Lokahi Brewing is a chill, "good vibes" kind of spot with great beers! [Location] Lokahi Brewing Company is located in town on King Street. There is parking behind, parallel to the Jack-in-the-Box drive thru. There are single-room restrooms for women and men separately. [Ambiance] I loved the relaxed, yet super clean look of the place. It's super unique and quite lovely. The space makes for a great casual spot for friends to catch up, or for a cute date. [Food and Drink] The beer is amazing! My boyfriend ordered a 16oz of "The Floor is Guava" and I tried a 16 oz of the Lilikoi option. Both were very good! Slightly tart/sour but not unpleasant--I usually don't do well with sours, but these were more refreshing and fruity than anything. I enjoyed my pub style burger with fries. The fries are sooo good, crispy and delicious. Definitely not the kind you can get from the freezer section. My boyfriend got 2 smash burgers. They forgot the second burger but treated my boyfriend to extra fries to compensate. [Service] The staff is super friendly and amazing. Above and beyond customer service!

Of the two full days we were in Honolulu (as an extended layover on the way to the big island - definitely not long enough!), I took one afternoon to check out as many craft breweries as I could make it to that were walking distance of each other. Of them, beer-wise, this was probably the most *fun* of the places I went to, mainly because they focus mainly on kettle sours, and I happen to quite *like* their kettle sours. Of the 4 sours they had on draft when I was there (fully half their menu were kettle sources!), 3 out of 4 I liked a lot (I didn't think there was enough mango or strawberry in the mango/strawberry sour, but the POG one, I hate to say it, but I think beat my previous favorite POG kettle sour, from my favorite brewery back home, Trademark, now at #2. :D) I was also happy that they sell all their beer in individual cans, not just 4-packs - though there is a small discount if you buy at least 4 (mix and match). It isn't a terribly large place, but it's also a bit out of the way, so it wasn't busy at all when I was there, which I appreciated. It was a bit *warm*, but I learned, that's because their sours are fermenting right there, sounds like the beer likes it that temperature. It's great beer, so I wouldn't want to mess with it! Food looked good, but I didn't try any. Honolulu had too much food to fit into the 2 days we were there! I did get to a *majority* of the breweries though, I think!

Really enjoyed coming to Lokahi Brewjng Co. It's a nice,, quaint place to enjoy good food and great beer. People were really nice. They have beer that will satisfy any preference. I will definitely be coming back here. They have a strawberry cheesecake eggroll that was really good.

Lokahi might be one of my top 3 breweries on Oahu. I'm big into sours, and they never disappoint. It's a pretty small brewery with limited parking, but I've never been when it's overly busy. Inside is quiet, with a few TVs, but it's neat and laid back, perfect for a chill afternoon. There is usually one bartender working who is always efficient and friendly. I like their food menu they offer - I haven't tried anything YET but I watched everyone order around us and they seemed very pleased. It all looked and smelled great and portions were big. Every beer I've had here is great. They also do flights. They have upstairs seating but I have never seen it open. They're also dog friendly which is a huge plus, but no outdoor seating. They can be hard to find, but once you do, it's well worth it!

Small brewery on King St. Right next to Jack in the Box. Limited in beer choices but they do have about 4 house taps as well as a few guest taps. Service is awesome, super friendly. Beer is good and they don't screw you with manini pours on higher abv drinks. Just had a few drinks and the Nachos. Omg, the nachos are amazing. If you looking for a chill spot, good food, beers and service give Lokahi a try.

Stuck in traffic on the way home and decided to check this place out! Parking in the back, limited amount of stalls, but we got one! Meant to be. Located right before you hit the Jack in the box on King street (left hand side). We sat in the lower level section. Looks like there's an upstairs area, but didn't get to check it out. Very nice inside renovation and very clean. Tried a few beers and honestly everything was good. The sour they had wasn't too sour and just perfect for me! Yummy! All the dark beers are also very good. Service was great! There was only one person working the brewery and she was super helpful and friendly. I'll be back for food! Looked really yummy. Comes from a truck behind the building. So smart! Defiantly worth it to try and support them.

Yep, they brew a lot of varieties of beer here!

I visited here when they first opened and they have much improved with their beer selection, having the second floor and a food truck in the back. Friendly servers that walked up to us when we walked in. Cool patrons, no drunk loud screamers. One can see the shiny brewing vats. They have beer in cans to go. It's a medium sized craft beer joint. They also have cocktails mixed with their beer!

Great craft brewery which consisted of mostly locals. Came during trivia night so it was very lively. Great hazys!

    Fun with friends!

The food was good. I had chicken fajitas. The guacamole was a bit salty. The service was excellent! The ambiance was casual yet trendy. The only downside was there was no free wi fi

They brew their original brews in house and you can see the shiny tungs around the corner. They have about 8 beer selections with the focus on lagers. There is an exceptional guava sour that is very well-balanced. The beertender and server are very attentive and I felt very welcomed there. Wednesdays is quiz game night so it can get extra full on that evening. It was a fun brain picking evening even though we did not actively participate. There is a food truck in the back.

