Missing the crispy exterior but the interior is nicely soft and slightly gooey. I specifically tried the choc chip cookie (standard taste) and the cookies & cream cookie (I really enjoyed this one! Fan of the trickles of white chocolate ganache). Service was a bit cold. The lady who assisted me was no-smiles and there was conveyor-like communication from her. Located in the center of Covent Garden, it's a great spot to grab a midday snack. They offer a variety of pastries, cupcakes, scones, etc. but we decided on a slice of red velvet cake and a hot tea. The cake was so moist and the man working gave me an entire pot of tea which was a plus! So glad these little bakeries still exist, such a yummy place!
