I ordered the surf and turf special. It comes with an 8oz sirloin, fried shrimp (or substitute for "mesquite grilled") and included for $17.98 is "your choice of sides" I asked for asparagus. The sirloin was not very good. The cut was to lean and too tough. However, it was served medium rare as I requested.. so that's a plus. When I received my check I was charged .99 cents for asparagus. It's even on the picture in the menu next to the sirloin and the shrimp! I asked why the included side was not included. I was told "it's a premium side, we charge extra" of note... the menu I ordered from was the special menu and not the full menu. It had no reference to "premium sides". You think the server could have informed me the "your choice of sides" is really "your choice of certain sides". The sneaky charge was only .99 cents, but the hassle I received when asking why my choice of sides was an extra charge....I'm sorry sir, I didn't do it, the computer rings it up that way". Please make sure you read everything on the menu and ask questions before ordering or they'll be able to play you for the fool and claim it's your fault for not knowing ahead of time what a premium side is. Went for lunch today. First the hostess was not respectful. Next, I wanted Chicken Fried Steak. I looked and the menu and asked first, do you have green beans? The waitress said no. Usually enjoys Logan's. Started of good as we were seated immediately and that's where it stopped. Peanut bowl was empty. Then we waited 10 minutes for a waiter (Tom) to take our drinks said somebody else was supposed to be helping him in that section and he didn't know where they were. We also placed our order with him when he took down what we wanted to drink. About 10 minutes later after another family sits down near us (after we got there) a girl (blonde and a lot of tattoos didn't catch her name) starts to take their order and in the middle of that turns to me and says " I'll get you in a sec." I replied that another guy had already taken our order (never mind the fact we had already been there almost half an hour before she came back to her section) and she just gave me a shitty look and went back to taking their order. The prime rib and The Logan were both bland. Not worth the $54 we paid for our meal. Super disappointed but my main issue is servers with bad attitudes- used to be one so I get if it's busy and your stressed but it was slow and it took way too long for her to even attempt to take a drink order. My wife and I went to Logan's Sunday evening 040217. I was disappointed with both of our meals. I had fish n chips were the fish was over cooked,tasteless and the chips tasted like they were old. Also the coleslaw was frozen with ice crystals. My wife had the soup which turned out to be a small portion in a large bowl and It had no flavor . My Grandma loves Logan's. It's not my favorite, but will eat here for her. I find most of the steaks bland or tough except the Porterhouse steak or their fillet. They also have southern style food, sandwiches, and burgers. This location can be a hit or miss with service and consistency of the food. What gets me is my Grandma is on a walker. Went for my first trip to Logan's. I've lived only a couple of miles from it since 2006 and and had yet to darken the doorstep. Wish I had done it earlier. We had a really good evening. The staff was very active and involved, but not pushy. I had forgotten that this is the place where you toss your peanut shells in the floor and was thrown for just a second as I rounded the curve into the dining area thinking "what's up with this place not cleaning up after a spill?!" Honestly it came back to me pretty quickly that I had indeed heard of that, so it was just a fleeting thing. We were seated immediately and almost as quickly had drinks in hand. We ordered an appetizer, in our case a big mistake, but before the app came, they dropped off a basket of some of the best - out side of my Momma's - hot (possibly homemade) yeast rolls. Of course when you have an app, and rolls, and a salad all before the entree comes, you're going to struggle. I ordered the 12 oz rib eye and my lovely ordered the 8 oz filet, bot medium with a sweet potato as a side. Ok, my whole life I have made it a point to avoid sweet potato, except in pie form. I don't know what possessed me to order one last night, but it was goooood! It came with butter and cinnamon on it, I could have probably added a Spenda to it, but it didn't occur to me until later. If I go back to Logan's for nothing else, it would be for that sweet potato. The steak were good as well. Mine was cooked just how I wanted it, but I immediately thought it tasted like someone had grilled it in the back yard over open flame. Maybe it's their grill, maybe it's the heat source, but it sure brought back memories of grilling in the back yard as a kid with my family.. BOO!!! THIS Place SUCKS!! it was sunday and we figured we would go out and get something to eat. so we decided to try out logan's roadhouse and what a big mistake that was. just to keep this short and this is just my view on what i had to eat that night and it was WINGS. they have a deal after 9pm its .50 a wing every night and happy hour well to start off i asked for 30 wings and since this was my first time being here i wanted to try out the flavors so i asked for 5 scorching hot and 5 of what i think was habenero chipotle and the rest hot buffalo. 20mins later I received the opposite of what i asked for and all i got was 10 of scorching hot and 10 of the habenero i informed the server that im missing the buffalo hot. a few minutes later i got a apology by the waitress who took my order the first time and told me that she would fix it. 14mins later another server delivered the wings but again they sent me more of the scorching hot wings and again it was sent back and so i waited another 6mins and AGAIN! they delivered the same exact wings again. and the waitress who took my order swiped the plate and took it back and then another 11mins after she came back and finally delivered the right order of wings. all in all the food sucks!! im not sure who would order any of the flavors except for the scorching hot. thats the hottest flavor on the menu and it was the only thing that tasted good. both the other's had little to no flavor and it was just nasty. more than likely ill never return to this place if they cant figure things out and with the constant errors was more than enough for me to skip this place for the remaining of the year. read more

The steak salad was good. The steak could have had more flavor. I ordered my steak medium and it was a bit chewy. Initially, the server was sweet and offered good drink selections but it the service level quickly declined as it neared the end of her shift. We ordered the brownie sundae for dessert. For 10% cheaper you can have a more flavorful steak with a better texture, and when you order your mushrooms and onions on the steak they really bring it for the same price. Terrible location. No matter what there is always something with this location. I make a to go order with 3 large drinks at $4 a piece. This location runs out of large cups and try's to give me small cups at the same price and doesn't correct the issue until I throw a fit with the manager. Like how is that okay? Went in with my wife and two girls for the kids eat free Wednesday. This was my first time at this restaurant. I enjoyed the food it wasn't the best but it was decent for the price. The rolls were the best! Our server was named Janie, she took very good care of us. We had a steak that wasn't done correctly and was being remade but came out when we were already finished with our meal. The manager ended up comping the steak from our ticket. My mother and I ordered a To Go Order and we both ordered 8 ounce steaks. When we got home, the steaks looked super small so we weighed them. One steak weighed 3.85 ounces and the other weight 4.0 ounces. We called the manager and they told us they weigh the meat before it hits the grill. Sooo the steaks shrunk 4 ounces while being cooked? Seated quick. Server was a little preoccupied I think as she wasn't around much. It was a Sunday afternoon crowd though so anything is possible. Rolls were to die for, very light and fluffy. I ordered the health nut tilapia and while it was cooked a little over done for my taste, it could easily have been made better with something as simple as a lemon wedge. We had multiple different people come to our table, asked 5 different employees for rolls including a manager and never received them. They completely forgot a whole meal, it finally came out when everyone else was finished eating, when we said we didnt even want it anymore they tried to push it and say they would box it up to go. After that we never saw the manager again and even sent a whole different waitress out with the check. Hey everybody! I'm updating my previous four star review to a one star review! Pathetic management and pathetic customer service is the reason that I'm never gonna spend another penny at this place! We always celebrate at Logans. Birthdays, family coming in from out if town, etc. We always spend about $40.00 a person with appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert. My bill has never been less than $300.00 and I have always gladly paid it and tipped at least 20%. So, Logans...DON'T take a reservation for eight and when we get there tell me its an hour and forty minute wait. STOP TAKING RESERVATIONS IF YOU HAVE NO WAY TO HONOR THEM!
