Great quality work for a reasonable price. We hired Bob and his team at Millennium for our backyard landscape remodel after we filled in our inground pool. After filling in the pool, the yard was a complete disaster. We added a patio, brought in dirt and leveled the land, and hydroseeded. They did our mulch and spring cleanup too. The new landscaping in our condo in Stoughton is nothing short of a disaster. The result is an ugly low budget eyesore it's baffling that anyone thought this was an upgrade the removal of establish shrubs and mulch, and their replacement with thousands of course industrial rock scattered everywhere. The design choices appear. Careless and poorly planned the aesthetic is called harsh and cheap. This isn't an upgrade. It's a downgrade. The execution is so bad it lowers the appearance of the entire neighborhood. If the goal was to make our community look like an abandoned railyard congratulations mission accomplished. read more

This review is long overdue. They seem like a normal company but in short, they will come out to your property and tell you what they can do. But then they will ghost you after you call them back multiple times. And this is after you leave voicemails, and also after leaving messages with their receptionist. It's not as if they're busy, it's just they don't want your business, which means they don't want your money. Yes it's very strange. It makes me to ask the question, what's the point of having this kind of business if you are rejecting clients for no reason whatsoever? And even if they were not interested in a project presented by a client, why wouldn't they tell the client, I can't do this job. They just don't do that, they leave you hanging. My wife and I reached out to Bob and the Millennium team to help us come up with an idea to replace our old, out of code front stairs and deck. Bob had an amazing idea for the transformation from Day 1 and helped us every step of the way from picking out materials to exceeding our expectations with a final product and even removing an old buried concrete staircase our old deck was built on top of. Worst company ever, I have been calling for months now trying to get the issue of my fence resolved, with no response. Its been a year since I paid for the work, and to have it done incorrectly. Then have them lie to our face. If you want to have a fence put in incorrectly, and then have them ignore your calls or to have them constantly tell you that someone will be out in a week, but months go by, then this is your company. Bob came out and gave me an estimate on a new sewer pipe. The driveway needed to be dug up as it went right down my driveway. I hired Bob to do the job as he was the best price. He came out a few days later with his guys. He made a nice cut down my driveway and his workers were so neat! Got the job done in 2 days. (Needed the town to come out and inspect it) They cleaned up all the pipe, rocks, and tar. I have had other people do jobs at my house and they have left a mess for me to clean. Not Millennium! We Loved working with Bob, and really appreciated and are enjoying his work as second to none. Exceptional job with our landscaping needs... I would have given 5 stars, however... Bob did not finish the whole job we had agreed upon. Very confusing... Multiple times, he said he could finish our plans.... he just needed a few more weeks to complete another job first...It appears that he got more lucrative jobs, and just didn't think the plans he set with us were worth fulfilling. No harm / no foul... we found someone else, and have our work done. He will do a fabulous job but no guarantee that he will complete if another job worth more $$ comes his way??... Terrible and non-responsive customer service. Do not return phone calls or emails unless it's to demand a payment.

Completely undependable. We have contracted with Millennium for four years in a row for their fall cleanup once the leaves are down. In the case of two of the four years, Millennium just never showed up. No apology, not warning. They just didnt come. Trying to contact them is a chore since there is only a voice mail message and they refuse to acknowledge or respond to messages asking when they will come. Their contract allows for this through a clause that reads that if there is snow, they will come in the spring with a new contract, but that means that the leaves are in the yard all winter. There was also no snow this year, but they still did not come. We have been pleased with the service when they have come on time, but a 50% chance that they wont show up without any sort of apology means that we will hire another cleanup service next year. Best to avoid. read more
