I like the places. Two thing that I tried was goods . Their wedding cake signature next time I will try it. . You can go and sit there. Having your coffee taste nice desserts, meet with your friends or read your books. It's nice alternative for the break!

I just can't get on board with decadent. People in the community love it, but I honestly think it's because bakeries are few and far between in the area. I have had decadent a few times now and nothing I get is mind blowing. It's all standard, sometimes dry, and either over or under sugared. I will say, the brownie I had was the perfect kind of fudgy, but still not enough to make me say wow.

It is always a joy to pop into Decadent. There is always something sweet to eat. I noticed on this visit the Memorial Day Observation Table. Nice touch. I thought it was awesome that they paid tribute to fallen soldiers. I look forward to my next visit.

I finally tried decadent and it lives up to the hype! I love the atmosphere of this being coffee shop like but also loungy. The service was superb and all of the young ladies were not only friendly but extremely helpful. Great job! They have a massive menu, with loads of desserts on display for you to admire while ordering or dining in. And a plus is that they have a decent GF menu. Drinks: Summer Margarita - 4/5 (very sweet/possibly too much syrup was used) Espresso Martini - 4/5 (very strong. I had to get a splash of almond milk to make this palatable and I drink espresso weekly) Desserts: Red Velvet Cookie - 3/5 (on the dry side) Caramel Truffle - 4/5 (tasty) Lava Cake w/ vanilla gelato - 5/5 (not only is this gluten free but it was extremely decadent and tasty. The table loves this one) Dubai Chocolate Cake - 4/5 (very rich and on trend)

So, you're telling me, they took my two favorite things and put them together. A dessert shop that's also a bar?! How soon can I move in?! Talked my dad into coming here, didn't take much talking into. We came after the breakfast/ lunch rush and we got a parking spot up front (private parking in a large shopping center area) Honestly, it was so hard to pick what to have!!! They offer a variety of sandwiches (mostly breakfast type food. Like avocado toast, waffles and breakfast sandwiches). But I didn't come here for Childs play, I came for the cake and DRINKS They have a huge drink menu. Drink your heart out coffee lovers!! I think of myself as an espresso martini expert, so I had to order an espresso martini! My dad got an iced coffee, and although I know my espresso martinis, we definitely are not coffee experts. Not going to lie, when going to order coffee my head starts to spin and I get anxious lol. The staff here was really helpful and gave tons of suggestions for my dads drink My dad and I also got a cookie skillet with ice cream to share. We got to pick which gelato goes on top. We went with my favorite, birthday cake. And then also got a couple of cake slices, cookies and dessert bars to snack on later! This bakery has won tons of awards and you can really see why. The owners pour their heart into this place. I really wish I had somewhere like this to go to back in California. So this place is delicious AND friendly (I also saw some vegan friendly options) The ambiance was really cute and clean. Gave me your run of the mill coffee / brunch place vibes. Nothing crazy, but a place I'd definitely come to with girlfriends. It has a bunch of clean cafe tables and chairs inside. If you're the type of person that comes to coffee shops to get some work / homework done I'd highly recommend this place. I love supporting local businesses, my father also liked how military friendly this place is. (They offer a military discount, my dad is a disabled veteran) I'll be making this a regular place for every time I visit my dad. This place deserves every award they have won. Even though this place sees tons of people a day, as soon as you walk in you felt like family. All the staff was great at making you feel at home. They have a little section of things already prepared to go and they had a couple comfy chairs to lounge in They also have amazing other places in the same shopping center. P.S - don't forget to tip the hardworking friendly staff here

We stop by Decadent Coffee and Dessert Bar for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and coffees. We walked it to the small but bustling cafe and were greeted immediately by their friendly staff. We decided to try the egg, bacon, and cheese croissant sandwich, a regular croissant, a mocha cappuccino, and a regular cappuccino. Both croissants were buttery, flaky and down right good! Our drinks were crafted nicely. Great experience and looking to return soon.

    creme brûlée

everytime i've come here they've messed up the creme brûlée they either burn it or don't toast it at all. this time we somehow missed a bunch of sugar while burning the rest of it and they can see they did a bad job and still hand it to u. completely ruined my day and wasn't exactly cheap.

