I ordered 6 hats for my employees thats all just 6. the hats were to match our installation uniforms and have our logo. I waited and waited and nothing came. After 4 weeks I called and they said we are sorry your order will arrive Jan 3rd. On January 3rd nothing showed up so I called back and they said sorry your color is out of stock please pick new hat colors and we can make your hats. WTF they are to match I uniforms they can't be different colors. So they said sorry we will refund your money. It took 5 weeks and being jerked around just to be told I can't have what I paid for. NOT HAPPY.. if negative stars could be done I would post it. IOrdered a pair of custom shirts for a fundraiser that was due to be delivered on March 19 2014. I received my shirts with the WRONG font, wording. I was able to contact the customer service and they agreed they messed up. They corrected it by sending out 2 different shirts, not able to use the same design shirt but rather had to settle for 2 white plain t's. Next day shirts arrived as promised. ISSUE? THe packing invoice showed 2 shirts, one M one L. We received the wrong sized shirt we were sent an XL. I called customer service and they indeed admitted it was mistake #2. Meanwhile our fundraiser benefit went on but I looked like I was wearing my fathers shirt which hung on me. 5 days later I received the replacement shirt attempt #3. Right size, finally. I was told that I would receive a refund of partial payment. I paid 91.00 for the original shirts. With all the errors that occurred, I felt I should of been refunded the entire amount. Instead, LogoSportsWear only refunded the difference in the shirts they used. They were of lower quality and nothing like I originally ordered. 12 Days later, no refund. I called AMAZON who was our intermediary payor source. We jointly called this company. We were told that the refund was placed March 20th, not much this company would do other than provide a tracking #. Under pressure from Amazon, LogoSportsWear admitted they just "NOW" processed the refund and it was "witnessed" by the operator on this three way call. Not very honest, subpar processing, substandard customer service. It''s sad as I have used this company before and had beautiful items produces, but it's like a story that has gone from bad to worse, to worse to dishonesty. Never again.. read more

This online business seems to be owned by Cafe Press, Inc. along with other brands and goes by several other names. I hate it when a company's name doesn't match the website you're directed to... logosoftwear.com. A search of the address reveals a tiny operation among a cluster of small businesses. I ordered from them since they were one of a few companies that "carried" a specific brand of sweatshirt blanket I wanted, and they were a few bucks cheaper than ordering it direct from the manufacturer. I put "carried" in quotes since all they did was drop ship it to me from the manufacturer since I just wanted a plain blanket. I'm guessing that had I asked for custom logos or something, it would have come from them directly. The blanket arrived in a cardboard box without any kind of plastic bag to protect it from the elements during shipping - not cool. Luckily it was fine, but had it been raining or the box damaged in the truck, who knows? Most concerning is that this business seems to use a self-serving rating service (ekomi) that "manages" reviews for businesses and doesn't allow unsolicited reviews. Given the disparity between the overwhelmingly negative comments here, and the positive ratings you'll find on the ekomi site, it's not hard to see why they're managing their web profile so carefully. While I received the item as promised without incident, I would not roll the dice with these folks again. read more

