My weekly appointments at the end of my pregnancy were on Thursdays and during my last two she stripped my membranes without asking me, the first time unsuccessfully and the second time successfully beginning my labor. I had the feeling she was trying to get the baby delivered before the weekend. Stripping membranes is not only painful and invasive but it is absolutely something that should only be done with the patient's explicit consent. Unfortunately after reading some of the other reviews here it does not seem like my experience was unique. I should also say I had really positive experiences with her staff and was sad to end my care with them. It's too bad that my experience with Dr. Cunningham overshadowed my experience with the rest of her staff by so much.

I was so impressed that I made sure I saw her each time going forward and that she would deliver my son, Drake. I consider myself a high maintenance on the crazy side patient (low pain tolerance, asks a lot of questions) and I have sensed frustration with other doctors who have had me as a patient but not Dr. Cardellini. She has a warmth about her, an authentic concern. The main reason I switched to Dr. Cardellini is I feel she is really flexible with her opinions. She definitely knows her stuff and will express it but she listens to me and is willing to consider the emotional side of things and to even risk judgement of her peers (which is extra impressive considering she is "newer" to the group) and support her patient in choices that may not be the norm. For instance, the group agressively wanted to induce me and she listened to me and eventually became supportive in my decision to take things a bit further, even though it was not the 'standard' expected route. She is not a risk taker, in fact more on the conservative side - BUT she is willing to hear out the patient and take things on a case by case basis. I am not sure this is the norm within the group. I feel very at ease with Dr. Cardellini. She delivered my baby and yet gave me all the credit. I think my delivery was a success (despite 28 hrs of labor!) because of her presence which gave me confidence. Plus she laughed at all my husbands nervous jokes and attempts! Dr. Cardellini is a breath of fresh air to this otherwise (in my opinion) semi-stodgy practice. She warms things up there and maybe, hopefully, the others will take notice and start treating patients more like people with warmth, approachability and open minds. p.s. I must add - since I have been a patient over the course of 10 years the front desk has drastically changed for the better. They are friendly on the phone and quickly get back to you on things and seem to be happier with their jobs, therefore more friendly with the patients.

I felt like I could ask any question, and would get an answer or have a discussion about it without judgment, and she would also tell me where I could go for more information. So, so long overdue to write this, but life has been beyond crazy with my little dude, who's now 6…read moremonths old. All of my pregnancy, I only saw Dr Jaeger, and was always happy with the way we made decisions, all of her suggestions, the information she provided - I feel like we made a very good patient-doctor team with one common goal and a great mutual understanding of that goal, which was to deliver a healthy baby naturally, with minimal interventions if possible. Some of our appointments were brief, maybe all of 5-10 minutes, others not so much, but she was always thorough and absolutely delightful to be around. Everything in the delivery room went according to plan and I feel like she not only respected my decisions but was also there to lend additional support emotionally in order for me to plod on when labour wasn't progressing, reminding me of what the goal was. I delivered a healthy baby boy, on 12/13/14, naturally as planned and am so very thankful that I had Dr Jaeger there with me. Needless to say, I recommend her to anyone!

I was a patient with a big ovarian cyst (seen at ER), and in excruciating pain for two straight…read moremonths. The pain was 12 on a scale of ten, worse than childbirth pain, pain that kept me fully awake every night for two months. Dr Voss said she couldnt determine the nature of the cyst on ultrasound (that it could be cancerous or not) and that needed surgery. Well, I called the scheduling person who said there was a waiting list and she would call me back to schedule the surgery. It was 2016, I never got a call to this day. Imagine my despair trying to find a new OBGyn who would operate on me, while being in that kind of pain. I found another doc eventually. It turned out to be a huge endometrioma. I still have trauma from that experience. I guess writing this review is my attempt to let go of that nightmare as I cant imagine how a clinic could be so negligent and wholly disregard a patient that way...

I asked a friend who she goes to and she whole-heartedly recommended Dr. Voss and I can see why. Dr. Voss takes the time to talk with you and get to know you. We talked about hormones, post-menopause and my exam. Dr. Voss is very knowledgeable and friendly. And you don't have to answer hundreds of questions on some frustrating patient tracking system-it's done the old fashioned way, by humans. Later I thought I had a bladder infection and I was seen straight away by a nurse practitioner and I received the same patient, straightforward, and friendly treatment. I love this office and highly recommend Dr. Voss!