"So, you're doing a Jane Austen then?" British-Pakistani teenager Ria Khan pleads with her elder sister, Lena, to not be seduced by the son of one of their mother's rich friends, Salim Shah, whose surface-level charms and public generosity undoubtedly hide Machiavellian and sinister motives regarding her art-school-dropout sister. "I'm not doing a Jane Austen!" Lena responds defiantly. "Well, throwing your life away to marry some rich Mr. Darcy Wanker sounds pretty 1800s retro, if you ask me!" Ria alleges in Nida Manzoor's 2023 film, "Polite Society." But what if, instead of the film and its climactic Maar Dala dance number playing out in Raheela Shah's palatial London mansion, the space were simultaneously much warmer and much more quaint? Say, the tiny cozy cafe setting of Decadent: A Coffee and Dessert Bar, located at 11710 East Market Place, Suite 101 in Fulton, Maryland? Instead of Manzoor's overt critique of upper-class, "polite society," a very different type of linguistic double-entendre would have to be harnessed by Ria and her equally-invested-in-overthrowing-the-patriarchy friends. Ria, Clara, and Alba would have to rely on the delicious, culinary decadence of the Triple Decker, a brownie-brookie concoction with a chocolate-chip-cookie crust, and the moist, upper-class allure of Decadent's Lemon Blueberry Mascarpone Cake to thwart Raheela's attempt to use Ria's sister for her own insidious endeavor. Would Ria, Clara, and Alba succeed in wielding Decadent's culinary Sirens? That is for you to find out if you make the trip to Fulton.

Stopped by Decadent this morning and was pleasantly surprised! - was expecting an average cafe, maybe some coffee and a croissant but got way more. I got the Nutella Belgian waffle, it was just the right amount of Nutella and the waffle was fluffy. Some fruit on top would've been magic! My friends got the avocado toast and croissant breakfast sandwich - both were great they said. Filling options with warm/fresh ingredients. Staff was kind and quick to get our orders/bring out orders out too! Sooo many delicious dessert options.

So last time I went, it was for breakfast and coffee and before that a full cake. This time my husband and I wanted to experience the dessert bar aspect so we went Saturday night after dinner. It was kind of busy, but we found a table no problem. My husband ordered a beer and I got the espresso martini. It would be extremely helpful if they had their specialty cocktails listed. We also got the cookie with icecream. My husband's beer was brought out with 1/3 of the glass full of foam. I just think if you are going to call yourself a bar, your workers should know how to properly pour draft beer as he paid for a full price beer and was missing a lot of it. The server spilt some of my espresso martini as she was bringing it to me as well. The cookie was very dry and it could have used more gelato. We will try the desserts going forward, but don't think we'll venture back for the bar aspect; not worth it to us.

Thanks so much for my daughter's birthday cake. She was so happy.

We decided to stop in totally randomly and so grateful we did!! The service was incredible from start to finish. Every person we encountered had a wonderful temperament. The host was very kind and welcoming when we called and when we arrived. Our server was Billy, and he was by far the best server we've had in a LONG time! He was timely, attentive, friendly, and respectful. I am 8 months pregnant and he went above and beyond for us. At the end of dinner, he even gave us a very GRACIOUS gift card for us to return after the baby arrives! He also sent out a dessert with "congratulations!" written on it. We've never had anything like that happen before and we're so grateful. Since our families don't live in town and we didn't have a baby shower, Billy single-handedly made us feel so special and celebrated. (Billy if you ever see this we wish you the BEST in your future!) What we ate: Garlic Bread: Out of this world. Crispy crust, fluffy inside, and the herb-Parmesan/oil dip was amazing. Signature Meatball: Massive (nearly a pound!) and delicious. The whipped ricotta was a neat, airy touch. Linguine al Vongole: This was the only letdown. Unfortunately, the clams were too sandy to finish--only one in the whole dish wasn't gritty. The "sauce" felt more like a clam stock soup than a pasta sauce. However, the meal was comped and we really appreciated how they handled it! Lobster Ravioli: The rosé cream sauce and ravioli texture were great. However, the lobster and the crab on top tasted a bit fishy, and there were several shell fragments in the crab. Desserts: The Tiramisu was light and spot on. The Crème Brûlée was heavenly with a perfect "burnt marshmallow" sugar crust. The surprise Cannoli was divine--rich cinnamon flavor and a perfect crisp. The atmosphere: The restaurant is family-friendly with a chic, modern, and warm charm. We didn't order alcohol, but the hot tea selection (12 flavors or so to choose from) was great--the orange spice tea was perfect. The entire team is 10 stars. We saw a manager (tall gentleman) busting his ass on the floor, which shows how much they care. The bussing and food running crew were also incredibly attentive; food never sat long enough to get cold that I could tell (even for other tables). I overheard the server behind me, John, who sounded clearly wonderful to his tables. We will 100% be back because the menu is so diverse and the hospitality is unmatched. The entire staff really looked engaged, happy and relaxed. The restaurant filled up fast, so I know they all were working SO hard!! Thank you, Billy, for making our night so memorable!