After placing a $94 order, in which my c/c was charged, I received this email from Logo Sportswear: We are writing to update you on your order, to proceed with your order we need to confirm a few things, please reply to this email with a copy of your license for the name and address used to place the order and the credit/debit card used to place the order. Please cover the number on the card leaving the last 4 numbers and the name and expiration date exposed, once we have this information we can confirm moving forward with the order. I look forward to hearing from you, Have a good day! My response: I will NOT send you a copy of my DL or my credit card. Your policy is wrong-headed & invites questions of on-line fraud. At the VERY least, your website should DISCLOSE this outrageous policy BEFORE purchase is completed. On a personal note, I am disheartened, as this project was to memorialize a friend whose 24-year-old died & is time sensitive. Also, I checked my c/c and there is a pending charge for $94.31 to Logo Sportswear. I do confirm my address as_________. I am writing about LogoSportswear Order 937061. I placed the order at the end of May for three black fleece sweatshirts with personalized logo I made to give to my mentors for graduation the morning of June 12th which cost me approximately $300. When I received the proof I had to call to make corrections repeatedly. The customer service representatives had to apologize for the repeated mistakes. I told him it is all good as long as I receive the order by June 11th. I even asked him if I need to expedite the order or if he needs to use my personal fedex account. He said not to worry and he will definitely have the order by June 11th. He even sent me a follow-up email to verify this. When it came time to ship the order I received an email, which said it would arrive by June 8th. I then checked the fedex tracking number which said it would arrive by June 12th. I immediately called logosportwear and spoke to a woman who said there was nothing she could do and was then was transferred to a manager. The manager adamantly denied the order would arrive on the 12th even though fedex explicitly stated this. I explained to her that she used ultra-cheap shipping (FEDEx Post which combines FEDEX with USPS and is cheaper than USPS media mail) and that having worked for two multi-billion dollar corporations which both had fedex accounts I used on a daily basis that fedex will deliver exactly when they say they will deliver. I wanted her to call fedex and upgrade the shipping even using my account which fedex only allows the shipper to do not the recipient. She refused and continue to deny it would take 7 days for my package to be delivered even blaming me saying well you got free shipping if it doesn't arrive in time . I never asked for free shipping once. As a client I gave a date I needed the product by and was guaranteed I would get it by this date. Not once did I receive an apology or acknowledgement of responsibility from your manager. Instead she went ahead and said she will process a return in the rare event I do not receive the items. I am clinician and what she does not realize is the hours I spent working on the design and have it imprinted on the sweatshirts (approximately 8 hours). This was time I could have spent with my sick dad who is currently in the hospital, or studying for my board certification exam I have in 8 days, or time I could have spent with my patients. To add insult to injury I had to spend more time correcting all the mistakes with this order and having to buy alternative graduation presents for my mentors. The package is now with USPS and they said their policy is that they do not allow customers to pick-up packages and I have to wait for a delivery. When I had to decide which vendor to choose to make the personalized sweatshirts I chose logosports because I thought they could get the job done correctly and I wanted to support smaller businesses. I was so close to ordering from LL Bean. Instead this has turned into a nightmare. I am not only disappointed with the service but the rude indifference and lack of professionalism. This would not be acceptable in the two previous corporations I worked for. I definitely will not order from you in the future and I am encouraging anyone else who reads this to save the hassle and just order from LL Bean. read more

I recently purchased a new high end bicycle and wanted a matching cap to go with it. The bike company didn't have any caps I liked or ones that would fit me properly. I began looking for a custom cap and found Logo Sportswear. I ordered the cap I wanted from their website with custom embroidery. When I received the cap, the embroidery was a bit smaller than anticipated. I didn't think a lot about this but mentioned it in a review the company requested I complete after receiving my order. I was immediately contacted by their representative and asked to explain exactly what I wanted and how they could make it perfect. I told her that the embroidery was a bit small but that I could live with it. About 10 days later I received a new hat in the mail with the embroidery as I had wanted. Now keep in mind I only ordered one hat. If they care enough to show this much concern over one small order, I would not hesitate to place a large order with this company as customer satisfaction seems to be their #1 goal. I was able to get our jackets, for the same costs with the more expensive brand. Save yourself the trouble and stay FAR FAR away from here. Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Customer satisfaction gaurentee is total BULLSHIT. I naiively ordered with them last year for a sports event and upon receipt of my package, realized they had "forgotten" to pack 4 jerseys. It was too late at that point so I let my rep, Jesse, know and said I didn't think it'd be fair to pay for them since they were completely useless to us now. FIRST, he gave me attitude and suggested that I "check again" and when he finally realized he was wrong, offered me 50% off the 4 jerseys (roughly ~$60 in refund on a $2000+ order). All that aside, when I finally received the missing jerseys, there was still one missing!!!!! Fast forward to this year and I reaaaally dont want to have to order from this shitshow again. But because we need the same jersey design, I get in touch with a rep and figure out a reorder. I made sure to let the rep know that I was already hesitant to order from them after my last experience. There are a handful of troubling back and forth questions where I'm not sure the rep is on the same page. I'm about a week out from the tournament so I follow up repeatedly to get confirmation and TODAY (T-4days) she tells me she was OOO for vacation and my order is delayed because of "confusion". The order got shipped FedEx to a PO Box then canceled because Fed Ex does not deliver to PO boxes they reshipped my order USPS to an address I didn't even give them, got returned to sender. Now I have called a gazillion times trying to get my order reshipped and no luck. I have ordered some hats for our Navy Veterans 35 year reunion. When I recieved the hats the embriodery was horrible on every hat. Based upon what Im reading from all the reviews I hope they follow through and take care of some Old Navy Veterans that paid good money for some ball caps. I was SO impressed by both the quality of product and price. What BLEW ME AWAY was the customer service. USPS/FexEx lost our package... I contacted LogoSportswear after a week of hoping the package would arrive. Upon hearing the scenario, LogoSportswear offered to expedite a re-do of the order to get our team's jerseys to us. Well... about another week went by and randomly USPS/FedEx found and delivered our initial order. I called LogoSportswear to let them know and outline we did not need the re-do after all. But - the sweet folks at LogoSportswear had already completed the re-do and decided to go ahead and ship the additional set to us. They were SO nice to work with. Our whole order process was smooth except for the USPS/FedEx part - but LogoSportswear rose to the occasion and really made an exceptional experience in ensuring we had our team jerseys. read more

