I like that you can purchase candy by bulk and mix and match. My favorite chocolate candy was the Milk Chocolate Covered Double Stuff Oreos, Milk Chocolate Coconut Haystacks, and Chocolate Mint cluster. I don't know the exact names. It was heavenly!! It would have tasted even better with a glass of milk to balance out the sweetness. So glad I discovered this shop. I will definitely be a frequent customer now that I know about it. read more

07.06.2019 Came to the Mall at Columbia with the girls to walk around and our cousins told us about this place. Cute little store with bulk candies helps us get some candy we each like without committing to a large amount. The fresh fudge and truffle display candies looked tempting but I already picked out some dark chocolate goodies. Overall the candies tasted fresh but the price per pound was pretty steep ($16.95?). We left there with about $25 of candy. I know it didn't go to waste because everyone ate what they chose, but.... still too pricey for getting every day candy. read more

The candies i bought were all top notch. They have fun trendy things there, a fun environment, and great service. The workers were all super nice, and there was a fun little "golden egg" scavenger hunt, which i got a lollipop for completing. Overall fun, delicious, and an overall must visit. read more

This is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in. Ok, so the prices are high BUT, I'm a total health nut and didn't expect to find the organic vegan chocolate that I can only buy online, in this store. The workers are so well trained and super happy, I love this place. Even if you're not a chocolate lover you should probably come in the store they have tons of other candies. Being in the store or 10 minutes made me feel like a little kid again and I'm just so happy and I spent $60 on chocolate (so I shouldn't have a reason to smile). The mall needed a bulk candy store. This place will actually make you feel like a kids. It has a 19th century, early 20th century feel. Tons of candy to appease any/all palates. So many gummy bear flavors & shapes you'd lose it. So many candies from all over the globe. It's amazing. Now, let me forewarn you. It's pricey. My first visit cost me $48 yes four-ty eight whole US dollars. Like how?! I had gotten some candy for family for Christmas. Just saying, pay very close attention to the cost. This is not five below and you will leave broke. This trip cost me $5 for red shoe laces. Make sure whatever you buy you really want it because, they may be higher than what you pay for stuff at the movies. It's nice for a treat but not for a habit. read more

This is one of the best candy stores I've ever been to. My niece wanted to come in here and she ended up wanting to drag me out. They have candies from all over the world, including my favorite European/British sweets like Malteesers, Bounty, and others (I couldn't find Flake there). There are also Asian and Mexican candies. And also the variety of candy floss! Pineapple, blueberry, etc! I'll definitely come back and try some of my old favorites as well as some new discoveries. read more

I was just in this store with my family just browsing about a week ago. It was our first time at any Lolli & Pops location in about two years. We were trying candy. Then a sales associate approached us. She had just been on the register maybe five minutes before our interaction. She wasn't standing more than one *foot* away from my little sister and me, and she loudly said, "If you want to try something, WE HAVE to do it." No one had let us know that prior, so we didn't know. She was one of the rudest people ever. I used to love this place, but if this is how associates are...I don't know if shopping here is a good idea. read more

The candies are great! But way over priced! I bought my daughter the $150 forever jar. After 4 fills, she lost the card it comes with. Nothing is computerized. So, they gave us another card with only 4 refills left. Which means we only get to use 16% of the refills! What a waste! For that much money, they should have a computerized system. The first week we went there, we spent about $700. We will not return because of this. Very nostalgic but way overpriced! read more

Every time I go to the mall, I stop at Lolli and Pops. Their macarons and gummy bears are awesome. The Macarons have the perfect amount of flavor and the perfect amount of chewiness and crunch, plus the perfect amount of cake to filling ratio. The gummy bears taste fresh and super gourmet. Everyone who I've given them to are obsessed with how good they are. FYI, you can request free samples of all the gummy bear flavors, and by signing up for the reward program, you can get a free pound of gummy bears on your next visit (at least that was he case when I signed up.) I've never had better macarons or gummy bears before or since. read more