Was a bit skeptical, but for someone who hasn't drank wine in a while, I would definitely come back here just to drink wine! Half off a bottle on Mondays and the appetizers! We had the Charred Octopus and it was amazing! The way it was cooked with the tomatoes and also the flavors were to die for! We ordered two that day. The service was fantastic, the room was clean and cute on the bar side. I was so busy with my octopus and wine that I couldn't bring myself to check out the dining room! We did order the corn crab fritters off the happy hour menu - they were good, but they were not the WOW like the Charred Octopus. Even my boyfriend was impressed and he does not drink wine, but he was definitely all about the Charred Octopus. Now I'm worried since I'm telling you about it, they may run out of Charred Octopus the next time I go visit! I'm hoping to make this a normal Monday thing to have wine and charcuterie, since this place is so cute and awesome! Also, on the plus, I had to mention, the server heard we were celebrating my friends birthday and brought up champagne which was awesome and impressive. Now that is thoughtful service! We came here for Father's Day lunch. This was my first time coming to this restaurant, and I…read morethought this would be a nice place, judging by all the great reviews. BUT no. Save your money. Warning the review is long. TLDR: service is so bad and so expensive for shitty quality food. Though their coffee and sangria were delicious. We were seated promptly and while waiting for the rest of my family arrived the waiter brought us water. He claimed the appetizers were good for sharing so I was expecting the portions to be good. Our party was 8 adults and 2 kids. We got 4 appetizers and it's good we got 4 of them because had we gotten 1 or 2, literally everyone would get like 1/2-1/4 piece of appetizer. So not sure why he said the appetizer was good sharing size. Also I want to note these appetizers are not cheap. They were very expensive for the amount you get. You would think if you paid $20-$22 per app you would get more. Literally paying for an entree with significantly less food. Onto the food: The waiter claimed that the Lemongrass chicken was "juicy". We got two of these and it was SO SO DRY. The Mediterranean salad I got was so salty. And the mussels that I also ordered were disappointing. I want to say 60% of the mussels were closed. This indicates that these might have been undercooked, poor quality or simply did not get checked. The mussels were so salty as well. What really pissed me off is that my mom ordered the shrimp tacos. Nothing complicated about that right? Well they never came out. We find out that there was a mixup so they sent it to a different table and we're "working" on a new one. Tell me why almost two hours later they never came out till we asked for the check? Then they magically come out in a to-go container. Literally the sloppiest mess you can imagine. How is that acceptable? You're telling me it took 2 hours to make this pile of shit? And what's even more absurd is their own menu says it comes with fries. Well in that small ass container they did not include fries. I asked about this and they looked confused and said it should come with fries and that they would get it. I have never experience such ABYSMAL, ATROCIOUS service. Sure the waiters and front staff were nice but nice doesn't make up for the terrible service. Something is going on in the kitchen for sure. Why does it take 1 hour for appetizers to come out. And then 45 min after only 3 people's meals come out. In polite company you would wait for everyone's food to come out to begin eating, but idk what they were doing back there that there was such a delay. Once the 4 of us finished our meal well the 5 people's food comes out, they got an entire order wrong. Ordered a kids pepperoni pizza and they brought cheese. We told the waiter that this was wrong and literally 5 min after he brings what I can say is the SAME DAMN CHEESE PIZZA with pepperoni slices right on top and a bit of Parmesan cheese. We could tell it was the same pizza because the pepperoni were sitting right on top like someone just added it on. We complained to the manager and he brought a new pepperoni pizza that was good this time. We had to ask multiple times for condiments and water refills. I could give a little leeway if this restaurant was so busy but it was not busy at all. Our waiter kept peeking over at us and not coming over like he was scared. And if your service is gonna be this bad, at least the food should be good but no. You have terrible service and shitty food that you're paying $$$ for. And gratuity being included is laughable because the service provided was not worth an almost $80 tip. We had to get up and find the waiter to ask for the check and where the hell the shrimp tacos were. In the end they tried to comp only the pizza and the shrimp tacos, but that was unacceptable. They did comp the appetizers. But they tried to give us brunch vouchers but why the hell would we come back to this place that had terrible service?? Make it make sense. And now that I review the 1 star reviews, it is consistent with everything we experienced. Terrible service, missing food, and hunting down the staff. Also the owner responds to bad reviews with AI responses. Shame.

