We placed a small order in hopes to find a quality shirt and embroidery. We received the proof, but did not like the font so revised it 2x. I called in to discuss and was assured the finished work would be exact to the proof. The size of the logo is smaller than the proof, while not discernable in the photos. The font is different and the actual looks terrible. We have contacted the vender, Logo Sportswear, in an attempt to resolve this issue and will revise this accordingly. read more

Absolutely disgusting experience with Logo Sportswear. Debbie, Sue, and the "manager" Mindy were some of the most disrespectful and condescending people I've ever dealt with. I canceled an almost $6,000 order after they delayed me for THREE DAYS over a logo permission issue -- meanwhile, they admitted they don't even have proper authorization to use major brands like Nike or Adidas. The hypocrisy is unreal. Their customer service is trash, their attitude is worse, and I will never order from them again. Save yourself the time and frustration. This company is a joke. read more

It was really easy and kinda fun. I created my intricate logo on AutoCAD. I saved the file as a PDF which I was able to easily load into the Logo Sportswear site. In the site I was able to select clothing items and upload my logo to see what it looked like on the product and in different colors. Very cool. Having also printed my logo I was able judge the size and in the app I was able to see and adjust it as well. I received my items today - I'm really pleased. The only problem was my lack of patience waiting for my stuff to arrive. Amazon has spoiled us, but the custom items are great quality and were worth the wait. read more

Ordered two Gildan t-shirts of the same style, one was heather color one solid. I got t-shirts of different styles - I can tell because the tag had different tyles names and most importantly the fit was different, which is why there are different styles in the first place. The gaslighted me, told me they were the same shirts. Roll the dice , you will get the shirt they want you to have and will tell you it's the same as what you selected. read more

You never know what is actually in stock. Once you've created a design and placed your order, ten days later, they will tell you the garment isn't in stock but suggest some other garments that are in stock. So you select one of the replacement garments they suggest and wait...3 days later, they message you that the garment they SAID was in stock actually isn't in stock either, but then suggest some others that are supposedly in stock, so you select one and wait again... 3 days later, they tell you the garment isn't in stock. See a pattern here? They need to hire someone from Amazon that can link their supplier databases to their crappy website. Maybe then people will know what they can actually order and not take a month to do it. read more

Order 1366284 was the order where you were suppose to fix the mistakes, but instead sent me the wrong printed jerseys a second time. I'm really happy with the finished product. I thought their online design tool was one of the best out of the ones I sampled. It allowed me to create a unique custom lab coat for my business in no time at all. The company was very careful and communicative to ensure they had the design right before sending to production. The final product is exactly as I had hoped. The quality of the embroidery is fantastic. They nailed my logo and my company name. Many of the competing suppliers offered far less customization at a much higher sales price. After receiving this initial test batch we are going to place a much larger order for our entire staff. We are very happy with the buying process and the finished product and feel we got an excellent deal and a quality product. Very disappointed in a company and service that I used to think was great. They have layered in redundant processes for you to attest that you are authorized to use your artwork. This cost me the timing necessary to complete an important project. They don't say when you hit the "order" button that days later they will require a memo on your letterhead attesting to your authority. They had no remedy and were defensive throughout...no effort to help at all. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero starts I would. They switched the style of jackets in my order. I thought I was getting fleece lined jackets and I ended up getting jersey lined jackets. We wanted something warm for our team to wear in the winter and what we got is something you can see sunlight through. They said they would launch an investigation, and in their findings they found that I did approve a switch. That is bullshit!! If I knew they were jersey lined I would have gone with a company who was offering me a better deal. They only offered a measly 15% refund, which won't even cover the refunds I will owe to my clients. I should have checked the reviews before going with this company. I ordered blank baseball jerseys, paid for 2 day shipping, got an email that my order was approved. Then get a phone call on the day the jerseys are to arrive saying the jerseys I ordered are on back order. They claim they sent a 'system generated' email notifying me on the day the jerseys were ordered. Never got it. They waited until the day the order was supposed to arrive before following up. Also claimed the delivery date was not accurate...until she checked the system again. Total mess. She is sorry, I have 13 kids without uniforms. read more

Our coach was celebrating his 25th anniversary which is a pretty big deal. We ordered him this hoodie, which cost over $100. We paid expedited shipping. I ordered it Dec 2. Uploaded the artwork and could see the online mockups for placement. It arrived December 15. I was ecstatic that paying the $26 for expedited shipping was worth it. I opened it to find "SOCCER" was cropped off. The back was printed at a 45 degree angle. Crooked. Awful. I tried to reach someone in customer service but it was a Saturday. Someone got back to me by email saying they would fix it and have it to me before our event. They refunded the shipping. I was so hopeful. The replacement arrived today and SOCCER is STILL cut off. The quality control is really poor. This was camera-ready artwork. All they needed to do was print it as it was pictured. As the saying goes, "first time shame on you, second time shame on me." Next time I will use Custom Ink. Its not very helpful when a printer messes up, you bring the errors to their attention, they apologize and simply DO IT AGAIN. Save yourself some time and aggravation. Go anywhere but this website. read more

