I explained this to the owner of this food truck and she let me know that they don't even use mayo to make their deviled eggs! I love a traditional deviled egg with the relish and paprika and all, but you won't find those here. All the eggs have a unique flavor and spin to them. I was so excited for this menu that I was afraid it wouldn't live up to my expectations. Well I can confirm the Krispy Rooster is no joke! One of the best food trucks I have eaten from. We ordered kids chicken and fries, sweet potato fries, Nashville hot & honey butter sriracha and the berry lemonade all which were amazing. The flavors were perfectly paired- right amount of heat & sweet. I can't wait to try the shrimp and grits and the peach offerings next.
