We stayed t a local hotel and figured we would try it out.. Figured wrong !!! No management at all, it was a free for all at the reception deck with 4to 6 kids hanging out waiting for customers and the worse was they were playing with there hair...kids its a restaurant you do not play or touch your hair, wear a baseball cap. The food was very average fast food at most, my wife with a steak and myself with the meatloaf .. the drinks were the best.... The restrooms and floor of the restaurant was disgusting with dirt and grime everywhere again no management, those kids should have been cleaning and emptying the trash can in the men's room that looked like it hadn't been in a couple of days. I felt bad for the waitress to have to try to make a bad restaurant look good. I will give her the star along with the drinks.. Sorry not again unless you guys make some big changes!!!! read more

Been craving a steak all week, came to Logan's and it was horrible! Great bar tender, salad and beer but HORRIBLE sirloin steak! It was not cooked as I requested as it was well overcooked but it tasted rubbery. As if it was just cooked in an oven or crock pot maybe. I gave it 1 star because it was open! Just awful! Starting with hostess. She seemed miserable in her job. All she said was "how many"? Then seated us in the bar. Bar tender was our server with "server" being a stretch of a description. She took our drink order then 10mins later came back to ask what we ordered because she forgot to write it down. Then another 10 mins while she served drinks to other guests. My steak was like shoe leather! Never saw our server again from the time she took our order until the check came. The yelp stars are right. Skip this place. Host told us 40 mins wait. Turned out to be a whopping 10 and we had just gotten drinks at the bar. Waitress asked us every 2 mins if we were ready to order. (Very nice though). Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. Cold potato soup after having to ask for it to be brought out. Entrees took nearly an hour to come out. My son was falling asleep by the time it showed. We asked for our check n boxes as soon as it got there. Fries were cold and limp. I dont know how they cook chopped steak but it had grill marks on only 1 side and it was overdone. Meatloaf was actually not bad. So glad i didnt order a steak as originally planned. We get to Logan's and start off with drinks. Then we get appetizers, which they were out of one of the items that we had ordered. The part that gets them a bad review is that the food we ordered was not correct, I ordered a burger that had no flavor, and was borderline not edible. It was dry, had too much sauce , and the fried cheese that was on top was horrible. I took two bites and left the rest. My girlfriend ordered the porkies, and they were disgusting. Too much sauce that hurt your tongue to eat, and just lacked flavor overall. The saving grace was that the waffle fries were crispy, and the appetizers we did get were decent. My husband and I enjoyed a great meal . We enjoyed the salmon dinner and grilled shrimp dinner. Our server, Tawni was awesome! VERY slow. The place was not packed and there were empty tables. It took AN HOUR just to get our drinks. Thirty minutes later came our salads and after two hours of being there our food finally came. Now this was after talking to the manager twice and our waiter had a mental break down. After all this still the manager did not apologize and there was no discount. The only thing pleasant about our experience was our waitress. As far as the food...we did not receive butter with our rolls, I ordered a medium steak and after 2 attempts I ended up taking my rare steak home to finish cooking for myself. First time here. Server was in training and polite but missed basic stuff like taking menus, clearing plates, etc. on a number of occasions. We were greeted promptly and given rolls. Steak was done to order and very tasty. Husband's steak salad was good. As we left, several servers told us to have a good evening. My biggest hang ups were they were out of Pinot Grigio, and a baseball cap that sat on the floor the near hour we were there. the food is good , the ribeye was flavorful but if your demographic isn't aligned with the mass majority of this town you will feel and notice it in your service . i have ate here and watched tables around mine get refills, check up's while i am waiting for a refill. it is very possible my demographic doesn't tip well and that is why servers didn't treat me as they treat others but as a consumer that likes to tip well i believe in you should tip based of the service you receive. just because one set of people don't tip well doesnt justify you should treat a whole group that way . i tip 20% or more usually but leaving a 20% felt like an injustice to me for the service they gave me . read more

We stopped here for a quick lunch around 1 pm with only a handful of diners in the place. Service was slow and the food very disappointing. My son tried the ribeye with a premium side dish of asparagus spears. The asparagus was barely edible. The steak was acceptable- the place would be in real trouble if it wasn't. I tried the chopped steak which had a good taste with a nice charbroiled char. They offer an optional extra of "Brewski" onions along with mushrooms and gravy. This was a big mistake which I had to scrape off after a couple of repulsive bites. The "Brewski" onions were one of the worst examples of grilled onions I have ever tasted. The "mushroom gravy" tasted as if it came straight from a jar with a very artificial taste. The macaroni and cheese was OK but lukewarm and somewhat old tasting, like it had been reheated multiple times. Have eaten at several Logan's around the country before and this is the only bad experience I can ever remember. Just goes to show national chains are not always consistent. read more

