The rib tips were very meaty and being a Chicagoan where tips are a thing and a must, it's nice to find them here because more BBQ spots don't have them. Hard to describe but something like star anise that adds depth I couldn't get that here. Cons - My chicken had way too much breading, at points I felt like I was just eating pure breading. It's deceptive because you think you're getting a good portion of chicken but it's a lot smaller than the size suggests. Overall it's a decent chicken sandwich but it fell short of my expectations. The burger patty itself could of used a little more seasoning and the onions were grilled nicely. I didn't taste any bacon and I'm not sure if there was bacon on it. The burger was served in a paper boat with foil. I would have preferred a to go box. This was a different switch up from a traditional burger.
