Dropped off on a Thursday thinking it would be done the next day but it was not. I called the next day to be told they were busy. I spent the whole weekend without a car because of them. I paid $40 for them connecting the computer which most shops don't charge. Called on Tuesday to be told they had a diagnostic. I said what was it. They said it was 2 sensors one in the engine and one in the transmission. So mad it took 5 days for them to tell me this. And no fixing. Their prices are very high. Very unacceptable for an auto shop in not so nice of a neighborhood. Over $900 to replace 2 sensors. Something told it was not sensors so I took to an Auto Electric Diagnostic shop where they took a day to inspect and found the problem. No sensors needed, the ground cable to the battery was loose and was activating the check engine light. For $69 my car was fully fixed....They need to fire their mechanic for false information and wasting my time....

In one case, I was quoted it would be an hour and 20 mins for a tow and within 10 mins, a driver was calling me to say he was about 10 mins away. Always felt safe. No issues at all. My last experience involved a tire change and after a tow truck driver didn't have the right tools to fix the problem, they found another driver that was less than 10 mins away to come and fix the issue.