I ordered 12 shirts from this company with MY logo as well as the logos for Apple App Store & Google Play on them. They were SOOO concerned about me using apple and googles logo on my app release shirts that they screwed up MY logo and produced a Flamingo in my logo with 4 BLACK LEGS instead of a regular 2 legged flamingo, as my LOGO was submitted!!! A FLAMINGO DOESN'T HAVE 4 LEGS!!!! - WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE MY LOGO!??!? You certainly did not change APPLE or GOOGLE's LOGO! - After emailing the company I was told be Debra that I approved a proof, yes, I didn't think they would CHANGE MY LOGO!! - All I did was make sure the website on the back was correct! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Here are the reasons - The price is right - The date they tell me I will receive my products had ALWAYS been the day, if not sooner - If there is a problem with my order they contact me quickly to help resolve it. I did a screen print hoodie order through them. The order came out awful. The logo on the front was about 50% smaller than it should have been and what the image showed it would be. It was also crooked and the screen print was already chipping away. I went to these guys because of the lower prices and I guess I got what I paid for: super low quality work. Update: A rep from Logo Sportswear reached out to me and got a new hoodie in the works. It came out better than the first one, but still had some issues. I hardly write negative reviews but I just had to this time. I'm a CEO of a small online company. One of our employees is running a marathon and has agreed to sponsor the company by using our logo and website name on a T-shirt during the race. We ordered the shirt from LogoSportswear and were contacted by Nicolette an Online Order Coordinator who claimed that our company has a copy right violation because it has the word Apple in it (absurdity). They refused to print the shirt, we couldn't print the shirt in time before the race because we were counting on them. We were ordering sweatshirts for our highschool hockey team and one players name was spelt incorrect. We called back and kept getting the wrong information. It took 2 weeks for us to get another shipment of sweatshirts. They were spelt wrong again. I could never talk to anyone who knew what to do. Finally i got ahold of someone and they said they would be giving me a refund and sending the sweatshirts again. They shipped them for 2 days shipping and i just received them today. The names are spelt correctly but there is not high school logo on the front. Your best bet is to skip the headache. read more

So I ordered a custom made hoodie for my bf and paid extra for it to be delivered on the 24th. Logo sportsware customer service contacted me three times saying they didn't have the color I wanted. I originally wanted black didn't have it so, changed it to dark grey didn't have it, the I changed it light grey. I'm thinking since I chose a color that was in stock it would be shipped to him on the 24th. It's not :( the order has been back ordered because from the previous times they didn't have the color I wanted. I bought a custom made hoodie just for them to not make it how I want it and have to choose a color in stock just for it to not deliver on time while paying extra...like why would they sell something they don't have? I'm upset, and if you're planning to order something custom made from them, order a month before because it's ridiculous. read more

This company is great! We found them online in the Summer of 2016 and chose their service due to their easy to use and very functional online creation tool. We've had no trouble uploading our complex graphics and team rosters into their system. Their customer service is outstanding. They are always following up with us after we make a purchase and after we receive our orders. We've made four or five purchases now for beanies, jerseys and t-shirts and each time the garments have been of high quality and our logos always look fantastic. You can tell that they make sure that colors match and your design looks at intended on the garments. They are almost always running promotions, so I would recommend that you wait for a weekend or upcoming holiday where you can save ten or twenty percent off. They also have a good rewards program, as we've accrued a couple hundred dollars in bonus vouchers in just two years. Could not ask for a better experience. read more

I've created two orders from these guys. I was willing to pay the extra charges to not have to meet minimums and it seemed these guys were the best option for that. Fast forward and I spent ~$1k on stuff from them and I don't have a single thing to wear. The first order I ordered Large sizes (I wear XL a lot of times so was taking a big of a gamble here). When I received them they were freaking huge. Easily XL if not XXL. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they don't make the clothes. I'll just throw these in the closet and give them to some large employee later on hopefully. So, I still needed some stuff to wear so I put in a second order. I certainly wasn't ordering Large again so I ordered Medium. They still had my logo (was kind of annoying to incorporate it) so all is good. However, I received my order today. Guess what... medium is too small. That sucks. But, what's 1000x worse is the logo is printed on vs stitched this time! Ugh! I find printed logos so tacky there's not a chance I wear this. But, I'm sure somewhere in the order process the default setting was printed vs stitched and I ok'd it. My fault again I guess. Nevertheless it results in I have spent a lot of time and money and have nothing to show for it. I think I'll go elsewhere where the order process is easier/more intuitive that I can actually get something I can use. Based on my experience with them so far I won't waste my time asking them if there's anyway to fix the situation. I wouldn't even know how anyway. read more
