Their menu is small, but I like it. They focus on what they make really well, with no extras. The star of our meal was the potato salad and carne asada taco. Okay, potato salad. I know, it's basic, but they make it sooo good here. We all agreed it was the best version of potato salad we've had in awhile. It's got the perfect balance of flavor, mayo, and potato, and the consistency is not cubed potatoes but more like chunky mashed potatoes. I promise you it's good! The meat eater in our group raved about the taco. The tortilla was hand made and the carne asada was marinated well with a good grilled flavor to it. The Puerto Rican empanadas are fried and packed with filling. The ground beef had a good flavor. The spinach and cheese was more like a queso consistency. If you like cheese, you'll love this. The pupusas are really good. The filling to masa shell ratio was perfect. Not too thick of a shell, with enough filling. The bean and cheese was my favorite. The loroco and cheese was good too. The curtido was a bit too salty, and not vinegary enough. They serve it on the side so you can decide how much to have with your pupusas. The family that owns the place is so friendly and they were working with a sense of urgency to get the food out in a timely manner. They have about three tables with chairs and a small area with bar seating. They have a drive through option too.

Menu The food is unbelievable here. I really love the pupusas and tamales. You really have to try everything. The dinner specials are unique and tasty.

The owner, Loli, is super friendly and takes pride in her food. She was offering me samples of Tamarind juice and her homemade Horchata (which made me a believer, lol). I'd return just to chat with her! The food was also yummy. I've never had papusas that were fluffy. They were good. Yet, honestly a bit too much dough in comparison to the amount of filling. They do provide a flavorful, finely shredded fresh curtido with the papusa. Please note that the amount of curtido included is barely 3 fork-fulls--definitely not enough to pair with 3 whole papusas. And, I even purchased extra at $0.50 each but again, I barely got enough to make it worthwhile. All in all, the food was good - I won't lie. BUT the value was not. I spent $9.99 for 3 papusas + drink. At a different FW papuseria, I could get 3 papusas, rice, beans and a drink for the same price (and not have to beg for curtido).

The food was soo good that before I finished I went back and ordered Togo to have that night for dinner, this is the type of place that once someone puts it on social media it will be crazy packed. The owners were the absolute kindest

The owner, the food ...amazing.. everything fresh and clean. It was worth the drive! Will go back for sure

They use fresh ingredients in their dishes and it is quite obvious. Best pupusas and empanadas I've ever had!

Inside, the decor was on point, authentic feel with ceramic pots, handcrafted decorations, and little details on the walls that make it feel like Mexico. The staff was nice too. They don't waste time with small talk, but they're friendly, efficient, and the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered two asada tacos and two cabeza tacos, and let me tell you... they were so good. They came out piping hot with grilled onions on the side, which was the perfect finishing touch. Both tacos were packed with meat. The asada was incredibly tender with those slightly crispy edges from the grill that added so much flavor. The cabeza was just as impressive. It was unbelievably soft and almost melted in your mouth. Add a little salsa, a bite of the grilled onions, and everything came together perfectly. The onions added just enough sweetness to balance the savory meat, making every bite even better. This is exactly the kind of taco spot I love finding. Definitely I'll be coming back.

I have 0 pictures, which speaks volumes to where my attention was. First, the stop work sign on the front door from the city. jajaja, perfecto!! Then all Latin patrons. Then the chrome apparatus they bring with bowls of sauces, nice. Hot, hotter, and prayers required for the last two. And finally, fresh squeezed juices, and tacos with several excellent, heavily loved and slow cooked meats and just the right toppings. (the lengua is impeccable) Nothing else. No chips. No quesadillas. No tequila. No nonsense. Don't go there, you'll ruin the ambiance for me.
