Some of the older staff move slower than molasses when helping you. They're all nice but when it takes 20 minutes to get a pound of chocolate it is a time management thing because really what the slower ones are doing is being busy bodies and listening to everyone else's conversation and giving advice when they should really be focused on their guests. The candy is freaking delicious is you haven't had it you're missing out. My sister swears by the Lemon drops. I love the dark chocolate anything but especially the molasses chips, nougats, and coffee scotch mallows... The younger gals mom came in and brought her a boba tea but didn't set it stably on the counter and it spilled behind. It wasn't ANYONE'S fault it was an accident. Plain and simple i was front and center it was an ACCIDENT. Anyway initially the manager came and hustled to clean it up but then for the next 20 minutes while my box was being built pointed out EVERYTHING each individual thing that was ruined or had to be cleaned. Meanwhile the poor girl was helping customers but her lip was quivering and her eyes were watering as she was in the verge of tears. Being in HR i talked to her and told her accidents happen .
