I had a week to try and find a five nights at Freddys cake. It was hard enough trying to find decorations. I went in and looked through their cake book. Alex asked if i needed any help. I told her my problem and that i was just going to get a cake to try and decorate my self since i got the character figurines from amazon. I was telling her what colors i was looking for and pulled a picture from Pinterest, she offered to print out the design for the checkered floor and do the same design. I went there today because I found out they make an ice cream bar inspired by the Dubai chocolate bar so I got it and it is delicious! It is $7.95 so it is a little spendy but considering they make it in house I understand the costs. It is worth a try for sure! read more

It was my mother's 50th birthday and they know it was because it is on the custom writing, yet the effort they put in was sad and disappointing. They didn't care. It did not come close to the expectation that was set based on their sale pictures. Wasn't even able to use a cake, had to make new one. Have emailed corporation but was asked to call them...not very good service. I will never go to BR again. See my pictures, what was advertised vs what was made for me. Terrible management. The lower level employees I've interacted with were all pleasant. We ordered a graduation cake two days in advance. The cake we ordered was from the Baskin Robbins graduation cake selection. When we went to pick up the cake they had forgotten(?) to put any of the graduation decorations on it. It was also incorrectly frosted and assembled. I have had several ice cream cakes made before two of which were from a Baskin Robbins and it has never been constructed like this or had the issues this one did. When asked about the fact it was supposed to be a graduation cake the employee working said that she didn't know about how to get the graduation decorations because that's her bosses job. She called her boss who helped her locate a graduation hat decoration for the cake and nothing else. The employee was nice but obviously was unprepared to handle it. The employee offered apologies her boss did not. No discount or refund was offered. There was not time to get another cake so we had to make do. read more

I have some concerns regarding the cleanliness Baskin-Robbins employees have. I noticed Baskin-Robbins employees don't practice hand washing, they handle money, touch everything, but I have never seen them wash hands. They prepare certain deserts like banana splits etc, that they are require to put their hands on. My question is if all fast food restaurants are required to wash hands why Baskin-Robbins employees don't practice proper hand washing, is concerning to me specifically when we have this pandemic. read more

My granddaughter and I pulled up to your location in Gresham, Or on Burnside at 9:50pm. Upon exiting our vehicles we could hear one of the girls working (mopping floor) saying the f word multiple times and then saying to her co-worker " why the fuck are you getting ice cream at 10!" It was clear she was yelling at her co-worker about us. We could hear her yelling outside the building. When we walked in it was evident they were not happy with us and they were very snobby, all ice cream selections had already been covered up and in all respects it appeared the store was already closed. If the store hours are until 10 pm then the last customer should have the same experience in the store as the first. I understand they are ready to get off work, but they should always be respectful of customers no matter the time of their arrival if it is during operating hours, even 5 minutes to closing. We will be choosing another Baskin Robbins location the next time we want ice cream no matter what time of day it is. We also did not get fresh cones. read more

So the ice cream was tasty the issue I had was with the staff. So my boyfriend and I went in at 10pm on Tuesday June 21st 2015. Online it say there hours as closing at 10 but I guess summer hours are till 11pm. After getting our ice cream cones and sitting down a red head guy and a girl about high school age walked into the store and went right back behind the counter and decided to help themselves to ice cream scooping it themselves without WASHING THEIR HANDS. The girl even jump up and sat on the counter with eating behind the counter. She even grabbed the new waffle cones from which we had our ice cream cones touching the cones again WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Then the two boys on the clock and the other two off duty I guess employees the girl and red head guy began talking about how evil some customers can be and how they charge for water cups to employees that they think are rude and not to others. It was completely unprofessional and I feel sorry for the owner of this location because the employees are terrible. read more

I called to order a birthday cake today. The person that answers drops the phone and says she wants to order a birthday cake. I hold for a few seconds, someone comes on the line and says can I call you back we just had a rush of people walk in. So I said ok thinking to myself am I not a customer. So they call back and I missed the call but called right back. The person that answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever heard on the phone. I stated I am calling back for a cake order. What do you want a full roll cake what a full roll cake I cannot understand you. A ROLL CAKE oh ok. Strawberry ice cream with white cake, our roll cakes only come with chocolate cakes ok I will call you back. Needless to say I never called back because of the rudeness of this company. And I must say had perfect customer service in the past with them. Butt I will never order from them again. Service sucks read more