This horrible restaurant chain eliminated the only outstanding feature they had; free peanuts, a staple in Georgia. Using Covid as an excuse, no more peanuts, while putting the savings in their corporate pockets. Too bad they didn't reinvest the peanut money into the barn like atmosphere and poor expensive food. I felt sorry for folks who waited an hour for food while celebrating a birthday and returning cold food while being placated with giant dough ball bread rolls (which I never received). Save your money and go to Longhorn...they don't have peanuts but the food and service is usually very good. Cheese Burger at Logan's a frozen mess that was overcooked. While driving through from Michigan, we stopped here for lunch. We all ordered salads and everyone was happy with their choices. The peanuts are a little weird but kept my two stepdaughters occupied for a while. The place was quiet and slower which was nice. Our server was okay, she seemed slightly annoyed by us but not sure why. We ordered the moonshine flight- it really isn't a flight but small mixed drinks. As in, the portions are larger than i expected them to be. It was good, food coloring taste in my mouth was a little odd. But it made them look pretty! This review is relevant to this particular Logan's. Over an hour wait for our food. Salad came after the meal. Bread was doughy. The place was clean for a Logan's from what we could see. The waitress was friendly and provided good service. She was embarrassed about the slow food service. The St Louis ribs were tender but really lacked flavor and were in need of BBQ sauce. I don't think the smoke them. We also ordered a Filet medium well and it came out Medium rare. Overall, I would not order the ribs again but I doubt very much that I'd go back to this restaurant. We should have left after waiting 15 min to place our order. But we were traveling and hungry. If you decide to eat here don't order the French dip sandwich. It is soft and salty and almost inedible. I pulled pieces of the meat off and ate what I could. The waitress didn't come back after we got our food. So also be sure to request napkins when she comes the first time or you'll sit the entire meal without any. We told the waitress it was gross and she could tell by what was left. She said the meat is soaked in something and That's probably why the bread was so soggy. Then said sorry about that handed us the check and said have a great day. The green beans was sweet, the chicken tenders my kid ordered was cooked in what tasted like burnt oil. My family ate at Logan's Roadhouse this week, and we were not overly impressed with the food. I ordered the teriyaki glazed chicken, which comes over a bed of rice pilaf and a grilled pineapple slice. The pineapple slice was delicious, and I wish they included more with the dish. The rice was not edible because it was not cooked fully, and the chicken was ok, but a little too dry for my taste. I also had broccoli as a side, which was not too bad. Another person in my party ordered the ribeye medium well. It arrived well done, but was still pretty tasty. The rolls are always my favorite part, but they were cold. All in all, I wouldn't go back because, for the price, I want to leave satisfied and full. read more

At $15-$20 for our steak and a filet, everything came out wrong. The $20 filet mignon was ordered medium and came out rare. One sirloin was ordered well and came out medium well and then my order was medium well and came out medium. I sent it back and the manager brought it back out well and it had the medium well marker on the plate! My husband complained because in addition to all this, we waited 45 min to get our food. It came out burnt and the cooked flipped the party over as if I wasn't going to taste that burnt patties 8. The only flaw of the waitress was she should have warned that they were out of onions and she did not bring napkins. Also she should be instructed not to hold a customer cup by rim with her acrylic nails. 9. Ribs were old. Almost as if they were cooked twice. Poorly managed kitchen staff as well as being poorly managed altogether. No wonder so many locations are closing. A party of 8 or more should always have two servers. read more

My husband and I stopped by on our way home from a weekend away. It was not busy , it was about 2 in the afternoon, we waited a while before a server even came over for our order and once we ordered we waited for 35-40 mins to get chicken strips and a mushroom swiss burger. When the server brought our order she brought my husband a prime rib sandwich and he told her it wasn't correct, she rolled her eyes and said let me get a menu and she pointed to the sandwich and he said that's not what I ordered..I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and she said are you sure?? She did offer to get the correct order but said there would be another wait. It just was not good food or good service. I don't think we will eat at another one. First and last time. :( read more