The shop itself is really nice, beautifully arranged and you do feel as if you were back in an old fashioned shop. However, too expensive for what I got. I purchaed the Fancy Caramels (Sea Salt) 14 candies for $35.00. They weren't that good at all. I imagine the expensive truffles in the case, might be better, but don't think I will purchase there again. Better German choclates at Aldis (variety of bars) for a much more reasonable price. I have to start with the best thing about this store. It's the employees that scream with cheer and excitement. They rock hard core with top of the line happiness. So many choices in this brightly styled store that I can't make up my mind. Now that scale is evil or is it my inability to understand pay by the pound. Oh well, that's what credit cards are for. Dave Ramsey would be so disappointed in me right now. Swiping for candy is wrong but so satisfying. Maybe next time my bags will be heavy enough that I won't be able to afford groceries for the week. I love this store ! Reminds me of Disney World,very nostalgic. So many selection of products,and the staff there is very knowledgeable. I recently sampled the chocolate birthday cake macaroons, absolutely amazing. A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Nicely laid out store, helpful staff. Items at the front end counter are expensive but pretty good. The goat cheese macaron is particularly great. We normally get the chocolate covered gummy bears here, which are life-changing and dangerous in their tastiness, but it seems that most of the other items in the bulk containers are not regularly refreshed and are often quite stale & dusty. read more

The chocolate candy is first rate but the prices are ridiculous. They were charging $11/lb for purchases over a pound. Without warning or signage, the prices jumped to $16/lb. It's off candy - just not worth the new cost. A shame. read more

My first visit to this store was last week and I have to say it was one of the best customer service experience I had. A woman by the name of Nicole approached me and saw that I was kind of overwhelmed by the choices of gummies and candies. I was originally looking for a gift for a friend of mine which with a quick description and hand gestures she knew what I was talking about and pulled them from a jar and then I think she knew I was curious about getting some gummies for myself. She showed me the collection of gummies and jars that I could buy and gave me such wonderful suggestions as I tend to go for very basic flavors but her choices were amazing. I literally came back today for a refill and Nicole was there again with her amazing smile and such warm energy. She automatically remembered me and asked me if I enjoyed the gummies she choose for me which I told her I did. She also asked how I was doing and that she was so happy to see me again. It's so rare to meet a person who exemplifies the spirit of customer service, and shows such attention in making sure her store is kept tidy, clean and organized while being so kind to all her customers and getting to know her local clientele. What can I say, Nicole has made me a customer of Lolli and Pops for life and I'll stop in every now and then to buy my gummies and to buy some candy for my house when I have guests over because what doesn't make everyone happy than having something sweet. read more

When trying to figure out the best sweet treats to get my little valentine and whether to use the plastic bags or refillable jars, Nicole jumped right in and gave great suggestions. This is a cute candy store with all the typical specialty candy items. The reason I am giving them 5 stars is because we bought 3 refillable candy jars, but as we were walking around the mall, my son dropped the bag and broke 2 of them. When we went back into the store, they gave us 2 new jars and let us refill them for free. Such wonderful customer service! read more

Super nice employees & a beautiful store however over $20 for 4 truffles that taste absolutely HORRIBLE is a little outrageous. Personally I think they need to drop the prices a bit & go back to the recipe book, just not up too par with most other truffles even out of the box... I went to this store for the first time a few days before Christmas. I'm always a sucker for a good candy store. I liked the "vibe" of the old time feel of the store and had a good time looking at the throw back candies. The store was super clean and organized. They had a lot of self serve candies in which you could pick a jar and fill up. The prices for the jars were a little high in my opinion, but that wasn't really my thing. I walked over to the case of "home made" chocolates which was a beautiful display. However, some of the chocolate's flavors weren't labeled, nor where there any prices in the display so I had to wait to get an associate to help me. There were only two associates in the store and being right before Christmas, the line was long, as to be expected. I told the associate that I had a few questions regarding the chocolates on display, and when she able to take a break from ringing people up, she was able to help me. She didn't know what one of the flavors of caramels was, but offered to give me a sample if I wanted to try it. I ended up buying a box of 9 (beautiful) truffles for $35. I got to pick them myself. I picked out a few caramels for a gift because they were very pretty. I also grabbed one "throw back" candy as a Christmas gift for approx $3. I was shocked when the cashier told me my total was $70+ for my items, however I didn't really even bother to break it down at the register since the line was so long and it was super busy. The chocolates and caramels were nicely packaged in thick boxes with gold writing. However, I keep thinking about that price, and wondering if I'm paying more for that packaging then the value of the chocolates. The truffles and caramels were good, but I'd definitely go to Wockenfuss candies, down the mall to get a better value for my money. read more
