She texted me today, and I went in, and she explained that when she attempted to do the alteration she did not like the way it was coming together. She put it back together and still charged me the $21.27. I did not try the dress back on in shop because I assumed it would be the same way as when it was purchased. I put it on when I got home, and I'm 100% disappointed. The dress is now all different lengths. The left side drags on the ground, the right is shorter than the left, and the front and back are visually shorter than the rest. I'm not asking for my money back, but would advise others to not take complicated tasks here.
