Oh no... I really tried to enjoy my mocha almond fudge today but finding a Hair strand right smack in the ice cream got me disgusted. I cringed. I was offered another scoop of the same bin but really I had lost my appetite. The bin was taken out and left on the counter, open air as customers entered. I really hope it was tossed out. Every time I drive by the Store to see if their open there is no one standing behind the Counter to take customers orders. I noticed the young employees are congregating in the back texting and talking amongst themselves. Those kids should be standing behind the Counter at all times to be ready to serve Customers. read more

Ice cream is good, but please during this pandemic, don't take your mask off to cough in your hands. Might be habits, but during checkout the lady took off her mask to cough in her hands. Please wait until the customer leave or cough with the mask on. The mask is suppose to stop your saliva from going on other surfaces, coughing on your hand leaves a lot of possibilities that it got on other surfaces aside from your hand. Needless to say I threw away my ice cream, but not hating on your food, just please make sure you don't endanger your customers. read more

I had a great experience both ordering and picking up an ice cream cake for my father's birthday recently. My greatest appreciation goes to the staff member who took my order. She was at all times professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. This morning I picked up my cake from another staff member who must have been the same person that took my order! She was pleasant and prompt and even asked if I needed candles. Surprisingly, I had remembered mine - but greatly appreciated her asking. Great customer service! The cake looked exactly like on the computer and the personalization was flawless! Goes w/o saying that the combination of B-R ice cream and chocolate cake was the hit of the party! read more

Baskin Robbins is one of the better places to get ice cream. They have a decent amount of flavors to choose from; my favorite being peanut butter chocolate. The daquiri ice is also delicious if a sherbert is the desired choice. They also do a variety of milkshakes, sundaes and ice cream cakes. This is the best place in town to get ice-cream cake! They look great and taste equally as good. I have ordered two in the past couple months for my kids birthday parties because they love ice-cream cake. I ordered another cake this week (my third birthday cake in 2 months)for my sons Lego Ninjago birthday and it turned out AMAZING!! I brought in a picture of what I wanted, explained everything and they got it spot on!! It not only looked awesome it tasted amazing!! They made the cake with my sons favorite ice-cream flavor, cotton candy. He was sooo excited and loved it!! The kids and parents said they have never tasted a better cake! I agree! Tonight around 8pm, my daughter and I came here for a treat! We noticed that the employee, a blond female, was working alone. There were three guys getting their orders and then we were next. Shortly after we came in, a young teen couple came in as well. The employee knew we were next but asked the teen couple if they were next and they said yes. I was rather taken back by this! I did not say anything as I did not want to cause a scene. However, as they left I mentioned that we were actually there first and the employee did not say anything at all! Not a sorry, or even acknowledge the fact that she made a mistake. I know this is petty but I believe in good customer service! My daughter and I eventually got our scoops by a very unhappy employee! After dinner at Sushiland, the girls and I decided to stop in for dessert at Baskin-Robbins. Because it was well after 9:30 we were a little hesitant if they were still open or not, and to our surprise they are open until 10! After discovering gelato and self serve frozen yogurt, I have to admit it's been quite a few years since I've been into a B-R. Having a craving for something light, I decided on the pink grapefruit sorbet which was good, but didn't have that refreshing tartness that I was looking for and could taste the lack of fresh grapefruit. Two of the gals had a chocolate blast which was delicious...very rich and creamy. My other friend was sucked into the colorful non-dairy ice cream and chose the rainbow sherbert. Overall our experience was ok. The gal behind the counter was friendly and patient with our orders and it's nice to know there's a B-R close to my house where I can sneak out for an ice cream run later at night! read more

We came in around 9:30 for ice cream and received great service. The door was held open for other customers and for us. I couldn't find my flavor in the case and asked if they still had it.
