The gym is wide and a lot of room to work.

This place is great. Stopped in as a visitor from California. The no gi Sunday class was great. This is a great school. Thank you for having me.

Was in town for a work trip and wanted a place to train. Logos was a welcoming and friendly facility. It's really clean. The black belt at that facility is under the Atos lineage. If you know anything about Atos, they are a top jiu jitsu team. The class was very helpful and I liked the overall flow of how they taught their class. They focused on 1 technique and different variations throughout the whole class, which I like that style of learning.

I have had visited many schools before and have had the honor of being taught by some very good instructors. That said. Prof. Peter does a great job running his classes and instructing his students. It is well organized from beginning to end and he is actively involved during the entire class. Starts on time and no wasted time. During my drop-in, we were going over the Osoto Gari takedown (a technique I have been taught many times by Judo blackbelts). Prof. Peter provided excellent and balanced detail on the technique, as it was a beginner/intermediate class, careful not too overwhelm the students. Highly recommend checking this school out. Clean facilities, great instruction and good vibes. Keep up the good work Prof. Peter! PS. Watch out for a former D1 All-American wrestler posing as a 4 stripe white belt. What he lacks in BJJ technique he overwhelmingly makes up for in grappling IQ and will crush higher belts. Sorry bud, but you need some color on your waist.

But, my experience so far has been the exact opposite! The professor is well credentialed, very welcoming, and very patient with beginners. He takes the time to teach you the technique step by step so you can effectively and safely practice. Each class you learn a different piece of technique and start to build up a base of knowledge. The facility is very clean and well-kept. There are a variety of class options to attend throughout the day. The classes I have attended have been a mix of experienced and new individuals, but everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is there to better themselves no matter what level they are at. It is a great community of people. Would definitely recommend if you're interested in giving BJJ a try!

They help beginners develop skills to progress their jiu-jitsu and offer the more seasoned practitioner a competitive match. There's a great atmosphere of camaraderie among students, led by head coaches Ben and Charlee. Both head coaches have distinct pedigrees of competition, Coach Charlee was a member of the Olympic Judo team and offers basic to advanced Judo instruction in adult and kids classes. Coach Ben has great grappling experience, as a former MMA fighter he combines Judo, wrestling and jiu-jitsu techniques to provide students with a well rounded grappling game. The kids classes are also led by Coach Charlee and Ben with assistance of upper belts from the adult class. Kids classes are great for developing a child's confidence, discipline and mobility. The gym setting is well lit and set on a floating floor to help aid with throws. The mats and surrounding areas are thoroughly cleaned after each class. Most of the adults who train here have their children train here too. This creates a fun, family atmosphere for everyone as we get to watch our kids grow, befriend and compete with one another. For me, it has become less a gym and more a tribe. Come find out what you've been missing and join The Sanctuary!