Really wanted to like this place as a casual place to hang out and have a drink and some food. The sours fell short as my dining partner described them as tasting like "rotting fruit" (you know that taste that fruit gets when it's waaaaay overripe and starting to rot?). A large party had just sat upstairs and they warned us that food (prepared in a food truck outside) might be a while. So we didn't end up eating here. I thought the staff was friendly and I liked that they gave us a heads up about the possible food wait. There is a small parking lot in the back - turn in just before Jack in the Box.

Lokahi Brewing was our 11th brewery visited during our stay in Hawaii (Kona, Maui, Oahu). It was one of our favorite breweries. We had a few different beers. My wife loved two of their sours. I enjoyed a couple IPA's. They had a good selection. We enjoyed the garlic truffle fries as well. The atmosphere was great and an enjoyable place to visit. A local seated at the bar was friendly and the staff were engaging and welcoming. We had a great time talking to Peter?, who worked there. Very positive vibe and fun place to visit. We would definitely go back on our next visit to the Islands.

A flight for the night: witches brew, pog sour, melona milkshake IPA, and strawberry lemonade sour

Good food, great craft beer, and the Mexico vs. Czech Republic FIFA World Cup match on the TVs. Moments like these remind us how sports can symbolize unity and world peace by bringing people from different cultures and backgrounds together. Food We shared the Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Bang-A-Rang Shrimp, and Eggplant Bruschetta. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The fish was crispy on the outside and flaky inside, the Bang-A-Rang Shrimp had just the right amount of crunch and flavor, and the Eggplant Bruschetta was a delicious starter. Drinks I ordered a beer flight with #5 Torchlight, #10 Hops for Hugs, #14 Rice Breaker, and #16 After Hours. After Hours was easily my favorite. My friend had a pint of #3 Aqueerius, a refreshing sour ale with raspberry limeade notes that he really enjoyed. Service & Atmosphere The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The brewery is spacious, clean, and a great place to relax with friends or catch a game. Everyone was very nice there and the space was a good sports bar to watch the World Cup at. We sat at the bar so we could see the TVs, but there were plenty around the restaurant. The food was mixed reviews. The shrimp fried rice was really good, a bit on the oily side (personally don't mind that) and lacked salt, but that was an easy fix. The special was this pork belly (I think) and honestly it didn't wow me. It was a bit bland and also the amount was so small. The Macaroni salad was good and rice was good. The slaw, to me, was too crunchy and could have marinated longer to soften up. Again, this dish lacked salt. The Pina Coladas, were very tasty and refreshing, but were too sweet so it was hard to get a second one and come close to finishing. I had my partner help me drink it because it was too much. I'd still go again and try other things on the menu and maybe ask for the colada to not be too sweet

He seemed a bit annoyed when my fiancé asked about their own brews....almost like it would've been easier for him to just order Coors or something. You're a brewing company...people are going to have questions. All 4 of us ordered something different- Sicilian pepperoni pizza, some type of burger, pulled pork loaded fries, and a macadamia nut chicken salad. Food was average...you can tell they cater to tourists.. Our server never checked on us. He took our order, a runner brought the food out, and the next time he came to the table was with a bill. I actually had to flag down another service so we could cash out. I have so much respect for people working in the service industry. It's a hard job. You deal with people all the time and some of them are downright jerks. We weren't jerks. We were regular, nice customers. It takes a lot for me to not tip anywhere between 20-25%. She informed us there would be approximately a 45-minute wait, which we completely understood and were happy to accept. While waiting, we stood near the bar area so we could watch the World Cup match. Despite standing there for around 25 minutes, not a single bartender or employee acknowledged us, offered a menu, or even greeted us. Eventually, after about 30 minutes of waiting, a table in the bar area became available. Since it was empty, we sat down, assuming it was open. Within moments, the host approached us with the same rude attitude and told us that table was being held for another party. We politely asked to speak with a manager. Rather than responding professionally, she visibly rolled her eyes before going to get one, which only reinforced how unwelcome we felt. When the manager arrived, the interaction was equally disappointing. He never asked us what had happened or tried to understand our perspective. Instead, he immediately apologized and reiterated that the table was reserved for another waiting party. We didn't want to cause a scene, so we simply moved to another available bar table. What made the situation especially frustrating was that the original table they insisted was reserved remained empty the entire time afterward. No one was ever seated there while we watched. It left us questioning why such a rigid stance was taken over a seating arrangement that appeared easily manageable. The issue was never about having to move tables. We understand restaurants get busy and that hosts have to manage seating. The problem was the complete lack of hospitality, communication, and customer service. From the host's attitude and eye-rolling to the manager's unwillingness to listen before making a decision, we felt like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. As first-time customers, first impressions matter. We arrived excited to enjoy our evening, but instead left feeling ignored, dismissed, and genuinely unwelcome. A little kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to communicate could have completely changed this experience. Unfortunately, that's not what we received.

We brought our middle school aged kids and loved that they got a little science learning as the rum production was explained. Staff was all top notch, friendly and knowledgable. Tasting was really generous and my husband and I ordered different ones which allowed us to also try each other's tastings too. I got the cocktail one and he got the classic rum one. We bought some gifts for family member taking care of our dog and a special bottle for my upcoming birthday. Finally, our son LOVED the honey so bought a bottle of that as well. This was a nice way to break up all of our beach and pool days!
