We wanted french fries but we were told they were out. The lettuce had an odd taste like a preservative spray and the water had an odd taste also. The manager and server was very understanding and tried to correct it, but the damage was done. I hate to say it, but I went to McDonald's and got a hamburger and it was fresh. I know this restaurant is an old restaurant and it's been there for quite a while, but truly it needs a makeover and all you have to do is look around to understand that it has been let go. If you're looking for a cheap, subpar meal, with no flavor, you've come to the right place. I ordered the Salmon Caesar salad. The entire plate was filled with chopped romaine lettuce. And my pet peeve - it had not one, but two butt ends of the lettuce! They should not be served!!!!! Thrown in were some biscuit croutons, packaged shredded cheese, and Caesar dressing that had no flavor at all. Speaking of flavor, my understanding of anything grilled mesquite is that it should have the strong, sweet, and nutty flavor of the mesquite complimenting the salmon. While some sources recommend milder woods like alder or fruit woods (apple, cherry) for delicate salmon, many recipes specifically call for mesquite to achieve a robust, smoky profile. This salmon, had none of that. My suggestion to the chef, either don't call it mesquite grilled, or learn how to do it properly. Also, some lemon and garlic in the Ceasar dressing wouldn't hurt. But then, I'm guessing it was bought off the shelf, and second rate at that. I'm a thumbs down on this place. Honestly there were two different perspectives and opinions given this day. Mine and my moms. We decided to stop by here during our road trip. I was completely satisfied with my burger, it was absolutely delicious and sooooo juicy! I ate every last bit of it. However, My fries were dry and cold. I wanted onion rings but unfortunately they only come as a starter. Only waffle fries or chips coke with the burger. As for my mom, she didn't enjoy a single thing. From the air fryer ribs, to the Mac and cheese, Down to the beans and wings. Nothing was good to her. I did taste the Mac and beans and I didn't enjoy them either. What knocks it down a few pegs was the fact that they had "no pork" as we were told (did someone forget to order from the vendor? What happened here?) and it also took an inordinately long time to get our food, considering how few people were in the place (if you were coming on a lunch break you would have problems). My family and I decided to go to Logan's Steakhouse since it was the only restaurant that had open parking spot. And now that i've seen the service and quality of the food, I can see why. First of all we got sat at a small table (we are a family of 5) with barely any room to eat. The restaurant was even busy and there was waiters and waitresses sitting down at empty booths. The whole time we were sitting there we got no refills. My husband had plastic in his onion rings, and the waiter dropped my child's chicken tender on the floor. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars. We stopped at Logan's, off the interstate, on our way back to Tennessee. It was 7:15 pm on a Sunday night and it was basically empty. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was a smaller lady, short hair, with a lot of hair-clips in her hair. We didst catch her name. She took our drink order and we waited for 15 minutes for her to come back with 2 glasses of water and 2 rolls. At that time, we gave her our order, so we wouldnt have to wait for her to come back. We ordered simple meals that came with a salad and no appetizer. We waited and waited for at least our salad, When none came after 15 more minutes, we flagged her down and asked that we receive our salad first, before our food came out. She said "Oh sure. Of course. But I have to make it myself and I'm a little behind." Then she mumbled something about this being her normal day off, but they called her in and what was she supposed to do. And she left. We waited another 20 minutes and still no salad, and the waitress was not to be found. We got up and left at 7:50 pm, without even getting our salad! 40 minutes of waiting and not even a salad, in a basically empty restaurant. No excuse. We went next door to Chili's, and had a fabulous waitress and a wonderful meal that was served within 15 minutes of sitting down! Awful waitrress and unacceptable customer service. read more

Just want to say that the waitress Dawn Marie was outstanding. We stopped at the Logan's Roadhouse Tifton Ga. and was kind of skeptical at first since several members of our party are on very strict dietary restrictions. Once they sat us down Dawn Marie brought another waitress over who had a special dietary items on it. We were all able to find items off of the "special" menu. In addition Dawn Marie made sure that everything came out like ordered and provided service above and beyond. The other waitress that helped also was very knowledgeable of how items were cooked and the ingredients used. Again they both were outstanding and an asset to making our stop enjoyable. Needs Improvement Waiting for a table on a Friday afternoon wasn't the problem. We were seated and given menus. We placed our order which included an appetizer and a salad. The salad came out first but no silverware. Finally got silverware and reminded waitress about drinks. Drinks came and then the appetizer and had to ask for plates. The ribs were definitely not "fall off the bone" and the Cajun pasta had no seasoning. Not sure if there was a manager but additional waitstaff and cooks would probably make a tremendous difference. We stayed t a local hotel and figured we would try it out.. Figured wrong !!! No management at all, it was a free for all at the reception deck with 4to 6 kids hanging out waiting for customers and the worse was they were playing with there hair...kids its a restaurant you do not play or touch your hair, wear a baseball cap. The food was very average fast food at most, my wife with a steak and myself with the meatloaf .. the drinks were the best.... The restrooms and floor of the restaurant was disgusting with dirt and grime everywhere again no management, those kids should have been cleaning and emptying the trash can in the men's room that looked like it hadn't been in a couple of days. I felt bad for the waitress to have to try to make a bad restaurant look good. I will give her the star along with the drinks.. Sorry not again unless you guys make some big changes!!!! read more
