2 stars because the actual location is very clean and the workers were kind. I got my daith piercing here done by Sam in June. As soon as it was pierced I had a feeling it was too shallow. I know they do the dot so you can see placement, but it's a very difficult spot to see and it felt weird telling the trained piercer that "I think it's wrong" because maybe I don't know! They only had 2 options for jewelry with this piercing as well. The piece is already about to fall out. Super disappointed. read more

After a little over a month I went to get a touch up. Now this is the results as of today. Just a horrible job. Horrible material they use. Very cheap. I'll be going elsewhere where the quality is better because at this point it's ridiculous. They guaranteed the work but is pure garbage. Would be a 5 star if the chairs were more comfy. Sitting on a damn folding chair for 3 hours is murder on the back. Aside from that, very nice crew, Curt is a beast, he's done 2 out of 3 session of a cover-up for me, i'm looking forward to having him finish it. Prices are slightly cheaper than other shops i visited with (IMHO) better skilled artists. Very clean, respectful and down to earth shop. I just hate them damn folding chairs. read more

Her name is Anna she did several tattoos on me well I went today to get a couple of my tattoos touched up !!! Well a touch up is free as long as it's not a long time since you got it !!! Well all of mine are fairly new !!! And I do give her a very good tip I'm a hairdresser so I know to tip good !!! So today I hot a touch up and they charged me and I'm pissed off never will I go back not happy !!! I was a good customer 3 more of my friends were going to go get tattoos told them not to !!! Awesome!! I got my piercings done, and all I have to wait for is to change my jewelry when my hole is healed! They told me three months, so by the end of March, it should be good! *Update: The holes were healed, and the piercings were changed to a custom made jewelry! I went to a piercing-jewelry-website and asked them to attach bells at the end of the 14 guage jewelry AND make the 'gems' Pink! I got my first tattoo here, I was 16 I remember like it was yesterday. It was a birthday present from my mom. I believe it was done by Lola herself, aside from her nasty attitude, her artwork is atrocious. I wanted a small sun. SO SIMPLE. It came out so ugly omg it was a "sun" drawn by a kindergartner. As I went on and saw professional artist work on my body I realized more and more how ghetto it looks. I've gotten a half a sleeve plus some done by Charlie here and I'll add some pictures. I think from my experiences you really can't complain about the price if you want quality and Charlie has provided me nothing but quality and consistency. He allows my artistry to mix with his and we usually brainstorm some really cool stuff. I do agree with the one reviewer.. the chairs there are uncomfortable especially if you're getting 3 and 4 hour pieces a sitting. Other than that, cool staff, really laid back. Ask for Charlie he definitely is a great artist and friend now after dropping a couple of g's last year on ink. More to come in the future! read more

I've gotten a few ear piercings before and i had to say that this one was probably one of the more painless/bloodless ones. Also, it was nice to have someone being so thorough and in a general good mood. If it was my first time and i was nervous or had a bunch of questions, no doubt they would go over them with me without a rush. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Charged me 250 for a tattoo that only took about 15mins to do. When I asked around I was told I was over charged for sure, but I honestly didn't know any better since it was my first tattoo. Didn't feel welcomed at all and definitely won't be going back. Shop needs to be updated and you should make your guests feel more comfortable. read more

After a failed attempt at a piercing gun i bought from Amazon (bad idea trust me) I tried to pierce my nose and it failed miserably. I was traumatized alittle afterwards making me super scared to go somewhere to get it done. However I was very pleasantly surprised with how quick, efficient and easy this piercing ended up being. Came in to have my nose ring looked at because it needs to be taken out. I had my nose pierced several years ago with a nose bone. All good... until you want to take it out. They have balls on each end and my nose had closed around the post making the hole smaller than the inside ball. I had been wanting to switch it to a screw post and finally had the time to do so. I dropped into Lola's and Dan was able to get the bone out with zero hassle and then replaced it with a screw post. It looks exactly the same and you'd never know I swapped them. I got my first tattoos at Lolas and those experiences went very well. However, my last experience was so bad and traumatic that I will never step into the shop for any service ever again. I had a tattoo on my rib that was simple line work but was completely botched. The experience itself was very painful (abnormally painful to the point that I almost passed out after). I asked the artist for a break and he said no and then when the piece was done he said, "Wasn't my best work, but you moved so...". I have gotten tattooed in multiple places and a moving canvas is the part of the deal once you become a tattoo artist. It took me a couple of months to go back because I felt very ashamed of the piece. However, once I did he looked at the piece and said "Yeah the lines are bad...I don't even remember doing this." The shop was willing to do touch ups but I did not feel comfortable with the artist touching me ever again. read more

I went to go get my septum pierced here a couple months ago and as a newbie I wasn't aware of just how completely unsanitary this place and these guys are. First the piercer did not ask for my ID (I just turned 18 so I brought it assuming they'd ask cause of how young I look). They did not even ask how old I was. When I went to the back and sat down In the chair the man who was piercing me (I believe his name is Dave?) he began to touch my ears and face without gloves. Then got the station ready WITHOUT gloves. He only put them on when he was going to pierce me. He also took a phone call in the middle of it all and then touched my freshly pierced nose with his bare hands. They also were using the incorrect solution to clean me and I got an infection almost immediately. Please just do not go here. read more

While Lola's is incredibly clean and professional I feel the prices are a little outrageous paid $50 for my nose piercing which I thought was a little high but the piercer was extremely professional when it came time to change my nose ring he offered for me to come in and he changed it free of charge.
