouse! read more

Not bad but not exceptional either. I came during a rather slow afternoon, the store was about 30% full. My waitress was very impatient and a bit inconsistent with service speed. For example, the sides came out before the appetizer which was of odd. Also one of the batches of rolls was raw in the middle, not good. Later batches were good though. For appetizers we had the trio, of mushrooms, wings and mozzarella sticks. The wings were great, the others were a bit underwhelming. Definitely get the wings though. I had a watermelon margarita which I keep forgetting I have in front of me so take that as you will. For the meal I had the 12 oz ribeye, medium. It again, was underwhelming. It had a thick line of gristle through it. It was weirdly bland which surprised me, I actually had to break out the A1 and I am a gal who appreciates a good, unadulterated steak. Halfway through the meal our waitress left, replaced with one much more attentive so that earns back a star. The steamed broccoli was also perfectly done and very tasty. Husband got the Roadhouse deluxe burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. Of note, the bun was very tasty, the bacon was crisp and flavorful and the shredded cheese makes for a very melty burger. Honestly, for the price I expect a better steak. However come for the burger and the wings. If this place could get a little more consistent with quality it would definitely be a strong contender, because it's good is great. read more

Took myself out for a steak dinner yesterday and had a bad experience all around - dirty tables, tables and chairs cut low like a children's section making dining really uncomfortable. Inexperienced wait staff, received my salad with no silverware :( Ordered fries as a side dish, uneatable - cannot be cut or picked up with a fork?