I am a representative of a healthcare company. We placed a $655 order with the company for polos and shirts. We have a professionally designed company logo that was supposed to be put on the shirts. When I got the proofs back, their team members tampered with the logo and changed the font/size of the logo letters (looked Bad). When i asked them why they changed our logo they said they had to. When I suggested to just enlarge the image so everything could be bigger to work with... they said they couldn't and wouldn't. I feel this experience was very unprofessional and we are still waiting for a refund. When I asked for a satisfaction survey they said no and justified their comments one more time. So I placed an order back in August 2018 and it went great. I called and talked with a service rep and he was awesome to work with and the shirts turned out great. One shirt had a minor misprint on the logo but I overlooked that because of the experience I got. - 4/5 stars for that experience However, the second order I did online. I just got the first part of the order in quick fashion, but the sizing of the blank Carhartt jacket was different than expected. Fingers crossed the shirts I ordered turn out. Today I shipped the box back to return the jacket, but now I have to pay shipping cost and luckily the rep is willing to waive the 15% restocking fee. It wound up costing me $9.61 in shipping, which has left me a touch bitter because you would think they would want to make this process hassle-free and just provide a return shipping label. Glad I get to pay out of pocket for something I need to return and don't get to even enjoy because the sizing on their site is misleading because they take it straight from the manufacture. The other piece that was a bit misleading when I ordered was I had a gift certificate I used and the total I saw in my cart was different than what showed up when I paid. If I am not mistaken I think they deduct the gift certificate first and then apply the 15% off versus applying the discount and then the gift certificate. I play a lot of sports between softball, volleyball, and hockey and I felt like Logo Sportswear was going to be my go to place for customized jerseys/shirts, but this recent experience of trying to return something is making me want to explore other companies out there that make that process if needed a bit more hassle free. This business apparently doesn't want to allow people to really post a review about them connected directly to the company. I was able to do a customer survey about my experience, but there is no where on their website to see anyone's reviews. They have a controlled review through "Ekomi" but apparently only the positive reviews end up there! I ordered a sweatshirt type varsity jacket for my daughter's birthday gift last October, but she didn't get it until the 1st of December. She only had it 3 months when 2 of the snaps just came out through holes in the fabric that are too big. I contacted Logosportswear and they said it was past the 30 days so they couldn't do anything about it! A $64 jacket is only supposed to last 3 months???? When I complained about it she said they could give me a discount on another new jacket!!! Gads! I took it to a local shoe repair shop that also does alterations and they are reinforcing the holes that are about 1/2 inch in diameter and they said that all the snaps just came out through the holes when they were removing them!! I told them to just replace all the snaps. I'm not sure how much it will cost; it's not done yet. I am NEVER going to deal with this shady business again. Lousy product and they don't back it up... sounds like it's happened a lot! At least the embroidery was done good! read more

It seems to take Logo a long time to "process" the order, even longer to create the shirt, then in my case a full week to ship it to the west coast. If I had the option to rate this company 0 stars I would. They messed up our superfan sweatshirts for the highschool hockey team. It took two weeks to reorder and the last names were still incorrect. Another two weeks later we received the new shipment and again, they were incorrect. We just now got the 3rd shipment and this time the highschool logo was not on the front. The hockey season is almost over and now family members and friends will not receive their sweatshirts that were ordered months in advance in time. The prices on the website were competitive. However, we ordered from them for a specific event and we needed our order in a timely manner. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure we would be fine. However, I product wasn't completed by the time the product was supposed to ship. This was not a huge order as we wanted to try-out the company first. I talked to a representative of the company when it was looking like they may not complete my order on time and they assured me it would come on the guaranteed date. I talked to another representative when our order did not arrive and found out they hadn't even made our shirts yet. They said they would refund the expedited shipping. That's it. When I pushed them they said they would overnight my order if possible. They didn't do that either. I still haven't received my order and it won't come in time for our event. This is not a professional organization. Maybe it is fine if you don't expect to hold them to a delivery date, production date or their customer service have a working knowledge of your order and how and when it will be completed. I measure a business by how they handle themselves when things are busy like at Christmas. If a company cannot handle the success of people utilizing their service they cannot be relied upon to do what they claim they are able to do. read more
