Lola's has done my Fall and Spring Clean-Ups for some time, and I have always been very happy with their service. This year I also had them do my mulching, which is a tedious and arduous task (I usually spread 10 -12 yards!). They did it in 3 days with several guys, and my yard never looked better. Finally, I have had Lola's take over fro my previous chemical lawn service. They charge a little bit more, but the work they do is superior! My yard has never looked better, and I have total confidence in their work. I highly recommend Lola's Landscaping for your yard needs. read more

Gonna have to go two stars here. Solid customer service, but the work is confusing at best. I asked them to mow, they did a very odd job of barely cutting anything. They agreed to come back and do it right, yet have still missed a ton of spots in my yard, and at this point I'm not about to ask them to come a third time. I'll be re-mowing the missed areas and chalking this one up as a bit of a loss. read more

They are terrible at snow removal no one can go to work the next day absolute joke! Hired to plow the Taj Estates in Franklin. They didn't even plow. Everyone who lives in complex had to get outside and shovel themselves. Impossible to take our dogs to use the bathroom. Lola's agreed to weekly mowing and snow removal with us in October. They came and mowed the lawn once and then never came again the rest of the year. They did not come and plow either of the first two snowstorms. Both times there were excuses. We ultimately had to find another service since they never showed up, despite multiple confirmations. read more

2 stars because everyone working there is very sweet and polite. 1 additional star for the mulch and weeding. When it comes down to it, I wasn't satisfied overall with the product or how they scheduled. I worked with Lola's one season. The team who did the weeding and mulching did a fantastic job. Scheduling issues, they would come in the morning and treat my lawn and then the mower team would come in the afternoon and advise they couldn't cut my lawn because it had been treated. This happened a few times. Why not schedule mowing first? Seemed like a simple solution, but since that didn't happen, makes it appear disorganized. Mowing itself. Again, the crew was very sweet and friendly. Yes, they are all very young, which is not an issue, however their results weren't great. It didn't seem like there was pride in their work. More like, "cute the grass quick and where's the next house". I had to ask for weed whacking in a couple places around the swing set. Which they addressed because again, they were very polite. I had bald spots in 2 places in my backyard from where their wheels pulled up the grass from not making a smooth turn. I watched when it happened and cringed. I thought, "it's just grass, they're young, it'll grow back". I agree in communicating and making exceptions, but I felt like I was making more excuses than enjoying not having to think about my landscaping needs. In the end, with the scheduling being wonky and the results I was getting, I decided to move on. read more

The work this company does is subpar at best. Not only do they make a mess of lawns and driveways as they work, but they impact others property as well. They use neighbors driveways to turn around and back into the spot they want, ignoring the mess they are leaving behind at others homes. Plus, do they really need an employee to do nothing but stand around on his phone? He is out there every day doing nothing. read more

We recently hosted our son's wedding at our farm in Norfolk and when Lola's first arrived at our property it was...well, let's just say a little on the wild side. We love our place and care for it with much tlc, but it's a larger place and with a wedding for 90 people, we were using parts of the land that we don't usually use. Lola's came in and did a tremendous job cleaning up and creating the perfect balance between beautifully manicured and natural. We received many, many compliments about our place from our guests and a good part of that is thanks to the crew from Lola's. They came twice and I will say that both times the actual work done was more than the estimate, so my only advice is to make sure you're clear with the job that's being done. WOW! What a great company. We had some work done on the beds of our home recently by Lola's. One of our irrigation heads was damaged so Adam had his employee Nick Bassignani come out on a SUNDAY to repair. He was great, Very friendly knowledgeable and courteous. Got right to the problem also helped us with some other heads that were not performing up to his standards. He went to get a few parts and returned very quickly. Literally the biggest scam as far as a legit landscaping company. They promise the world, charge top dollar, and show up with high school kids who have no idea how to edge, or the difference between a weed and plant. I payed over $3000 for a mulch job and moat of the beds were never edged, I only got 1" of mulch instead of the promised 3" and they skipped a bunch of beds. Don't be fooled and stick with a company that has knowledgeable and hard-working staff. read more

The owner was pleasant when came out to give me a verbal quote on a fall clean up and promised to be out within two weeks to complete the job. After 3 weeks I called and he explained he would be there within the week. Two weeks went by and I called again and he said his truck broke but he would be there in 2 weeks. Continue this for 3 months, with him never communicating and not showing up when promised. Finally his crew came out and did an excellent job. We were pleased with the work, except they forgot a piece of the job. Owner again promised to complete yet 4 months later, including winter snow, never did. He mailed an invoice for 25% higher than quote stating he under quoted and was quite nasty. Highly unpleasant experience, but 2 stars for the job the crew mostly did. read more

I've had a great experience with Lola's Landscaping. The owner Adam came out to my house for a meet-and-greet, free estimate, and professional advise with my landscape. He promptly gave me a great quote, and began work within days if my 50% down payment. The guys just finished tree work -- knocked down a few and pruned a bunch more -- and put in a solid day's work. They worked fast and efficiently, and were very friendly. I requested a lot of work, and they were up-front and honest and let me know that that may not get to it all in a full-day; but they did, and then some. I'm having Adam and his crew come back for fall grass seeding, excavation, and more landscape design work. They're honest and trustworthy workers and I would recommend them to anyone in the Franklin/Bellingham area for reliable landscape and tree services at very competitive prices. read more

Worst landscaping experience!!! If you want irresponsible teens working on your lawn then this is the place for you!! Do you enjoy dangerous empty gas/oil containers littering your lawn? In addition to my weekly lawn moving I signed up for Tick and Mosquito control this summer. My husband, kids, and dog have never been more relaxed sitting on our back deck! No ticks on our dog and no mosquitoes on us! I highly recommend any bug or lawn services! The owner was very understandable about my financial worries as well! (this is always a plus!) read more

Adam the owner of Lola's Landscape was very pleasant and answered all my questions when he came out to give me the free estimate and in following up on the phone and via email. He took the time to walk through my yard, lawn, shrubs, tree work and discuss the work I wanted to have done. He provided an itemized estimate that was concise. The crews that came out to complete the jobs worked very hard and were courteous and cared about the end result of their work. Adam has been very responsive and has worked with me on how to work through all of what I'd like to have done, when and how it can be managed from my end as well as when his crews can do relative to scheduling and what makes sense for priorities and relative to the season. I have always mowed my own lawn but my mower is on the fritz and Lola's Landscaping has been taking care of my lawn bi-monthly and it is working well, pricing is right and has taken a time challenging task off my list. Shortly after moving to Franklin a little over a year ago, I received plenty of offers from landscaping companies looking to fulfill my landscaping needs. After meeting several owners, it was clear that Lola's Landscaping was the winner. Adam is a down to earth (no pun intended) guy that understands his business. He is honest and fair and has provided me with excellent services at more than reasonable prices. His employees are friendly, respectful and reliable. Over the past year Lola's has kept my grass looking nice and green. In addition, I have employed Lola's for Spring cleaning, mulching, de-thatching, aerating, over seeding, fertilizing and perhaps most importantly, tick and mosquito spray. With a two year old and a dog, knowing that ticks will be kept at bay provides a great piece of mind. And living in a mosquito-free environment is pretty nice too. Before we began these services I did see a tick and there were mosquitos. Since, I have not seen a trace of either. Thank you Lola's. Coming from a first time home buyer that has never mowed a lawn, Adam has been a great source of information, helping me understand the important aspects of lawn care.