The fries were delicious, the extra crispy kind that you can't find many places! The cream of crab was so good, I don't like when there are chunks of onion in it and this one was smooth and thick. The steak was awesome and so was the whipped feta! The wine flight was a nice touch, they have a ton of wines and cocktails for everyone else (also a full bar)! For my birthday the chef prepared a berry sorbet with candles! It was the best sorbet I've ever tasted and I wish I could have more now! The prices were very reasonable and they do happy hours all day on certain weekdays! We will for sure be back!

Initially slow to get going because we asked our server for a few extra minutes to peruse the menu (we MAY have been chatting too much!). Then it almost felt like they forgot us. But once we ordered, the service was great the rest of the time. We drank a lot of water, and the server brought a bottle so we could help ourselves. Nice touch. I had an excellent panini and chose the mixed greens instead of fries as my side. I had never heard of "cistecca" before, so I looked it up. Fun aside: both of my searches returned only Italian language responses! Anyway, it's a made-up word for a Philly cheesesteak. And it was delicious. Lots of beef steak strips, gooey, melty provolone, and boom-boom sauce. I took half of it home because it was very filling. The greens were meh. Not enough dressing and just very basic. I guess it's a lunch special but it doesn't appear on the online ordering menu. It was $18, very reasonable although I consider that only for the panini as the greens were probably about $1.00 worth. Wish I had gotten fries. One friend and I each had a decaf and it was the only surprising price: $8 for a very small cup! We were seated in a corner, which helped us to hear each other better. Parking is ample and free. It's on the end of a strip mall, easy to spot.

While my drink was never less than half full and the service was well timed for a nice dinner, the waitress would not let us order appetizers before ordering entrees. We weren't prepared and the she came back 30 minutes later. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and accommodating for a dietary restriction at our table, but felt pressured ordering. The food itself was ok. The appetizers were great. I especially loved the palak chaat. However the entrees felt small and average in taste. I did love my chai and ordered 3 of them, keeping myself up till midnight.

My fave was the Castella D'Alba (a red blend from Portugal). They offer charcuterie options. It's not a large space so if visiting with a group, reservations are recommended! I can't wait to visit again.

The wine, as always was delicious. My friend ordered the IBWC Fall Burger and I ordered the Grilled Bistro Steak Frites. The Steak was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We had also ordered side Caesar salads. It was restaurant week and neither of us opted into the the 3 courses for a price option but our server did kindly inform us that she grouped it that way to help us save and include the dessert. We ended up getting the Nutella dessert (I don't recall what it was called). While the presentation wasn't great, it was very good and I would recommend it. Wish I liced closer so I could come here more often but it is one of my favorites in the area.

He rushed us to order, made us uncomfortable when we were deciding what to order, and asked us if we wanted the house made bread. I knew the bread was $5 but he made no mention of it. If I was coming to eat there and was asked if I wanted bread and didn't know there was a charge, I would be upset. It was kind of deceiving, and when the bill came out, shoved the handheld device to pay in my face and I couldn't go over the bill. He told me to put my phone here when paying and that was that. The bill was incorrect and I had to get a manager to fix it (the manger was very friendly and took care of everything). I also have an issue when a server asks us how the food is, right when the food gets put down on the table. We hadn't even had a chance to take a bite. Now, why I gave this place a five star. Like I said before, the ambiance was amazing, if we had a different server, I'm sure it would had been great! The food: it' was top notch. Some of the best food in Maryland. I wouldn't had changed anything with the food. Everything was seasoned perfectly, had the right textures, and tasted so good! Would I go back? Absolutely!

The house is also subdivided into smaller rooms, so there is no more than about 6 tables per section. It made it intimate and well curated. We went with friends and came prepared to eat. We ordered plenty of appetizers, our meals, and 2 desserts. My favorites were the burrata and arancini. My salad was basic, but trying a bite of my husband's steak was fantastic. Pretty much everything was a baseline of good enough to order again, but now that I've gone once the things I need again are pretty much all the appetizers and a steak. As for the desserts, they were just ok. I don't think I've ever had a dry olive oil cake, but this one was. The gelato on top made up for it because it was like an added sauce. Finally, our server was ok. He was great with our orders and refilling our drinks. However, he was a little sneaky with asking us the type of water we wanted and if we wanted the focaccia for the table that you had to pay for. He also just rushed my husband through the bill so he could not see if it was accurate and he had added an appetizer that we never got. He was still nice and good waiter. Just minor things in an overall great experience.
